This doesn't make sense, state police is for the security of the indigenous people not Tinubu. Are governors waste products or rubber stamp?

Is the governor not in charge of its state revenue, it's the state not where the governor come from?

The idea of state police is for it to be a state arrangement, Tinubu is not the one to arrange state police for the states. The state governors with their state parliament, working with national assembly/senate can carry out the workings of state police themselves, if they were not wasteful parasitic people. State police is meant to be made up of indigenes of a state, a state's internal arrangement, working with the institutions, for training, passage into law, and cohesion. President have nothing to do with it, it's just the flawed mentality where we see the president as the father and the state governors just choo money in peace, you people don't even demand they do the basic tasks of governance. Why are you allowing governors releasing terrorists in the name of repentant, this is fueling their numbers, the aim of killing and arresting terrorists is to reduce their numbers. How on earth can anyone think, a terrorist with life time jihad indoctrination, that have seen money, will change just under 3 to 6 months in correctional facility...let us be realistic, no nation in the world releases terrorists, the policy of releasing terrorists have failed.

Nigerian armed forces captured those terrorists, public and state enemies, what give governors the right to ask for their pardon etc...there is no sense in this, terrorism is clearly surging, as releasing them embolden others, as there is no deterrence...this is a calamity...if you want to rehabilitate people, rehabilitate drunkards, petty thieves and hooligans not terrorists.

Releasing of terrorists is why the world is appalled with Nigeria and why they are intervening, releasing them shows lack of willingness to end terrorism...in the name of rehabilitation, it makes no sense. A terrorist should pay for his crimes, because it is serious crime threatening national security, pushing Nigeria to the precipice. Releasing terrorists will invite all jihadists from around the world that Nigeria is a free for all, terrorists are pardoned, that is a bad message.
