It is very dumb of us to still be importing fuel at this time, with what is happening to our currency, we should have stopped importing long time ago. Seems una just heard the word 'monopoly' throwing it around, lol...there is something called economies of scale, this is what Dangote is operating with, it leads to selling in low prices, because he produces here, and sell here, marketers pay a lot of cost, hence at the end of the day their prices will be higher, because they buy from bulk sellers who buy from refiners, and Dangote is a refiner. Dangote operating on more scale, will lower prices of fuel and diesel, and will save us the need to demand for dollars to import, and reduce capital flight, this will also boost the currency.
