Yes you can do it using php and mysql as the database. Look up n-tier applications.

A simple example assuming you have 10 rows and to get the value of the first column in each. Change the connection string and in Cnxn.Execute to appropriate sql query to execute and see it in action.

This is a vague example to get you started, should be "ok" for a small excel file.

No 1, I am sure the ICAO security standards will be in regards to Terrorism, Aircraft safety and Flight competence safety, not who is carrying drugs.

No 2, how will one or even a few incidence of cocaine carrying invalidate the security standards to the point a company cannot operate a route?

No 3, is it Arik that is responsible for security standards or Nigerian customs. Will that not invalidate ALL flights from Nigeria (including the Western ones ala BA) if they is Nigerian customs is deemed incompetent at ensuring safety?
