That is a virtual account. It can be static or dynamic depending on the business use case. Static virtual account can be used for recurring info/outflow transactions, and may take less or more than the specified amount.

Dynamic types dues to their short lifetime, most time needs to take an exact amount.

I don't think paystack has the dynamic stuff. Their own virtual account is probably static.
