I advice all those seeking secession to go to their state house of representatives and government and carry out a referendum,a vote by their people,so FG sees that all Ibos or yorubas want to leave Nigeria. Seeking referendum is carried out via your state and region's govt apparatus, then presented to UN and NG government. Your referendum will not be done for you by Buhari, your state governors, your state house of assembly are the ones to carry out a public vote, to see if actually all Ibos want biafra, for instance...the truth is not all Ibos want their own biafra state, and not all yorubas want to leave Nigeria, most want autonomy and true federalism, which also need to be pushed by our lawmakers(representatives), in Abuja. Open grazing is not advisable in this tensed present Nigeria we are in. Those cows are owned by big men, let them approach banks, so they get loan for big ranches, or their state governments can invest in ranching to provide meat for his state. Small scale animal farmers can operate in their states, and use their own lands. Peace is important. Ranching/animal farming is a profitable business, like any other business, such as barbing saloon, goat,snail, poultry etc...I don't see other business getting lands...we must be objective or perish as fools. State governors must speak for their people, and carry out the reasonable wishes of the majority... the entire South, or at least 97%, says no to open grazing. This is the public consensus.
