Go and tell your landlord that is collecting 1m from you now for a bedroom flat that house is local once minimum wage is increased if you won't get quit notice is you can pay immediate increment of house rent to 2.5m immediately or food seller go and tell them in the market not to increase their price.

What we should be aiming at is not the minimum wage at all but something else.. A very vibrant private sector should be determining the minimum wages according to skills and merit.. If the private sector is booming the economy will naturally reset its self.

You don't know the meaning of inflation, if good wages cause inflation why is UK, Sweden, Switzerland and America not suffering hyper inflation, they pay their workers well.

Inflation is caused by low productivity, and excessive spending by a nation (as an entity), a nation spending without producing will suffer inflation. You sound like someone that don't understand basic economics... politicians are the ones causing inflation, because they spend on luxury and imported goods that are mostly imported, goods not produced in Nigeria, buying houses overseas, luxury cars etc...a poor man or a man on a salary of N300,000 spends 95% of his money on things produced in Nigeria, food, rent, and basics, a poor man can not cause inflation.
