Oil is gradually phasing out, as a form of energy, Federal government should rather improve existing oil platforms, refinery, wells etc, rather than wasting scarce funds on supposed oil wells up North. Utilize public funds efficiently. World protocols are moving into cleaner energy, we have the water, sun, waste etc, to gradually move into renewable energy...we can still create more dams in the meantime. Exploring oil in the North, is not smart, economically, government must invest in more viable areas.
