hello to prepare stew
-you need good fresh tomatoes, grind the tomatoes well , boil it till its dry then add your tin tomatoe and other spices like ginger galics green spices and leave to boil for about 5minutes, then add water but not much, pour in vegetable oil and cover it to boil for some minutes and u have a nice stew before you.
