Ok that makes sense. The fiberX I paid for almost 3 weeks now. They have still not come to install it nor did I get any call from Amy agent. The marketer kept giving different excuse.

If it is on a street down the road I am sure it can easily be extended to your street. That will probably be the Job of the agent that comes to do the installation.

In my case it also wasn't in my street, my street was not part of the locations available.. but some other streets in my estate were available, there were also some areas just outside my estate.

So what I just did while filling out the form on their website was to select the closest street to mine.

When the agent came around the connection ran from outside my street. The installation took about four to five hours.

And the rest is history 😏
