In the whole of this write up there's one important issue or factor that was not considered,is dangote getting enough of crude feedstock to produce at optimum capacity?, it's very difficult for dangote to be sourcing crude from outside Nigeria so if for any reason the NNPC can not guaranteed enough crude for dangote then there's bound to be problems n we shouldn't just blame dangote alone, personally I strongly believe that there's a lot of dirty dealings against dangote in the fuel sector n dangote appears to be helpless,the fact that dangote is not speaking out despite all the media razzmatazz against him should be a cause for concern.

I know that government could have made the price cheaper through pegging an exchange rate for sale to local refineries or selling crude cheaper locally. But they wouldn’t do it because they want to stop smuggling of refined petrol to neighbouring countries. There is no way petrol will be smuggled at 1200/litre to neighbouring countries. It is just not profitable. But government must do something quickly before they cause class suicide due to hunger and poverty. They must not also underrate the propensity to cause social unrest and revolution. They must do something quickly to reduce the pain on the people.

You are joking,now that the CFA is stronger than the naira, even at #1200 per litre our fuel would still be smuggled, it's only when the naira appreciate greatly n there's no subsidy that fuel smuggling would not be profitable or attractive,as it is now,let the subsidy go completely but let their be constant fuel gradually we would adjust to it n move on with our lives

It is clear that the opposition parties particularly pdp n LP do know what strategy to use in checkmating the APC rigging apparatus based on the present state of the electoral act,but there's a way out,since electronic voting n instant transmission of elections results is not mandatory for now,what the opposition parties should do is to go to court n get a ruling to make it mandatory for all elections results to be publicly announced at the polling units n the results which must be signed by all the accredited party agents at the unit before it can be accepted as a valid result,the results at the polling units must be pasted at the unit n every agent allowed to snap it.I said this because, from experience,I noticed that the worst rigging in form of results alterations, swapping n the rest always occur between movement from the polling units to the collation points so if the proper results are known at all the polling units I believe the rigging would be drastically reduced,the rigging may still occur were party agents sells out which is a possibility.Buy I wonder why the police that always get a copy of each polling unit result are never call upon to give evidence n produce their own results during litigations why?.

See dangote has been trapped by nnpc using the crude supply challenge dangote is facing,so dangote is just playing safe until he can find a suitable way out,the problem is this,at the present international crude oil price n naira exchange rate, importing crude would not be favourable to dangote as the product from such import crude procession would be high,it more favourable for dangote to get crude locally but nnpc controls that solely n this is what nnpc are using to play dangote,if the present administration is sincere a way can be found around the whole issue but for where?,the importers making noise,where were they all this while?,let them go ahead n let's see how it's going to end
