What a disgraced government

What a bunch of evil leaders and stupid people. Releasing those actively and persistently killing your people, soldiers and making the nation waste trillions on fighting their evil, is either stupidity or very sinister.

The legislature and judiciary must do their part, support the security agencies, make harsh laws, to serve as deterrence. For now, the judiciary is not contributing it's part to the fight against terrorism and wanton killings in Nigeria.

Just like I thought, you can't just forfeit their building because you find drug users in the building. You can arrest the users, and until you prove that building is actively been used by a drug ring for storage etc, or you find large consignments of drugs in the building, you can't confiscate a building because you found drug users, who are club patrons in it, the place is a club, so normally people use drugs in those vicinity. The place can be given a fine, and cautioned against allowing users use drugs while inside, not seizing building etc. good call by the Judge.
