USAID was given to northern states through their governors and the northern political and religious leaders channel this USAID to bokoharam...USA doesn't mobilise AIDS themselves, they give it to the government, who mobilise it through their political offices, and royal fathers, traditional institutions etc. you people like self deceit. He was ranting out of confusion...the national security issue of wiretapping the NSA is a serious offence. It will be a shame and a disservice to nation if he is not probed. NSA must do it's job to the republic and investigate, interrorgate and prosecute accordingly. Rufai has no immunity, he is just an ordinary citizen.

Government should do more to regulate how our rare earth minerals are being extracted.
