I hope you remember that in those ancient times of the Old Testament (and even in world history) it was common for siblings to marry each other. Everybody at that time was a descendant of Adam and Eve, so Cain basically married a relative. In the story of the prodigal son, the bible also said he went far away, yet he came back. The world at the time wasn't as open as it is today. They trekked all the way, which demonstrates that he couldn't have gone too far away from home.

Nobody knows how open the world was as of then. It's also possible he may have gone to a neighboring land and back because I can't find where the bible said he came back

The Bible made us to know that Adam and Eve are the first man and woman on earth. When Cain killed Abel the Bible also told us that Cain ran away and when he ran away he got married to a woman. Now the question is, who are the parents of the lady Cain married and how does that justify the fact that Adam was the first man on earth
