It's not too late, we are at least 120million people in the south, if our governors take security seriously and mobilise 200,000 well armed militants conscripted under the state to go into our forests, the terrorists will either run away from Nigeria or die.

Also judgement debt against the state with appeal exhausted should not wait for the attorney general of the state or Federation to sign it before payment is made to the beneficiary
