Total E & P aptitude test is mainly SHL, you can google this for sample questions. The marking is also weighted so please just do what you know and do not guess.

According to what I was told during a presentation by the company the recruitment process takes between 3-4 months. You would have an interview with HR, then a professional/technical test after this you would have an interview with your proposed line manager then the final stage should be the occupational psychology test done by their consultants PEARNKANDOLA.

This process  varies, as I know cases that did not follow the aforementioned standard.

@Chairman1. I am not sure if they are calling in batches. I was contacted by their consultant in the UK asking me to schedule further interview which is going to be competency based.

@Tuns10 Where did you do your test and can you please give us more information about each stage of the recruitment process you went through?

@Bordeaux Did you apply for a specific role with Total? If yes what role did you apply for?

I did the test and Interview as well here in the UK.My understanding is that successful candidate will have 1 more test(Technical Relating to your field) then successful candidates will proceed to interviews with relevant technical line managers after that you have the psyche test then you would then have the final interview with senior managers in your unit, I stand to be corrected. I would also want to know more about their recruitment process especially for IT my area of specialisation is ITIL-IT service Management, Oracle and Software testing.

paribus,please is it compulsory that you pay your full skol fees?because i applied and i included the reciept for 1000pounds which my skool asked me to pay to make my offer unconditional,i am being sponsored by my dads company where he his the Managing director and i am a non executive director in the company,hope the fees i paid won't be used against me,won't they take it as being unserious?

His any one in the house familiar with SQL*PLUS on oracle?

i submitted my application last week but there was no document showing that i made any accomodation arrangments with the school,but i submitted a cousins letter of support and mortgage statment,page of passport showing residence permit,his house is in london,while my school is in scotland.hope dat won't be used against me.although i submitted an email showing i had 20%scholarship,and letter of sponsorship from my company.
