My guy paid for Fiber X Saturday and his got installed yesterday and activated same day.

Maybe this installation and activation delay thing is unique to some locations.

I think the reason why this thing is frustrating and talk a long time for installation to be done is because the installation is free. Those engineers feel reluctant to come do anything.
