RomanceRe: How Do I Get This Guy? by deekseen(m): 10:24am On Oct 22, 2014
Approaching anyone is never a bad idea, the motive is usually the problem.

...African guys have this silly mentality when a girl approaches them.....They believe they are desperate, they believe she s cheap and so should not be appreciated......They believe a hard-earned gf should be respected and appreciated
If you show an African guy that you're desperate and cheap and shouldn't be respected, he's going to treat you that way.

If you're not and he's trying to treat you as such, then you should put a foot down and not tolerate him. If you tolerate him, you're encouraging him. If he's unrepentant, take a walk. Don't fool yourself with everything that attracted you to him, you just discovered all that glitters is not gold.

Tolulope95:
There is a guy at my school who is insanely
attractive - tall, beautiful face and a big
muscular body, pretty much - and I have been
checking him out a lot, but I am too shy to
approach him.

And also, girls flirt with him and approach him
like all the time - there's almost always someone
staring at him or flirting with him or trying to
talk to him - so I am afraid he might have a
huge ego as well (although he doesn't seem
cocky or anything)

How can I get a guy like him?
It feels like it would be really hard, since there
are so many other girls he can choose from.

This is the sequence I follow:

My arms, armpit, neck, chest, belly, back, thighs, head, face, rinse. Then legs and every hairy zone again (I wash them twice, dunno why) including my hair, rinse and I'm done.
CultureRe: Nigerians:Have U Ever Been Mistaken For Any Nationality/Ethnicity Besides Yours? by deekseen(m): 6:24pm On Oct 17, 2014
People easily mistake me for Igbo, some even go ahead and speak in Igbo to me. I'm from Rivers and proudly Ijaw.

This Indian man where I work asked me if I was from a different country because of the texture of my hair!
RomanceRe: What's It With Women And Marriage? by deekseen(m): 10:08am On Oct 17, 2014
When a girl starts asking marriage related questions don't fret!

She might just be asking to know your views or to know if 'family' is in your dictionary amongst other things.

Don't be surprised to get something like, "No, I'm not ready for marriage" or one of those funny things they say if you go on to propose based on her questions.

I have a lot of them. But the rap verses by Blackface and Ruff Rugged and Raw aka The Bomb Rush Squad in "Omode Meta" that took Eedris out still remains evergreen to me.

I don't have anything against Eedris though.

CultureRe: Any Regret Not Knowing How To Speak Your Dialect? by deekseen(m):
Generally, I have problems with speaking languages. I understand my dialect well, but speaking it is very poor. Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, French and Annang/Ibibio are languages I should be speaking very well, but I regret my inability to do so.

By the way I'm an Ijaw/Okrika man.

When you're not exposed, your literacy covers up for you most of the time.

When you're illiterate, every time you try to expose yourself all you expose is your ILLITERACY.
