100,000 members of southern security network, will give us more men with arms to cover our highways and forest paths and access, this type of security is necessary to synergise our efforts and to create a fluid security network with good communication devices, to quickly track crime and outwit fleeing of attacking jihadists terrorists kidnappers and bandits.
