1. In Genesis 2 vs 24, God explained to you that marriage is essentially an agreement between a man and a woman. That same God then turned around to curse that woman in marriage alone. Meaning that when a woman enters a marriage agreement with a man that agreement is cursed by virtue of her being cursed in marriage by the Almighty God Himself. The woman isn't cursed outside of marriage. No, she is free from the curse, but the moment she steps into marriage, an agreement with a man, the curse is activated in lieu of her being married. Hence the reason why it is said that God cursed marriage .i.e washed His hands off of marriage — God cannot broach that which is cursed/unholy.

2. In Scripture, we are told that God pours out His mercy/favor on all of mankind regularly. Jesus Christ said God pours His mercy/favor on even the wicked and the ungrateful daily. Proverbs 18 vs 22 does not say the Lord blesses you for finding a wife. Rather what the verb says is that if you find — you have to find one for yourself by the way — a wife, you have found God's favors, at least one of them since He pours out plenty of those on even the wicked over their lifetime. That verse in no way means God has a hand in your marriage — far from it. And it certainly does not mean that the wife you find will be any better than the wife a wicked man will find — recall that God also pours out His favor on even the wicked and the ungrateful daily. No, the verse simply says when you find a wife, you have found God's favor same as a wicked man who finds a wife finds the same God's favor.

3. What has Jesus Christ performing a miracle at a wedding to do with anything? Jesus Christ also ate with prostitutes, so do we assume prostitution is hence sanctioned by God?

4. Yes, we were all removed from God as a result of Adam's sins. However, it is only those who choose, however, to carefully submit and obey God's Law and are then able to find their way back to God like Adam's son, Abel, was able to.

5. Go and read Isaiah 53 about how even Jesus Christ has to suffer in order to become God's pleasing servant. If Jesus Christ could not endure all the same things we had to — the curse that is childbearing — how could He have been able to save us from God's curses?

6. Again, Luke 20 vs 34 - 36, clearly explains to you that once you become a part of the Kingdom of God, you become like the angels— an eternal being complete with a spirit and eternity to boothe. (Yeah! That's what it means to be born-again--- born of Spirit of Eternal Life.) Once you become born-again, your marriage remains of the world of men, while you alone become a part of that eternal Kingdom. Same applies as far as your children, spouse, your family, whatever earthly treasures you amass for yourself on earth, all are and remain of the world of men and not of the Kingdom of God.

First, it was God that joined man and woman to become one flesh (Gen 2:24). No where did God disintegrate or separate them. Not even in the scriptures you quoted.

In Gen 3:16, God was meting out punishment to Eve. After then, He did same to Adam.

Your lies and deceit become exposed from vs21. The same God you claim washed His hands off marriage now provided clothes for the man and his wife?

If God actually washed His hands off marriage in Genesis, why would He bless a man that finds a woman to take as his wife many years later according to Proverbs 18:22?

And Jesus Christ had to perform His first miracle at a ceremony that saw a man get married to a woman?

If you are saying that God washed His hands off marriage, then everyone that became through Adam and Eve is an abomination in God's sight. Then, our Lord and Saviour should have just dropped from heaven rather than through a virgin that came from the process God washed His hands off, who herself just got married.

You're trying too hard to sell a lie.

NB: I didn't talk about Luke 20 because we have dealt with that before.

Ijaws have been the ones at the helm of leadership affairs in Rivers state since creation. Ijaws produced 3 past governors and 2 were democratically elected.

My observation is that the OP did not put a credible source to corroborate the story.

What's there to address in what the OP posted?

The writer started out with a lie - trying to make people believe that Igbos were 'dumped' in Lagos because of the devastating effects of the civil war on them.

I was correcting that lie. Igbos have been doing business in Lagos far longer than before the civil war. A lot of Igbo people even ran back to the East, abandoning their properties, businesses and investments during the civil war.

Since his opener is a lie, everything else is either going to be lies or half-truths.

By the way, what other issue is in the write-up that's not connected to the opening lie?

In my own view, I think by the first paragraph the writer was trying to say if you live there, and contribute to the development, then you're a stakeholder, not necessarily that the land belongs to you.

But to say the Igbos were dumped in Lagos because of the effects of the civil on them is a lie from the pit of hell.
