KNOW WHAT THE NOTICE OF CONSTITUTIONAL FORCE MAJEURE OF DECEMBER 2020 STATES REGARDING GOVERNMENT LOANS ETC TAKEN FROM THAT DATE, WHEN NIGERIA BECAME A DISPUTED PROJECT. NINAS Facebook 3 April 2026 Nigerians are rightly concerned about the many loans taken by Federal and State governments which the people have to pay back with interest yet there is no tangible development or improvement in living conditions seen after the loans are taken. Furthermore, loans have conditions attached to them under labels like “Structural Adjustment Programmes” which have invariably worsened the lives of Black Africans (going far into the future too). Buhari took on many loans in the name of Nigeria. Tinubu is doing the same thing, the most recent being a 6 Billion US dollar loan on 31 March 2026 for which the Senate granted approval (in less than four hours). Predictably, these loans like previous ones, will bring more Miseries and it is the ordinary people who will as usual have to bear it, not the elite. Wailing about our Miseries does not solve the problem of Nigeria. Making “positive confessions” over our personal life or even over Nigeria does not solve the problem of Nigeria. There has been a Solution on the Table, and putting it into ACTION is what will solve the problem of Nigeria. Recall that Nigeria has been a DISPUTED PROJECT since Declaration of Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) on 16 December 2020. Quoting from the Notice of CFM: “...BY THIS PROCLAMATION, Let it be known to ALL, including International Money Lenders, that Nigeria is now a Disputed Project and that while the Constituent Components commit to honouring existing International Debt Obligations, WE CAUTION that whatever Obligations that may arise from any Foreign Loans contracted by the Federal Government of Nigeria from the date of this Proclamation may come into controversy. Similarly, all Loans contracted by the Federal Government of Nigeria, containing any Clause that may Cede the Sovereignty of Nigeria or any part thereof in the event of Repayment Default shall be disputed as illicit, and in breach of the Sovereignty of the Federating Units…” The reckless loan-taking is made possible by the imposed and illegitimate 1999 Constitution, source of Miseries. That 1999 Constitution must go down! It is not a task for the political class to do, but it is a task and a duty for the people to do. The STRATEGY ACTION required now is to stop preparations for 2027 National Elections which will renew the life of the 1999 Constitution, and therefore insist that all political parties CLOSE SHOP. Instead, the people Demand an immediate time-bound period of Transitioning that terminates the 1999 Constitution, and for Constitutional Reconstruction. We already have a solution to the fallout of loans, and to end the Miseries that flow from the 1999 Constitution. Let us tell others about it including financial institutions, foreign organisations, and investors. Unitary Nigeria is a DISPUTED PROJECT. The NINAS Transitioning Template stabilises and corrects this West African space. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Link to the Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure published in The Guardian (Nigeria) newspaper: https://guardian.ng/features/notice-of-constitutional-grievances-declaration-of-constitutional-force-majeure-and-demand-for-transitioning-process-for-an-orderly-reconfiguration-of-the-constitutional-basis-of-the-federation/ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also consider downloading the poster attached to share it to your networks and on your social media. THREE SIGNS THAT YAHUWAH GOD’S JUDGMENT AGAINST THE OPPRESSOR NATIONS HAS STARTED. Christianity for Africans, Diaspora 01 April 2026 Africans, let us not be weary from the news we get about what the Beasts of Revelation (global political empire) and Babylon the Great (global religious entity) are together doing to our people, for the end outcome of the war between the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness is already certain and decreed. Messiah Yeshua is the King of kings, and Lord of lords. Here are THREE SIGNS that Yahuwah God’s Judgment against the Oppressor Nations has already started:- Sign #ONE: Being aware that the hot spiritual warfare is against Black people, because of our identity as either the biblical Israelites (Covenant people from whom Messiah and the prophets come) or as Hamites (Yahuwah’s chief helpers and thus helpers of the biblical Israelites). Black people from Africa were captives in ships (as in Deuteronomy 28:68) and that cruelty to keep them down continued after Emancipation with lynchings, Jim Crow, red-lining, Mass Incarceration, anti-Black racism and racist terrorism. Also, in the Conference in Berlin in 1884-85, it started what would target Africans in our own homeland for more cruelty, this time by colonization with robbery of our mineral resources and robbery by settlers occupying our rich fertile agricultural lands and taking the produce as theirs. Yahuwah God has not forgotten the cries of Africans, and He does not ignore cruelty and injustice. This awareness of our identity is in order for us to teach it to our children at home and in our schools, universities and institutes. As well as to daily bring to Yahuwah God in individual, family and group prayer the historic cruelty we suffer, as well as today’s never-stopping racism against us, reminding Him that He said that Vengeance belongs to Him and that He does Repay. Sign #TWO: Right now Africans are questioning the Interpretations of the Bible and Church Denominations imposed on our lands during the colonial occupation era and onwards. So meaning that Yahuwah’s work of judgment against the Oppressor has already started as eyes blinded by colonial lies become opened by truth. He completes His judgment work in His timing and with His just consequences for what was done, and continues to be done to Africans and to other Black people. Sign #THREE: There is a new Pan-African spirit where people in the Motherland and Diaspora are reconnecting with themselves, and also separating from the anti-Blackness and racist Systems that lie about us and that are constantly seeking new ways to prevent or squash any signs of Africa Rising. These are just three signs that Yahuwah’s judgment against Oppressor Nations has started, there are other signs. Yahuwah’s judgment is not always a lightning strike upon the Oppressor. It can be a slower and unnoticeable change, and the change can be in the Oppressed as we see happening, before Yahuwah finally brings down the prideful, cruel Oppressor Nation as described in the Book of Obadiah. No matter which community we may be born into, it would be in our personal best interests to be on the biblical Black Messiah’s side, and to be part of His team, being against Oppressors and Oppressor Nations (Luke 4:18, ESV), thus working in this life to expose their evil deeds and to dismantle the Works and Systems of oppression. #Yeshuanity4Africans (formerly #Christianity4Africans) #BlackMESSIAH https://iviv.hu/posts/7d9824e00fd6013f55ed723c915ba918

NIGERIA HAS NO CONSTITUTION TO AMEND AS THE PEOPLE NEVER MADE ANY. OLANIPEKUN SAN. NINAS Facebook 31 March 2026 As you watch this video clip, please engage your mind fully to reason out the two points that are made below, after the Transcript. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNfXCYFbnWw Transcript of this video: Nigeria Has No Constitution To Amend As The People Never Made Any. Olanipekun SAN. We are running into trouble we are inching there and time is not in our favor. And I'm not tickled by what the National Assembly is doing. They are not being fair to themselves, they are not being fair to us. They claim to be amending the Constitution. What I mean: What are they are amending? And I want to repeat it: do you amend something that is not amendable? When you want to amend the Constitution, by the way where do you start? You start from the Preamble: “We the People”… Oh yes they have to amend it. Why are they running away from it? If they cannot amend the Preamble, if the Preamble is not amendable that means the Constitution is not amendable. Come on! They have to start from it. You don't start reading your letter from the back page do you? No they have to start from the Preamble. That means the Preamble is fake: We the People, who are the “We”? When did “We” meet…? I've studied the Constitutions of the world and I say this also with every sense of humility: there is no Constitution that is near as fake, near us deceitful, near as make believe in nature and in content, as the Constitution as the world would call the Constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended. What are they amending? I challenge them and I challenge the National Assembly and they must answer this question. When you are amending you first of all start with the Preamble, because if the people didn't meet and they put it there (by the respected or) by the Abdulsalami Military government who say We the People you must first amend it… If they can't amend it then let us have a Constitution for ourselves ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TWO POINTS TO CONSIDER Point #1 We already know that Unitary Nigeria (One-Nigeria) is a FALSE federation for several reasons but a key one is that none of the Federating Units ie the so-called “States” imposed have their own state/regional Constitutions! Then, as lawyers, judges, the political class etc talk about the 1999 Constitution a Fraud and a Forgery which Nigerians never negotiated, never made, and never ratified by Referendum, they continue to deceive because that illegitimate 1999 Constitution is supposed to be the FEDERATING Constitution, ie the Union Agreement. Since the 1999 Constitution is a make-believe, do we have a Union? Hold that thought, and consider it well. Point #2 In this video clip, Chief Wole Olanipekun SAN, a former President of the Nigerian Bar Association, makes it clear that the Preamble of the 1999 Constitution is so fraudulent, cannot be “amended” by any National Assembly, and thus the entire 1999 Constitution is deceitful. RATIONALE OF THE NINAS 5-POINT PROPOSITION It is in order to CORRECT the open falsehoods in the Preamble of the 1999 Constitution for which Chief Olanipekun said that the Preamble is not amendable, plus point #1 above for consideration, that Point 5 of the NINAS Proposition demands that there be: (E) Announcement of a time-bound 2-Stage Transitioning commenced with Regional Referendums for Constituent Components to Recommit to or Opt out of the Nigeria Union; then distillation of Terms of Union at Stage-2 depending on outcome of the Referendums As usual, please share widely. – NINAS Admin #NINASisRight #End1999Constitution #TransitionNow #RenegotiateNIGERIA https://web.facebook.com/ninasdirect/posts/pfbid0AFdtdb2VjZtxrHZoGwNB3mUdYG4PQwmZbUu2eHYwDVH3yD9TAsrzXpWNNvwdEAQVl |
CAN NIGERIANS FINALLY SEE THAT THE 1999 CONSTITUTION IS THE SOURCE OF THEIR MISERIES, BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE? NINAS Facebook 30 March 2026 Have influencers been paid or received personal benefits for pushing the False Narrative and Propaganda that “bad leadership” is the main source of Nigeria’s problems, so what is needed is a change of leadership by elections? Certainly, some would have received something for their efforts. At one point it was that Yar’Adua would do it. But he did not. Then it was Jonathan would do it. But he did not. Then it was Buhari would do it. But he did not. Then it was Tinubu’s turn. But he did not bring any hope. Obi could not even get a look in. Bad leadership is not the main source of Nigeria’s problems, the constitutional arrangement codified by the 1999 Constitution is. Look at it this way: you have an Apartheid Constitution that is wicked towards Black people. If the leader is Black, nothing would change since even a Black leader would have to govern by that Constitution. For change, you would need to terminate that Apartheid Constitution. That is EXACTLY where Nigeria is. So, no matter if the leader is a good man, or a bad man, or a so-so man – NOTHING would change for Nigerians since the 1999 Constitution would be used to govern them. It is just that influencers, the media, NGOs and religious leaders have added to the voices of the political class, all of them together making such a loud NOISE to drown out the voice of reason and truth. It is the Provisions of the 1999 Constitution that create and maintain an environment where Fulani are killing for land grabbing and Fulanization, terrorists are killing for Islamization-Sharia, kidnapping is happening to help fund the killings. It is also the Provisions of the 1999 Constitution that ENSURE there is poverty and Miseries, and rampant looting and corruption – just as we see, which, despite all the anti-this and that programmes, continue to worsen. The NINAS Strategy is a PEOPLE-LED Liberation work. This is about knowing the truth concerning our current situation and predicament, and how the 1999 Constitution is the enemy of the peoples, and how we liberate ourselves from it. You are part of this great awakening. If you recognise this truth, you carry a responsibility. Share the NINAS Message with someone who needs this truth. Share it with those struggling with the Miseries and frustrations of living in Nigeria. This NINAS Message must spread throughout Nigeria and the Diaspora. On a daily basis, Nigeria is happening to thousands of people, the worst being to those who are killed, horribly maimed or raped. Before it is too late, we need to understand the link between our Miseries and that 1999 Constitution. This article is one such that helps: “The Oppressor uses the Fraud called 1999 Constitution to oppress Nigerians.”, link here: https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/the-oppressor-uses-the-fraud-called As usual, please share widely. – NINAS Admin #NINASisRight #End1999Constitution #TransitionNow #RenegotiateNIGERIA https://web.facebook.com/ninasdirect/posts/pfbid0riTDiiXTUBK5fDn53FChHdVtGSJ7qHvt7bndYW9TMCTuSsYXUvkQzB8FWU67rxnhl |
THE OPPRESSOR USES THE FRAUD CALLED 1999 CONSTITUTION TO OPPRESS NIGERIANS. Ndidi Uwechue NINAS Movement News 28 March 2026 People say “Nigeria has happened to me” when a certain type of misfortune happens to them showing that Nigeria is against them: when Nigeria is against their welfare, when Nigeria is against their interests, when Nigeria is against their God-given potentials. It is the “Nigerian System” at work. This Nigerian System is very real and is deliberate, and designed to ensure that indigenous peoples of Nigeria will suffer, will not progress, and will have their lives cut short. Quoting: “Sir Frederick [Lugard] has earned the notorious distinction of being the originator of a system of government – the product of his exuberant imagination – entitled the Nigerian System. That system has in the pregnant words of ex-Judge Stocker been described as “a set back to a condition of things resembling the barbarous ages”. To the natives of Nigeria in particular and of West Africa in general the ‘Nigerian System’ is the most infernal system that has ever been devised...” Source: Report on the Amalgamation of Nigeria (an extract), link: https://www.ninasvoice.org/the-amalgamation-of-nigeria There is a lot of information in the public domain about how the British occupation of Nigeria (aka colonisation) impoverished the people. There is also a lot of information available on how the British set up the immigrant settler Fulani to be the overlords when they physically left on 1960 Independence Day. Ahmadu Bello was so sure that Nigerians would continue to be subdued and subjugated so he even made it public as reported on 12 October 1960, declaring: “The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grandfather Uthman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We use the minorities in the North as willing tools and the South as a conquered territory and never allow them to rule over us and never allow them to have control over their future.” --Reported in Parrot Newspaper on 12 October 1960 There is a long list of massacres of indigenous peoples that have happened since so-called Independence, the Biafra Genocide being one of many. There is Ugep (Cross River), Bakolori (Zamfara), Umuechem (Rivers), Odi (Bayelsa), Jos riots, Zaki Biam (Benue), EndSARS (Lagos and elsewhere), plus the thousands by armed Fulani like Agatu (Benue), and by their Islamic terrorists associates all over the core north Arewa Bloc. The problem too is that Nigerians are not connecting the dots to see the pattern of non-stop slaughter of indigenous peoples, right since 1960 Independence. The amount and level of bloodshed in Nigeria is NOT NORMAL. It has not stopped, and more people will be killed even today as the Fulani Conquest Agenda declared by Ahmadu Bello rolls ahead. How about the daily Miseries, the constant mishaps and frustrations and lack? Ahmadu Bello told us that that was the Plan and it is part of the Fulani Conquest Agenda when he said regarding Nigerians in general, “... never allow them to have control over their future”. That translates to every single day Nigerians not being able to carry out what they plan or need to do. For instance: -No electricity for home, hospital or business. -No water because no electricity to pump it. -No internet, or of poor quality so you cannot do online work or business. -No fuel for your vehicle or your generator (so no electricity). -No public toilets so you and your child must urinate and defecate out in the open like animals do. -No public water supply so those cooking roadside food or snacks cannot wash their hands (even after open urination/defecation). -The potholes and craters in the roads damage your vehicle and cause accidents. -No traffic lights and safe pedestrian crossings so you and your child needlessly risk your lives as you cross roads. -The fruit and vegetables you laboured to produce on your farm are rotting away in the sun because of lack of basic infrastructure to get it to the market. -Fruit, vegetables and meat are spoiling in markets because of lack of cold storage facilities. -No ambulance service to get you or your mortally sick loved one to the hospital. -Primitive hospitals that are not fit for purpose. -Schools, Universities and Polytechnics that lack the necessary equipment and laboratory reagents etc to provide a world class education. -A chaotic, extremely noisy, and filthy environment that bring many hazards. -All kinds of (dangerously) substandard mostly imported items (from food to clothing to vehicle parts etc) being sold. -Insecurity of kidnapping, and raids by armed Fulani and Islamic terrorists. -Gross looting and corruption by the political class, their cronies, and top civil servants. -A Police Force that is both unable and unwilling to protect ordinary Nigerians. -A Criminal Justice System that too often works for the highest briber. There are so much more that are planned by the Nigerian System not to work for Nigerians. The unbearable load of suffering and lack that the poor are made to carry. The constant stress: when there is no electricity; when driving or even walking on dangerous roads; when prices of medicine, fuel or food rise fast. Even in those moments when things go well, there is the fear that it will not last and that at any moment something will happen to bring back that constant lack, chaos, and inability to do what needs to be done, and being unable to control what you can do for yourself and your children on any given day. Forcing many to seek to flee abroad (jakpa). One thing for sure, the Miseries and bloodshed will not stop until Nigeria finally becomes the “estate” of the Fulani as Ahmadu Bello made known. Therefore, Nigerians cannot be sitting ducks but MUST themselves do the needful to stop this evil Agenda that wants their destruction and their ancestral lands. Fortunately, there is a Counterforce which is described further below. Today, it is the 1999 Constitution that is the source of Miseries, and of the Nigerian System, and it enables the Fulani Conquest Agenda. Some uninformed people will say that it cannot be that 1999 Constitution since the Miseries have been of old from even before it was foisted upon Nigerians. It is because they do not know that the 1999 Constitution did not drop from nowhere, but IT IS A CONTINUATION of the 1979 Constitution (so-called) and of the Military Decrees. In fact, the fraud called 1999 Constitution is Decree 24 renamed. This 1999 Constitution is not just a book that lawyers and judges carry around and quote from. It contains the principles, precepts and standards that will affect the lives and living conditions of Nigerians. Just like the Apartheid Constitution of South Africa is what was applied to make Black lives miserable, or the Slave Codes of USA were applied to make Black lives miserable, in the SAME MANNER the 1999 Constitution is applied to make Black lives miserable. It is the book that the oppressor uses to keep you oppressed. Politicians regularly lie saying: “Vote for me, and I will bring change”. That is just who they are. No change will happen since even if elected, they will continue to operate the 1999 Constitution which empowers them to loot in peace and to have personal armed protection for themselves and their children. But, their Helpers are teachers of religion. Such as pastors and priests, who help to normalise the oppression of Nigerians by saying that the current unitary One-Nigeria (of manifold Miseries) is the will of God! Therefore, they tell Nigerians to “be patient” and “to pray”, thus deflecting the people from the needed action of Liberating themselves from that evil 1999 Constitution. So, we do hear some Nigerian youth in religion-inspired docility saying in the face of an afflicting situation that “We are used to it!”, rather than applying the biblical: “Resist the devil and he will flee”, which means that the 1999 Constitution must be resisted and made to flee. Critical Thinking is needed right now. The Preamble of the 1999 Constitution hijacks the Sovereignty and Self-Determination of indigenous Ethnic Nations. Then the Provisions of the 1999 Constitution ensure that Nigerians are LOCKED DOWN and unable to control their present and their future. The chief part that does that is the 68-item Exclusive List. Every area in that List that the illicit “Federal” Government controls is an area where Nigerians suffer Miseries, Injustice and Danger/Existential Threat. Below is a link for easy access to the 68-Item Exclusive List of the 1999 Constitution from Jurist NG online Constitution. Please NOTE items 2 and 17. They are applied by government to make indigenous peoples DEFENCELESS to face armed invaders. That is why armed Fulani are confident in raiding villages because they know Nigerians have no weapon at home to use to fight back. Link: https://jurist.ng/constitution/1022 With utmost urgency, Nigerians must Insist on termination of that 1999 Constitution. All of it for all of it is a Fraud, and the Preamble cannot be “amended”. The Strategy Action is to Demand that preparation for 2027 National Elections that will renew the life of the 1999 Constitution be stopped, and to instead begin a time-bound Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction right now in 2026. This is an ORDERLY PROCESS and there will be no power vacuum since existing governance structures would remain in place in transitional capacity. The NINAS Template to get it done is on the Table. (Poster of NINAS Final Steps below is here) Ndidi Uwechue is a British citizen with Igbo heritage from the Lower Niger Bloc. She is a retired Metropolitan (London) Police Officer, she is a signatory to the Constitutional Force Majeure, and she writes from Asaba. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTES 1) The Unitary Constitution Of Nigeria Is Reason For The Woes; Solution Is To Take Down That Constitution By Breaking The Cycle Of Elections That Renew Its Life, And Rework The Union Constitution. VIDEO: NIGERIA DOESN'T NEED ELECTION, IT NEEDS A RESET Moment of Peace 22 March 2026 When a nation begins to break down under the weight of deep-rooted failures, especially those tied to its colonial legacy and inherited systems, you do not ignore reality, deny the problems, or keep reinstalling leaders who worsen the situation. Instead, you pause, reassess, and rebuild the system from the ground up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZXJnhoLQeo |

PROXIMITY TO BLACKNESS: IT’S ESSENTIAL FOR AFRICANS. The Smart African 22 March 2026 Prologue The guiding light for a good (and safe) future for Africans is in God’s commandment in Proverbs 3:31 which states: “Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.” -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Let me say at the onset that some young White people are questioning the slavery and colonisation of Africans that their ancestors carried out, and they are keen to create a much different world of respect not racism, fairness and integrity not neocolonialism, where different communities will have the religion, politics, and know-how they want in peace, and where there will be no Western interference, so Africans would now be left in peace to live our way in our Continent. This is a welcome development and they are encouraged to continue to do that work in their communities, as we all do what is needed to enjoy global harmony. We Africans had a glorious history, but have been a people oppressed in our more recent past by Arab-Islamic Slavery, by White-Christian Slavery, and by European Occupation-Colonisation. So no wonder “Proximity to Whiteness” came to be. Proximity to Whiteness is when Black people try to be closer to Whiteness in looks and in behaviour and in culture in order not to suffer the oppression of the empire. It is understandable. There is malicious/criminal interference to hinder Black people/Africa rising. There was Black Wall Street in the USA that was burnt to the ground by jealous White America, while in Africa itself, pro-Black leaders get destroyed or deposed. Black South America and Caribbean also have their own stories of such anti-Blackness wickedness. This obstructing of Black self-determination is in stark contrast to what happens regarding White progress. Century after century White people are left in peace to do what will benefit their community, with nobody hindering them. But, the empire seems propelled/pursued by something that is frightened of Black progress, and of Black people living in peace and prosperity in our communities. But times, they are a-changing in Black communities worldwide! Eyes blinded by centuries of lies are being opened by truth. We now know the WHY for our oppression. We now know that the Covenant biblical Israelites are a Black Nation (who experienced Deuteronomy 28). We now know that the biblical Messiah is a Black Man and His stated Mission is to set captives free from the Oppressor (Luke 4:18, ESV). Now, with the true identity of the Black man known, we are getting into Proximity to Blackness. Africans, because of Trans-Saharan and Trans-Atlantic Slavery, then Colonisation, forgot who we are, we forgot our identity, and we forgot the purpose of life. We had gotten it all wrong: everything was turned on its head! Everything had been inverted, reversed and therefore unbalanced. Fortunately for us however, we are coming back to our senses, we are waking up. We forgot our identity because we got influenced by the media which is globally controlled by the oppressor – more on this later. We got confused because we got deceived and lost our identity mainly by the two religious views of the enslavers of our ancestors, thus, by White Christendom (see NOTES section below) and by Arab Islam. Proximity to Blackness (ProxBlack) means having a heart for the Oppressed and understanding that God loves the Oppressed, He is on the side of the Oppressed, and He is going to create a new World Order (can you not sense it?) where there will be peace and mankind will no longer go about seeking who to devour and whose lands/resources to steal in the name of being superior and therefore harming, colonising and enslaving those who have chosen not to live by the sword. ProxBlack means building our community worldwide on the foundation of Proverbs 3:31 “Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.” None means NONE. So, it means we must BUILD OUR OWN TABLE! Our youths are demanding for it. In a nutshell, to rise to our God-ordained potentials we are to build our own Table, built on an African foundation. We do not need to go searching too far because Ubuntu is that very principle that agrees with what God has commanded. We should be grateful to our ancestors and honour them for the gift of Ubuntu. Ubuntu is the “African Code of Conduct” that in everything acknowledges the humanity of everyone else, and that is in harmony with God, with mankind and with nature. That means we do not EXPLOIT anybody and any thing. That means we do not exploit our natural resources, our farming practice, our economic progress etc. We do everything without Greed and without Over-consumption. With Ubuntu, it is God’s blessing on the work of our hands and on our environment that will prosper us. This means we need to do away with thinking that “proximity to Whiteness” is of benefit to us. Going forward, our approach and our desires will be PROXIMITY TO BLACKNESS! In this discussion Proximity to Blackness (ProxBlack) means having a POSITIVE REGARD for all Black communities and being very fond of our Blackness. It involves being CONSCIOUS that the world is anti-Blackness and we therefore must be careful about everything that we read or hear about when it concerns history, sociology, crimes said to be committed by Black people, and interpretations of the Bible, etc, until we have reason to trust it (if ever). For, being a spiritual people, we had been given a warning and it is in Sirach/Ecclesiasticus 12:10-12 “Never trust thine enemy: for like as iron rusteth, so is his wickedness. Though he humble himself, and go crouching, yet take good heed and beware of him, and thou shalt be unto him as if thou hadst wiped a lookingglass [mirror], and thou shalt know that his rust hath not been altogether wiped away. Set him not by thee, lest, when he hath overthrown thee, he stand up in thy place; neither let him sit at thy right hand, lest he seek to take thy seat, and thou at the last remember my words, and be pricked therewith.” ProxBlack automatically happens when we have an unshakeable orientation that values Blackness. Images whether as photos, adverts, videos or films are a major source of pushing out anti-Blackness narratives and notions. It is therefore here that we must also apply ProxBlack in our community as a counterforce. This can involve moving away from media outlets and social media that promote anti-Blackness as part of their mission and reason for existing. Reports show that online algorithms are known to reinforce all kinds of anti-Blackness (remember the warning above from Sirach 12:10-12). For example, I and others complain about “the normalization of the constant sharing of depictions of Black pain and death online”. This is deliberate, and haters get entertained by such images just like their ancestors when torturing and lynching innocent Black men. Some people have commented that they left X, TikTok and Facebook because of this. ProxBlack means deleting those images/videos without sharing them, and telling our networks to stop sending us such material. For ProxBlack, parents should also educate their children about depictions of Black pain/death online, explaining to them that it is unacceptable and is there to devalue our people. School teachers, and University or Polytechnic lecturers also have a key role in promoting ProxBlack. Now, if someone is genuine and wants to report a harrowing racist crime/incident they can do so using words only. If still, a photo is needed they can ensure certain parts are blurred or blacked out, and be aware that anti-Blackness puts us in dehumanising places where other communities are not, but instead are given respect and peace. Also, are you not sick and tired of those films portraying Black men as gangsters, drug dealers, and violent? Yet, it is publicly known that in the USA guns and drugs were deliberately introduced into our communities by the authorities. Plus there is the gross injustice of Mass Incarceration of innocent Black men. So, in reality, we are the least violent community as proven by our history. ProxBlack means avoiding and boycotting movies that portray us as violent, and instead watching the right kind of movies about our people. This also applies to musicians and bands whose songs promote Black violence. ProxBlack means that we do not get triggered by online racist trolls. These are frustrated beings who see that despite the known hyper-surveillance of Black people, and multidimensional injustice against us, still, we rise! ProxBlack also shows itself in the reconnections happening in the Black World. Our people in the Americas, Caribbean, Europe and Africa are seeking themselves for fun, games, business and culture. Therefore, we need to be mindful that the so-called online “diaspora wars” are mostly fabrications and lies to keep Black people stressed. They are “largely mythological” and “are often orchestrated or exacerbated by external actors, including bots and paid agents, aimed at sowing distrust and division among Black people” (AI Overview). They “are amplified and distorted by digital algorithms” (AI Overview). There are sell-outs among us who for clicks and monetisation perform for the Oppressor. We know they are there, and their noise just makes racists happy from imagined problems. To conclude, I need to address a most unfortunate matter. It is that there is internal oppression within the Black community. Some of our people lord it over those who are poor and weak. All that I can say to such disgusting people is that: act like, or side with the Oppressor, then the fate of the Oppressor awaits you too. NOTES Excerpts from AI Overview definition of White Christendom (sourced on 28 Jan 2026) “White Christendom refers to a historical and cultural concept describing the period and identity of predominantly White, Christian societies, especially in Europe and the Americas, where Christianity was deeply intertwined with national identity, political power, and social structures. It is often associated with the dominance of Protestant and Catholic traditions among White populations, particularly in the United States and Western Europe, and reflects a legacy where [White] Christian values were institutionalized in law, education, and public life. This concept is closely linked to White Christian Nationalism, a political ideology that asserts America was founded as a Christian nation for White Christians and that its laws and institutions should reflect this identity. According to scholars like Philip Gorski, White Christendom has roots in the 17th-century Puritan movement, where settlers saw themselves as a "chosen people" in a "promised land," and in the colonization and enslavement of non-White peoples, justified through theological narratives like the [unbiblical fabricated] Curse of Ham… The term ‘White Christendom’ reflects how it became synonymous with European and White cultural identity through centuries of colonization, empire-building, and institutional power. This includes the entanglement of Christianity with slavery, segregation, and White supremacy, particularly in the U.S., where White churches often supported or condoned racial oppression.” https://thesmartafrican.substack.com/p/proximity-to-blackness-its-essential |
HERE’S WHY THE ANGER WHEN BLACK PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE THE BIBLICAL ISRAELITES. Christianity for Africans, Diaspora 15 March 2026 Whenever Black people begin to go for their own narrative, or their own structures, the Western System comes down quickly to stop it. This is in everything. It is there in the history for instance in Black Wall Street that was destroyed by the System. It is there in religion for example in the Rastafarian belief so the System immediately condemned it saying it is all about marijuana, to scare away Black people from joining it. It is now here too in religion again when Black people and Africans are starting to decolonize our religion and seeing the misinterpretations that the colonizer brought in to change the identity (and Name) of Messiah as well as that of the biblical Israelites. Actually, the religious beliefs of any community should not be the business of another community. If Chinese community should say the Messiah is Chinese, we Africans will leave them be. Or Indian. Or Japanese. Here are just two reasons why the Western System attacks when Africans/Black people gather around a Black Messiah and Black Israelites. 1. It is about Money. Without the money of Black people as donations, or buying of books, religious accessories, priestly clothing etc, the religion known collectively as “Christianity” would struggle globally and could even go bankrupt. The System will therefore fight to keep Black and African people within Christianity and will use Black priests and pastors to do it. Many methods will be used, but all will be mind control and use of fear. The System will recruit Black sell-outs to infiltrate the Black Israelite community who will use extremist language, ego and hate to make it seem that this is what it is about. Such is a well-known tactic of organisations like the FBI to bring hostility and hatred against Black organisations that begin to walk free from the colonizer’s ways and narratives. 2. It is about Deuteronomy 28 & Deuteronomy 30 In Deuteronomy 28, Moses is giving the Covenant with Yahuwah God to the Israelites. This chapter lists blessings for obedience. It also lists the horrible consequences for disobedience. The only community that fully fits these consequences are the Black people taken away from Africa via ships to slavery, plus having lands that were colonized so their resources do not benefit them. Then, Deuteronomy 30 promises a CONDITIONAL Restoration. The biblical Israelites will be Restored to the place Yahuwah wants them WHEN they return to the biblical God in the manner that Moses and Messiah have instructed. It is to PREVENT, OBSTRUCT or DELAY this Restoration that the System fights Black people who go for a different narrative, and a different viewpoint from that of the colonizer. Deuteronomy 30:1-3 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath driven thee, And shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee. To summarize, the System of the Oppressor is focused on controlling Africans and Black people so that we remain within the Oppressor’s power and his interpretation of what the world should be, and of what religion should be – and thus of what/who Yahuwah God should be too. The System is frightened if Black people should leave the Oppressor’s religious influence because: -Global Christianity would suffer without the money that Black people bring to it. -Given what is in Deuteronomy 28, if Black people in their numbers were to identify with the biblical Israelites then they will return to the biblical Yahuwah, and the Restoration promised in Deuteronomy 30 will happen. But modern Pharaoh will not let Yahuwah’s people go until what happened to Pharaoh of Egypt, happens to him too. The signs of the times are there and the Scripture is there for us to read, and to teach us. Yeshua the biblical Black Messiah is setting captives free from the Oppressor (Luke 4:18, ESV), and no devil can stop His work. Africans, let us be guided by Deuteronomy 30 and return to Yahuwah and Lord Yeshua. Amen. PS: Someone asked us why we use the word “Oppressor” so much. We reply that it is because Yahuwah God uses it a lot too, to define the wicked, and to explain to the Oppressed that He loves us, despite our sufferings and that He is a Yahuwah God of the Oppressed. We venture to advise all Africans to read the book of 2 Esdras for there it is explained why Yahuwah’s Chosen People suffer (temporarily) and that the Oppressor is (permanently) a loser in this life. #Yeshuanity4Africans (formerly #Christianity4Africans) #BlackMESSIAH https://iviv.hu/posts/51097b90027f013f55ed723c915ba918

BRILLIANT TRUTH! Igbo Nation will deal with the criminality of gang leader Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB. Even if IPOB get a White man or a whole basket of White people to lie for him, it will not work. The innocent blood shed in Igboland by Nnamdi Kanu and his violent IPOB/ESN will not be forgotten. Dr. Chike Akunyili, husband of the late former Prof. Dora Akunyili, was murdered by ESN/UGM on September 28, 2021, in Anambra State, Nigeria. He was shot while returning from a meeting in Onitsha where he had honored his late wife. Chukwu will not forget him and the over 30,000 killed by this evil gang that has desecrated Igboland. |
A COMPREHENSIVE CRITIQUE AND REBUTTAL OF MIKE ARNOLD'S ARTICLE ON NNAMDI KANU By The Founder, Eculaw Group, Facebook [Emeka Ugwonye] 07 March 2026 Introduction: A Flawed Premise Built on Misrepresentation: Mike Arnold's recent article, "Why Every Person on Earth Should Demand the Release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu," is not a sober legal analysis but a piece of emotive advocacy that deliberately omits critical facts to create a false narrative. As the Founder of Eculaw Group—an organization with a demonstrable record of defending fundamental rights and opposing government overreach—I find it necessary to set the record straight. I personally represented Nnamdi Kanu in 2017 precisely because I believed, and still believe, that his initial pre-trial detention was wrong and abusive. My credentials as a defender of rights against a corrupt and abusive Nigerian state are established. It is from this principled standpoint, not from any sympathy for the government, that I offer this critique. Arnold’s central thesis—that Kanu is an innocent man convicted merely for "talking"—is a simplistic and dangerous falsehood that insults the intelligence of readers and, more importantly, mocks the victims of the violence that Kanu and the group he led are credibly accused of inciting. This critique will dismantle his arguments by addressing three core falsehoods: the nature of the conviction, the status of the applicable law, and the mischaracterization of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). 1. The "Just for Talking" Fallacy: Ignoring the Evidence of Violence: Arnold's most egregious misrepresentation is his claim that Kanu was convicted "just for talking" and that "the prosecution never proved that a single act of violence was directly caused by anything Kanu said." This is absolute rubbish, a play on the mind of the gullible, and is based either on his imagination or a calculated desire to cause mischief. Nnamdi Kanu was not convicted for expressing political opinions. He was convicted for his leadership role in a proscribed organization that engaged in multiple acts of terrorism. The court's judgment, which Arnold conveniently fails to engage with, was based on a body of evidence that included: · Inciting Violence: Kanu's broadcasts on Radio Biafra and his public statements consistently called for sit-at-home and killing of those who disobeyed tgose calls, and encouraged the formation of armed groups. These are not protected political speeches; they are direct incitements to violence. · The Actions of IPOB's Armed Wing, the ESN: The Eastern Security Network (ESN), which Kanu founded and directed, has been linked to numerous deadly attacks on police stations, military formations, and government officials in the South-East. They have killed scores of security personnel and civilians. To separate Kanu's "voice" from the actions of the militia he created is a deliberate and dishonest act of erasure. The founder of a group that goes on to commit atrocities cannot claim to be a mere orator. Arnold selectively cites Amnesty International and researchers who documented "largely peaceful" marches in IPOB's early years. This is a classic tactic of ignoring the organization's evolution. While IPOB may have started as a peaceful separatist movement, its transformation into a violent secessionist group with an armed wing is a matter of public record, documented by Nigerian and international observers. Kanu was convicted for his actions during this later, violent phase. To hold him accountable only for the "tiny bit" of the crimes his group committed is not injustice; it is the minimum requirement of law. 2. The "Law That Didn't Exist" Canard: A Deliberate Misreading of Nigerian Jurisprudence Arnold's second pillar is the claim that Kanu was "convicted under a law that didn't exist"—the Terrorism (Prevention) Amendment Act of 2013, which he asserts was repealed without a saving clause. This is a highly technical argument presented as a simple fact, when in reality it is a contested legal interpretation that was rejected by the trial court and is a subject for appeal, not a demonstration of the trial's invalidity. Under Nigerian criminal jurisprudence, as in many common law jurisdictions, the repeal of a penal statute does not extinguish liability for offenses committed while that statute was in force, unless the new law expressly says so. The fundamental principle is that a person is tried under the law that existed at the time the offense was committed. The offenses for which Kanu was charged occurred between 2015 and 2021, a period when the 2013 Act was undoubtedly in force. The 2022 amendment did not create a blanket amnesty for all previous acts of terrorism. Kanu's lawyers raised this point, and the court, in its considered judgment, clearly did not find it a sufficient ground to nullify the charges or the conviction. Arnold presents a "gotcha" question—"show us the law"—as if the court's failure to recite a magic phrase proves a conspiracy. It proves no such thing. It simply shows that the court applied the well-established principle that repeals do not retrospectively invalidate prosecutions for past crimes, absent a clear legislative intent to the contrary. To argue otherwise is to misunderstand the very foundation of criminal law. Kanu was convicted based on the valid laws of Nigeria as they existed at the time of his alleged crimes. 3. The Mischaracterization of IPOB's Proscription and the Role of the Judiciary Arnold's account of IPOB's proscription is similarly one-sided. He describes a "secret, ex parte order" as if it were an unheard-of anomaly, rather than a legal mechanism available to prevent an imminent threat when prior notice could be dangerous. The government, acting on what it considered credible intelligence of IPOB's activities, sought and obtained the proscription. More importantly, Arnold omits the crucial point that the courts have remained open to Kanu and IPOB throughout this process. A High Court in Enugu did indeed declare the proscription unconstitutional. However, that judgment was appealed by the government, and the legal status of the proscription was ultimately determined by higher courts. This is how a legal system functions—through appeals and final determinations, not through the first ruling of a single judge. To suggest that the government simply ignored a subsisting court order is to ignore the full trajectory of the litigation. 4. The "Sokoto" Narrative: An Appeal to Prejudice, Not a Legal Argument The section on Kanu's transfer to Sokoto is a masterpiece of emotional manipulation designed to paint the Nigerian state as an Islamic theocracy bent on silencing a Christian dissenter. Arnold's language—"deep in the Islamic far north," "spiritual seat of the Fulani caliphate," "the Islamic model in miniature"—is inflammatory and designed to appeal to a specific audience's prejudices. The decision of where to detain a high-profile convict is an administrative one, often based on security assessments. Keeping a prisoner convicted of leading a violent secessionist movement far from his support base in the South-East, where attacks on prisons have occurred, is a standard security measure. To frame this as a religious crusade is a dishonest attempt to inject religious sentiment where it does not belong. The "message" being sent, if any, is that leading an armed group against the state has consequences, not that a man is being punished for his faith. 5. The Kingdom and the State: Conflating Prophecy with Incitement Arnold's closing arguments, drawing parallels between Kanu and biblical figures like Paul and Tyndale, are theologically and logically incoherent. He frames any dissent as "prophecy" and any state response as persecution. This is a romantic but dangerous oversimplification. The state has a primary duty to protect the lives and property of its citizens. When a leader's "voice" consistently incites violence that leads to the deaths of security agents and civilians, the state is not just permitted but obligated to act. To equate a modern militant leader with the Apostle Paul is not only ahistorical but also a profound disrespect to the message of peace at the core of the Christian faith Arnold invokes. The "machinery" that is being used against Kanu is the machinery of criminal justice, however imperfect. It is not the machinery of ancient Rome or of a hypothetical Islamic theocracy. To claim otherwise is to abandon legal analysis for apocalyptic fantasy. Conclusion: A Call for Intellectual Honesty Mike Arnold's article is not a serious contribution to the discourse on justice in Nigeria. It is a polemic built on a foundation of half-truths, omissions, and emotionally charged rhetoric. It demands the release of a man convicted by a court of law, not by engaging with the evidence that led to that conviction, but by painting a simplistic picture of a heroic voice silenced by a cartoonishly evil state. As someone who has stood in court against the Nigerian government, who knows its corruption and abuses firsthand, I can say with certainty that this case is not the simple tale of persecution Arnold tells. It is a complex and tragic story of a man who, whatever the legitimacy of his initial grievances, chose to lead his followers down a path of violence. He was convicted for that choice. To ignore the victims of that violence in order to build a narrative of a martyr is not only intellectually dishonest—it is a moral failure. The machinery that silences a voice that cries for justice is indeed a threat. But so is the machinery that excuses the violence that voice inspires. Mike Arnold comes across as a rogue and an agent provocateur who has chosen to see only one. Rise above the propaganda. https://web.facebook.com/eculaw/posts/pfbid0evEva87uFCKJwPN6qm21hJDPe69oGKKQGkq7kKMyUcwwWFW4qt8sGEhNHT9yixAfl |
AFRICANS SEEK BIBLE TEACHERS WHO CENTER OUR EXPERIENCE OF SLAVERY, COLONIZATION, AND RACISM AS SERIOUS TO GOD WHO DOESN’T FORGET THAT EVIL. Christianity for Africans, Diaspora 10 March 2026 Does Yahuwah God overlook the cruelty that our ancestors suffered at the hands of Whites and Arabs during Trans Atlantic Slavery and Trans Sahara Slavery? Does Yahuwah ignore the cruelty we suffered during Colonization and now Neocolonization? Does Yahuwah turn deaf ears and blind eyes as we face Racism mostly from these two communities and also from other communities? The ancestors of Black people knew that despite the cruelty they were made to go through, that Yahuwah is a God of the Oppressed and not on the side of the Oppressor (read about Frederick Douglass, David Walkers Appeal to the Colored Citizens of the World, etc). Today, as we live under Neocolonialism that unrighteously extracts our natural resources for Western countries, and as we face a non-stopping anti-Blackness and Racism, we must learn from our ancestors and from the biblical Yahuwah and His Messiah, Yeshua HaMashiach. It is in good order for us to pray Yahuwah God should send us suitable teachers as we Africans UNLEARN the Lies and Misinterpretations of all the colonizer’s church denominations to replace with biblical truth: Yahuwah judges the Oppressor and a Day is approaching when it will be manifest to this world. Let us pray Jeremiah 3:15: “Then I will give you shepherds after My own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.” These new shepherds will not repeat to Africans what is taught in Western schools of theology. They will bring to us faithful teaching which will be truth from Scripture and which will be accurate and show us that the poor, the weak, and the Oppressed are loved by Yahuwah, and that He has not forgotten what the Oppressor did to us, and the ongoing Racism and Racial Injustice eg Mass Incarceration of Black men, still not receiving Reparations for Arab-Islamic Slavery and White-Christian Slavery, are all being noted and judged by Yahuwah who cares about Black suffering and about the shedding of innocent Black blood that calls out to Him from the ground of Slavery, Colonization and Racism. We must pray Him to give us these new shepherds as He judges and removes the present crop of Pastors, Priests (and Imams) according to His purposes for Africans and Black people. We encourage Africans to know the rich book 2 Esdras. It is written by Ezra and in 2 Esdras our Messiah speaks and answers questions like why do the Chosen People of Yahuwah suffer etc. We know that the biblical Israelites are Black. 2 Esdras also is prophetic showing us what will happen during End Times and that the destiny of the Oppressor is woe – we are in the End Times now. 2 Esdras 15:21-22 Like as they do yet this day unto My chosen [people], so will I do also, and recompense in their bosom. Thus saith the Lord God; My right hand shall not spare the sinners, and My sword shall not cease over them that shed innocent blood upon the earth. Africans, we must pray without ceasing for new teachers/shepherds, ones who are not obsessed with money, prosperity, celebrity status and oppressing the flock, but who will let us see from Scripture that the Racism and anti-Blackness that is thrown at us, Yahuwah sees, judges, and has destinies prepared for Oppressor and Oppressed, waiting for Yahuwah’s appropriate timing. VIDEO: AFRICA MUST BREAK THE CHAINS OF COLONIZATION Moment of Truth 8 March 2026 The world must come to recognize how imperial manipulation and colonial rule have held humanity back. Our shared future should be free from the systems of domination and exploitation that have shaped the past. Moving toward that future requires greater unity and self-determination across Africa. With strategic clarity and collective resolve, the Indigenous peoples of Nigeria and the broader African continent can work toward overcoming the legacies of both external and internal forms of colonial control, and toward building societies grounded in sovereignty, dignity, and self-determined development. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_U5cOBHN14?si=7Li4dd6gHolBPuGO |

We must record the Igbo pastors, priests, political and religious leaders that betray Igbo Nation by supporting Nnamdi Kanu and the release from deserved prison of violence-loving IPOB gang leader KANU EXPOSES SOUTHEAST ELITE The Nation news March 8, 2026 by Adekunle Ade-Adeleye It does not seem there is anything the rest of the country can do to prevent the deification of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader Nnamdi Kanu. The mayhem inspired by him does not matter to many people in the Southeast; what matters, it is becoming worrisome, are his histrionics, what he stands for, and the manner in which he deploys hate speech. As a result of his hysteria, hundreds (some say thousands) may have been murdered in bloodcurdling circumstances; but these have not dissuaded leading Southeast traditional and political leaders from promoting his views, defending his style, and agitating for his release from life imprisonment in Sokoto. Last week, after the Anambra State chapter of the Pentecostal Bishops Association waded into the fray by asking for Mr Kanu’s unconditional release in order to arrest the rising agitation and insecurity in the Southeast, not a few people were baffled. Neither the bishops nor any of the region’s leading elite who had been campaigning for the IPOB leader’s release thought it wise or ameliorative to balance their agitation with an acknowledgement of the many murderous campaigns undertaken by the group to secure ‘independence’ for the Igbo. According to the bishops, “We are passionately pleading with President Tinubu to use his good offices to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally. Correct the imbalances in the polity, which has aggravated agitations from the region, in the spirit of equity, fairness and socio-economic balance in the system. These measures will significantly improve the much-needed peace and security in the Southeast region.” Not a word about the murders and mayhem, though it was mostly Igbo people who were murdered. Yet not a few dozens of Igbo victims, but hundreds, if not thousands. If the bishops could not draw a sacred line between their duty to Jesus Christ and the engaging peace He personified, and their duty to the Igbo ethnic group and their politics, nor yet to the humanity in everyone, victim as well as assailant, then, clearly, there is something hugely wrong with the principles of sacerdotal messaging. If the bishops came up short, though only the Anambra Pentecostal bishops were referenced in the report, what about the region’s monarchs? Worse, what about the region’s political elite? Last month, during the 2026 National Traditional and Religious Leaders Summit on Health held at the State House Conference Centre, Abuja, an Enugu State monarch, Eze Ogbunechendo of Ezema Olo Kingdom in Enugu State, Dr Lawrence Agubuzu, had appealed to President Bola Tinubu, who was in the audience, to release Mr Kanu unconditionally. His argument was that Mr Kanu’s modus operandi was similar to that of the Yoruba agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, alias Sunday Igboho, whom the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeye Ogunwusi, planned to canonise. But if Nigeria found Mr Kanu too troublesome to harbour, the eze whined, he should be returned to either Kenya from when he was renditioned, or the United Kingdom, of which he is a citizen. IPOB militants were not as ambiguous or disingenuous as some of those agitating for Mr Kanu’s release, whether they were bishops or traditional rulers, or even the incredibly sophistic Southeast political elite. In a statement the militants issued to refute Eze Agubuzu’s comparisons, they made the following arguments: “This desperate attempt by one Sunday Dare, a Tinubu aide, to whitewash the obvious ethnic bias and judicial persecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not only laughable, but exposes the depth of Yoruba-led ethnic desperation to justify an unjust conviction. We agree with the Tinubu aide on one point only: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Sunday Igboho are not in the same league. One is a towering liberator fighting for the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra; the other is an ordinary self-determination agitator whose activities never posed any existential threat to the Nigerian state. The comparison itself is an insult to the intellect of every reasonable person. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not “ordinary Sunday Igboho.” He is in the league of global freedom icons who were once labelled criminals and terrorists by oppressive regimes.” Beyond IPOB spokesmen’s sarcasm is the ignorance with which they continue to drape their understanding of the dynamics of the Kanu/IPOB revolt and the murderous rampage the group enacted all over the Southeast. What has been clearly established since Mr Kanu was renditioned from Kenya and put on trial and finally jailed for life is the deliberate, unapologetic and criminal complicity of a significant number of Southeast traditional, political and religious elite to the murders and mayhem he orchestrated. They not only ignored the bloodletting Mr Kanu inspired, which evidence was tendered at his trial, they also appallingly gave the impression that the cause of self-determination completely expiated the excesses that accompanied the IPOB leader’s methods. IPOB militants may sarcastically and hyperbolically suggest that Mr Kanu was superior to Mr Igboho; they are, however, entitled to their fantasies. But they can neither justify nor dismiss the extreme violence and the torrential hate speech he spewed for more than a decade. By allowing him to indulge his extremism for so long, it enabled him to seduce a significant number of south-easterners into embracing his methods and justifying violence. And for the Southeast elite to downplay his bloody episodes in the name of independence struggle indicates their complicity, not to say their ignorance. The problem is not how, in their estimation, Nigeria had victimised the Igbo, but why they think self-immolation is the way to self-redemption. https://thenationonlineng.net/kanu-exposes-southeast-elite/

FOR THOSE WHO ASK: “WHICH WAY FORWARD FOR NIGERIA IN THE FACE OF IMPENDING CHAOS?”. HERE IS THE RESPONSE OF NINAS. NINAS Secretariat NINAS Movement News 07 March 2026 Going in the sequence of DIAGNOSIS, PRESCRIPTION and TREATMENT, the First Question to ask is: “What is Wrong With Nigeria?” The undisputed answer to that Question is - The Unitary Constitution imposed on a Federal Union. (DIAGNOSIS). The next logical Question is: “What is the Solution to Nigeria now?” The straight answer is - Decommission and Rework the Union Constitution by Negotiations and Consent (PRESCRIPTION). The third Question is: “How can this Decommissioning, Renegotiation and Reconfiguration be undertaken?” The answer is - To suspend plans for further National Elections under that Constitution and initiate, in place of Elections an immediate Transitioning Process to Rework the damaged Constitutional Basis of Nigeria (TREATMENT). It is with this clear dissection of the situation (ie Diagnosis, Prescription and Treatment Plan) that we proceed to ask ourselves whether it is sane to continue to push the standard False Narrative that a CHANGE OF LEADERSHIP via Elections will deliver Nigeria from the fatal debilitations of its Unitary Constitution; instead of advancing to the logical reasoning that what the situation of Nigeria requires now is the CONSTITUTIONAL RECONSTRUCTION of the Union via the initiation of an immediate Transitioning Process? The first set of Questions should lead to a second set of confirmatory Questions of whether it is another round of National Elections in 2027 under Nigeria’s Terrorism-Facilitating 1999 Unitary Constitution (no matter what Electoral Reforms anyone may suggest) that will deliver the cure that Nigeria urgently needs, or TRANSITIONING FOR IMMEDIATE CONSTITUTIONAL RECONSTRUCTION OF NIGERIA, to begin now in 2026 in place of yet another violence-guaranteed futile round of National Elections under the same Fraudulent and untenable 1999 Constitution? Copied from whatsapp. Please copy and share on your whatsapp. HAMITES (BLACK AFRICANS) AND BIBLICAL ISRAELITES (A BLACK NATION) ARE IN THIS TOGETHER. Ham, the father of Black Africans was one of the sons of Noah, and his grandson was Nimrod a great man, a strong warrior, a mighty hunter before the Lord. Nimrod a Black African man lived “before the Lord”, meaning that he was godly. He founded Babel and other cities. At no point does the Bible say that Nimrod was the originator/builder of the Tower of Babel. Yet, Arab Islam, White Christianity and White Judaism claim from nowhere that Nimrod built that Tower. Arab Islam depict this Black African man Nimrod in very bad light. Whites too, especially White Americans use “Nimrod” to mean a fool, an idiot or a stupid person, but some White British and other Europeans do so too. This is their way to knock down an African hero with lies and promote racism against ALL Black people everywhere. So that’s Ham and a great man in his lineage, Nimrod. Now, the Most High decided to use His authority of Sovereignty to choose one man, and to create one COVENANT Nation through one particular “son” of this man Abraham. That special son was Jacob renamed Israel. There is a lot of information now for us all to know that the biblical Israelites are a Black people identifiable by having experienced Deuteronomy 28, and biblical Israelites look just like Black Africans ie Hamites, the descendants of Ham mentioned above. This Covenant was #1 that the Messiah would come from among the biblical Israelites (He would therefore be a Black Messiah). #2 that prophets, priests and teachers of the Covenant and Laws would come from among them – so THEY would have the correct INTERPRETATION of the Bible, not Whites, not Arabs, not Chinese, not Indians. #3 that the biblical Israelites would teach the rest of the world about the Most High. #4 that this Covenant is ETERNAL yet there are very severe consequences for breaking it, so severe that it will look as if the Most High left them, but no, He never will, it is an eternal Covenant, and the biblical Israelites still have more to do on earth to fulfil it. There is a wonderful pattern we see in the Bible concerning Hamites ie Black Africans. It is that Hamites are specially chosen by God to be the *helpers* of the biblical Israelites. God has put His trust on Black Africans, that they will carry out this great work. Here are some Black Africans who were helpers: -Simon of Cyrene helped Master Yeshua carry His cross to Golgotha. -Ebed-Melech the Ethiopian helped Jeremiah out of the muddy pit. -Several times Israelites ran to Black Egypt (not Arab as it is today) to escape danger, even Joseph and Mary to hide the infant Yeshua. -After Titus Caesar destroyed Jerusalem, many Israelite survivors ran to Africa for safety. -Whites have been manipulating the Bible, removing books (eg for the Slave Bible) and calling some books “Apochrypha”. Who are they to decide! The Scrolls that make up the Bible were not written by Whites and it is not about their history, so what do they know? Colonising Africa does not make them loved by God, or clever. Meanwhile, God used his trusted helpers, Africans, ie Ethiopians to preserve the full 88 books of the Bible. (That is amazing!). (Ethiopia was never formally colonised, briefly Italy occupied Ethiopia militarily in order to steal their resources, 1936-1941) Sadly though, BOTH the biblical Israelites and Black Africans fell short of their God-given task. The biblical Israelites broke the Covenant and worshipped foreign gods and copied foreign culture. Black Africans (Hamites) instead of protecting the Israelites helped the Arabs and Whites in Trans-Saharan slavery and Trans-Atlantic slavery. But God is a God of many chances. Today we can learn from the history of our ancestors and from the Bible. Thus, both the biblical Israelites and the biblical Hamites (Black Africans) can return to the biblical Black Messiah, Yeshua Hamashiach and INTERPRET the Bible in the true way, unlearning the colonisers misinterpretations; and also leave Islam and Arabism to the Arabs. God’s truth comes to people progressively, and not at once. More truths will become revealed over time. Daniel who saw visions of the future was told to seal some of it as that knowledge would get understood only during the End Times. During the End Times it was prophesied that knowledge would increase. That is happening now. We are getting more knowledge about the tricks done to us by Whites and Arabs. We are gaining more knowledge about the Black identity of Messiah, and His Mission is to open eyes blinded by lies and to set captives free from the oppressor (Luke 4:18, ESV). We are to get actively involved in that work, if we are His. (Source of this insight: Christianity for Africans, Facebook and iviv) |
UNDERSTANDING AND DEALING WITH AVOIDANCE RACISM THE BIBLICAL WAY. Christianity for Africans, Diaspora 05 March 2026 Some Africans, especially those who have not travelled overseas would not know what Avoidance Racism is so we will first describe it. It is when you are overseas in Europe or in an Arab country, or even in Asia and you are in a public place, for example on a train. Passengers come and go, but even when it is crowded, the non-Black people will deliberately not sit beside you and will stand, leaving that free seat(s) unoccupied. They are showing you their racism by a hostile show of avoiding you. This is Avoidance Racism. Another example is when your little child is the only Black person in his class or even in the whole school. The other children will avoid playing with him. The teachers, all of them adults, can see this, but will either do nothing, or encourage this Avoidance Racism. Another example is that you are in a restaurant seated and waiting for the waiter to come and take your order. They don’t come to you. Others who are not Black enter the restaurant and they are served while you continue to wait. You are ignored. This is Avoidance Racism. I think with these three examples you can now see what Avoidance Racism is. It is something that White people, Arabs, and others apparently like to do to Black people, even to our children, and they have been doing this for many years. As an African, what should be our response? Our response is that we must look at Avoidance Racism through Yahuwah God’s eyes, and His Scriptures. This is the intelligent and right way. So let us begin. Yahuwah has told us that all mankind lives in two different kingdoms. Either we live in His Kingdom of Light, or we live in the devil’s kingdom of Darkness. If we are living in His Kingdom, we are to do unto others as we would like them to do unto us. Therefore, it is obvious that all kinds of racism is sin. Some communities can justify it to themselves by saying that they are superior so that they can hate and mistreat others. That doesn’t make any sense so we will leave them in their kingdom, and seek Yahuwah’s Kingdom and guidance. The Bible describes Yahuwah the Most High in Revelation 4:3 and He has the color of jasper and sardine stone. These are brown stones. In Daniel 7:9 the Ancient Of Days is described as having Hair white like snow and like wool in texture. That is African hair. We already know that Messiah Yeshua is also a Black Man (Daniel 10:5,6 and Revelation 1:13-15). So biblical Divinity is BLACK. We have in the past shown that the biblical Israelites are BLACK too. This undeserved Avoidance Racism against Black people can therefore be interpreted as spiritual warfare. Those who have the culture of Avoidance Racism can only give what they have, they want to make Black people unhappy and they are not concerned about the centuries of trauma and losses that Black people suffered under slavery and colonization, so they have chosen to continue in racism. They are moved to act out the racism in their heart whenever they find an opportunity – hence Avoidance Racism. If you are overseas on a train and you are shown Avoidance Racism, remember your identity and the identity of Messiah and He is judging the situation, so laugh in your heart. If you are overseas in a restaurant and you are shown Avoidance Racism, remember your identity and the identity of Messiah and He is judging the situation, so laugh in your heart, get up and leave without getting angry. This type of Avoidance Racism is too dull for it to leave any mark on your spirit. You can try another restaurant or go to the supermarket to buy yourself some food and drink. If you are overseas and your child is in school where he or she is being shown Avoidance Racism then if you can, find another school for your precious child. If that is not possible, and you cannot do Home School, or online learning, then make sure your child knows their identity and Messiah’s identity. Explain to them that this is spiritual and that there are two different kingdoms. If nobody plays with him, give him something to occupy him during school recess. Let it not be something expensive as the other children might get jealous and destroy it or take it. So it should not be a cell phone or a game. Let it be a book. A book for an African or Black child. Or a sketchbook where your child can draw and color in. Or a puzzle book for children. People who are racist don’t know that Yahuwah’s judgement is waiting for them. In their pride they think that meanness and cruelty is evidence of strength. The Bible tells us that pride is not a sign of intelligence but is a sign of folly. We who live in Yahuwah’s Kingdom of Light, because of His Holy Spirit and His Bible, are able to see things through Yahuwah’s eyes. This is the greatest privilege and we must not allow the Racism of others to derail us from our chosen pathway. Amen. #Yeshuanity4Africans (formerly #Christianity4Africans) #BlackMESSIAH https://iviv.hu/posts/16080f60fadd013e55eb723c915ba918

CURRENT US POLICY ACTIONS IN NIGERIA WILL ENFORCE THE PRESCRIPTIONS OF THE NINAS CONSTITUTIONAL FORCE MAJEURE. NINAS Secretariat NINAS Movement News 01 March 2026 NINAS ON DECEMBER 16, 2020, DECLARED A UNION DISPUTE AND A CONSTITUTIONAL FORCE MAJEURE TO COMPEL A COMPREHENSIVE RESOLUTION OF THE LONG-STANDING SOVEREIGNTY QUESTIONS ARISING FROM THE 1966 COLLAPSE OF THE FEDERATION OF NIGERIA AND THE WAR OF 1967-1970 WHICH RESULTED IN THE IMPOSITION OF AN UNWORKABLE UNITARY CONSTITUTION ON A FEDERAL UNION SINCE 1979. Pursuant to the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation of December16, 2020, and the Implementation Processes to operationalize the Five-Pojnt Proposition of the Force Majeure, NINAS took the Dispute to the UN Headquarters in New York in September 2021, formally Notifying the UN Security Council and directly Confronting the Nigerian Delegation to the 76th Session of the UN General Assembly led by Nigeria’s then President, Muhammadu Buhari who was embarrassed into hiring foreigners in New York to stage a Counter-Protest against the NINAS Million-Man Freedom March at the UN Headquarters in New York. Here below is an Arise TV Report on the NINAS Freedom March at the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Sept 2021. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCClTguveeY?si=qaWuH8rwSOyoXMAr Like a Submarine, NINAS is moving steadily and decisively. Those who wish to understand how the US got to its decision to Intervene Militarily in Nigeria and the Overall Objectives of that Mission, will do well to juxtapose this Arise-TV Report of September 2021, with the Documented Reports of the 2019 NINAS Team’s Intensive Engagements with Washington regarding the Ethnoreligious Killings being Orchestrated in Nigeria by Murderous Fulani Invaders on a Conquest Mission, unleashed as Jihad whilst Masquerading as Herdsmen as well as the central enabling role of the Untenable Caliphate-Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria. (For the 2019 NINAS Team’s Intensive Engagements with Washington please see the Supplementary Information section below). Those 2019 Engagements, spanning the seven months between January and July, resulted directly in the March 2020 CPC Designation of Nigeria and the June 2, 2020 Executive Order for consequential US Military Action in Nigeria, both of which were reinstated in 2025 following President Trump’s return to the White House after the 2021-2024 disruption by Biden that inexplicably yanked Nigeria off the CPC List even as Ethnoreligious Killings worsened in Nigeria. A Review of the Riley Moore Report and Recommendations to President Trump on the Nigeria situation will confirm the sequence and trajectory of events that culminated in the ongoing US Policy Actions on Nigeria. This Post is intended to reiterate NINAS Proposition for Immediate TRANSITIONING for Union Constitutional Reconfiguration for Nigeria in place of the doomed voyage to yet another futile round of National Elections under the atrocious, Death-Dispensing Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, 1999. ANY SEARCH FOR THE SOURCE AND SUPPORT-INFRASTRUCTURE OF TERROR IN NIGERIA THAT DOES NOT BEGIN WITH THE ROLE OF GOVERNMENT AND ITS SECURITY AGENCIES IS FUTILE AND DISHONEST. Tony Nnadi, NINAS 23 February 2026 Being a Rejoinder by Tony Nnadi of NINAS to the Absurd Claims of George Akume that Ethnoreligious Killings in Nigeria are by Foreign Terrorists. 12 QUESTIONS FOR GEORGE AKUME: (1) Is it not astonishing that George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation of Nigeria (SGF) is saying that the widespread Ethnoreligious Killings and Terror happening across Nigeria are being orchestrated by Foreign Nationals even when the Government he is serving in, and the Party he belongs to, are filled with sponsors of Terror, while that Government is constantly looking the other way and even colluding, as Terror continues to ravage the populace and Communities? (Reference here: https://tvplatinum.ng/fg-foreign-terrorists-behind-most-nigerias-endless-killings/ ) (2) Is it not even more astonishing that the Catholic-Priest-Governor of Akume’s home State of Benue, Hyacinth Alia, went before the Global Community to deny the Genocide-scale killings by Fulani Invaders in Benue State? (3) Were Terrorists not imported into Nigeria by the APC for the 2015 Elections for the purpose of violently ousting President Goodluck Jonathan from power as Usman Bugaje confessed on National TV? (4) Did Nasir El-Rufai who had in 2014 been accused of being a Boko Haram commander by the then Nigeria’s Chief of Atmy Staff, Lt Gen Azubuike Ihejirika, not announce to the World on National TV how he, as Governor of Kaduna State, went to 14 Countries to dole out Government Money to the “Foreign” Fulani Terrorists who were killing in Kaduna State and elsewhere? (5) Did Bala Mohammed, the Governor of Bauchi State, not go on Live National TV to tell us that Fulani from everywhere in Africa and beyond are Nigerians who are entitled to be in Nigeria and to be catered for and accorded every facility of membership of the Nigerian Union by the Government of Nigeria? AND since the Fulani, masquerading as “Herdsmen” have been identified by all, including the Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ad Abubakar, as being the perpetrators of the Terror sweeping across Nigeria, is it not clear to all that the “Foreign” Terrorists that George Akume is talking about are the same Fulani “Nationals” that Bala Mohammed was telling us about? (6) Did Muhammadu Buhari not throw the borders of Nigeria open for Fulani Invaders to pour into Nigeria, while Isa Pantami (then Minister of Communications and Digital Economy), and other Fulani Officials in Government, documented them as Nigerians?; the same Isa Pantami who as an Islamic Cleric years ago, had publicly expressed admiration for Osama bin Laden in the aftermath of the 911 Terror Attacks? (7) Was Buhari not a champion of Boko Haram and a Life Grand Patron of Miyetti Allah for years before he became President of Nigeria and did he not continue in those roles even as President of Nigeria? (08.) Was Bola Tinubu not aware of Buhari’s involvement with these Terror Networks, Sponsors and Sympathizers when he (Tinubu) sponsored, promoted and supported Buhari to become President of Nigeria in 2015 and for re-election in 2019? AND Was Bola Tinubu unaware of Kashim Shettima’s involvement with Boko Haram when he (Tinubu) nominated Shettima as his running mate to become Vice President of Nigeria in 2023? (9) Did Hajiya Naja’atu Muhammed not tell Nigerians on National TV (Arise TV) that Tinubu informed her that he would not fight the Terror Merchants and Terrorists in Nigeria as President because they would kill him? (Referenced in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section below) (10) Which other Foreign Terrorists is George Akume talking about than the ones procured, nurtured, sponsored, frequently pardoned, “rehabilitated”, reintegrated and shielded from the Law by the Government he is serving in and the party he belongs to? (11) By the Foregoing, and guided by Abacha’s Litmus-Test Postulation for Government Complicity in any Terror or Insurgency that lasts beyond 24 hours, will any search for the source and support framework of the Terror ravaging Nigeria be meaningful if it does not begin with a probe of the role of the Government of Nigeria and its Helmsmen, as well as of the People at the helms of the Security Institutions in Nigeria since such search will be futile and can only be on account of ignorance or dishonesty?. (12) Is it not instructive that the United States, in its current intervention in Nigeria, against Terror Networks and Infrastructure, has already identified the Complicity of the Government of Nigeria in the widespread Killings and Terror ravaging Nigeria and so, has the time not come for George Akume to wake up and smell the coffee as the rest of the World already knows the role of the Government he currently serves in, and the role of the Party he currently belongs to in the Killings and Terror ravaging Nigeria? In Closing, and Considering the central role of the Terror-Facilitating Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999), to the deplorable security situation of Nigeria, particularly in empowering the onslaught of the Fulani Invaders, may I on behalf of NINAS, ask the Government of Nigeria that is now under the radar of the United States for complicity in the Terror sweeping across Nigeria AND the Peoples of Nigeria who live in Danger, Trauma and Fear of being attacked and overrun by Murderous Fulani Invaders, WHETHER the time has not come, for all to come down from their high-horses and embrace the Prescriptions of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation of December 16, 2020 for Undertaking the urgently required Termination and Decommissioning of the 1999 Constitution together with the Fundamental Reconfiguration of the damaged Constitutional Foundation of Nigeria by initiating an Immediate TRANSITIONING Process in place the already doomed voyage to yet another futile round of National Elections in 2027 under the same Death-Dispensing, Anti-Progress, Anti-Development Unitary Constitution of Nigeria? Enquiries to: +234 810 056 9448 (WhatsApp only) SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION 1) Screenshot of an article reporting Hajiya Naja’atu Muhammed interview on Arise TV where she talks about Tinubu and his fears should he tackle Nigeria’s insecurity. Link to that article is below See the poster below Article: Tinubu told me he has nothing to offer to North, says Naja’atu Muhammad The Daily Reality, 28 January 2023 https://dailyrealityng.com/2023/01/28/tinubu-told-me-he-has-nothing-to-offer-to-north-says-najaatu-muhammad/ 2) Video: Danjuma speaks tough, accuses Nigerian Armed forces of colluding with Armed Bandits 24 Mar 2018 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDZOKvFtIRk 3) Video: NINAS Marching Orders to Governors to Activate Armed Self-Defence. 25 Sept 2022 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRP4FnMIeVg 4) Although published on April Fool’s Day 2025, and was bizarre to many people, when there was (as now) massive slaughtering of indigenous Nigerians, the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Mr. Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi, told the public that they should find community self-solutions against terrorists since there were not enough security personnel to come to their aid. Let us note that terrorists are trained killers who come armed with AK47s or AK49s and other weapons like machetes, knives, plus fuel for arson; and community members are untrained and unarmed and completely defenceless and vulnerable – and poor. He gave the example of a community that climbed trees then somehow managed to kill all the invader terrorists although “some” villagers got killed in the process. Here is that article: Don’t Expect Army, Police, Others To Protect All Of You; Mobilise To Defend Yourselves Against Terrorists –DSS Chief Tells Nigerians, Sahara Reporters, 01 April 2025 Link: https://saharareporters.com/2025/04/01/dont-expect-army-police-others-protect-all-you-mobilise-defend-yourselves-against 5) The highly unpopular (an even outrageous) matter of “repentant” and “rehabilitated” terrorists being reintegrated into the community. Copied from AI Overview accessed on 24 February 2026 at 11:40 hours Nigeria time. The Reader can search for more information on this controversial policy. AI Overview The reintegration of "repentant" terrorists, particularly Boko Haram members in Nigeria, has caused significant controversy and offense among victims, security personnel, and the public . While government-led programs like Operation Safe Corridor aim to deradicalize these fighters, the process is widely seen as a "betrayal of trust" that prioritizes the welfare of perpetrators over victims. Key Reasons for Public Offense and Concern: • Re-offending and Espionage: There are reports that some "repentant" individuals continue to commit crimes or act as spies for active terror groups. In some instances, they have escaped with weapons provided to them. • Insensitivity to Victims: The rehabilitation programs are often viewed as insensitive, especially as they appear to provide better care for ex-combatants than for displaced persons living in camps. • Security Risk: The policy has caused alarm among frontline soldiers, who are forced to work with the same individuals they previously fought. • Lack of Accountability: Critics argue that "repentant" terrorists should face justice for heinous crimes rather than being reintegrated, leading to concerns that the government is failing to protect its citizens. Controversial Government Actions: • Financial Support: Reports indicate that significant funds are being spent on the welfare of these fighters, including providing them with stipends, motorcycles, and vocational training. • Re-enlistment Fears: There have been public concerns and allegations that some of these individuals are being enlisted into the Nigerian Army or other security agencies. • Mass Reintegration: Despite public outcry, thousands of Boko Haram members have been reintegrated into society through various state-led initiatives. The prevailing sentiment among many affected communities is that this process is a "Trojan horse" that allows terrorists to escape justice and potentially harm society again. 6) Link to the Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure published in The Guardian Nigeria newspaper: https://guardian.ng/features/notice-of-constitutional-grievances-declaration-of-constitutional-force-majeure-and-demand-for-transitioning-process-for-an-orderly-reconfiguration-of-the-constitutional-basis-of-the-federation/ https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/any-search-for-the-source-and-support

Copied from whatsapp. DID YOU KNOW THERE'S AN ALTERNATIVE TO 2027 NATIONAL ELECTIONS? Many Nigerians don't want Nigeria to have 2027 National Elections but they think there's nothing to prevent it, and no option. They are not stupid. They know that it is better to fix Nigeria first because the future is frightening, but they think there's nothing out there to stop politicians and political parties from preparing for elections. They see what is happening in Nigeria. -Fulani Conquest Agenda is here. -Islamic Terrorism is here. -The USA is here - some people are happy about that, some are not. -IDP camps are here. -Miseries are here. -Neocolonialism is here. -State capture is here. -Guaranteed 2027 Elections violence is here. -APC control of all elections processes is here. -The already pre-determined presidential winner that will be settled by mockery by the Courts is here. Those who can are planning to flee abroad. But even then, with tightening of visa requirements and increasing deportations, escaping abroad is no longer the safe strategy that it used to be. This message is here to tell Nigerians that there is an alternative to having 2027 National Elections. There is an Action and EVENT to COUNTER those Elections: A time-bound period of Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction is the LEGITIMATE and ORDERLY PROCESS to counter 2027 National Elections. Here's the logic: The 1999 Constitution is the imposed Fraud (a Forgery) that enables the Fulani Conquest Agenda, it facilitates Terrorism, and is the tap from which Miseries flow. Therefore it must get Terminated. Transitioning is the global best practice for getting rid of a bad constitutional arrangement and negotiating a new one. It is by Transitioning that South Africa got rid of its evil Apartheid constitutional order. So, Transitioning 2026 is the counter to Elections 2027! This is an important message for such a time as this. Don't keep it to yourself, share it widely and tell people about it

VIDEO: OBODO OYIBO TV'S DIVORCE: WHAT NIGERIA CAN LEARN FROM THIS DIVORCE Moment of Peace 22 February 2026 When our forbearers negotiated for Nigeria, like most marriages they had huge expectations and prospects. Our ancestral lands had enough resources to support our people and cater for them. Nigeria promised to be the greatest black Nation on earth. What then happened? Why did our reality fall short of these huge expectations? The Unitary Constitution happened! The Unitary constitutional arrangement robbed the Indigenous Ethnic Nationalities of this bright future and destiny. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbeWGceDrVI |
WILL NATIONAL ELECTIONS CHANGE NIGERIA’S DIRECTION? Ndidi Uwechue NINAS Movement News 20 February 2026 Why are political parties preparing for 2027 Elections – will National Elections change Nigeria’s direction? This is the main question that every adult Nigerian at home or abroad should obtain an answer for given the highly dangerous state of Nigeria. The United States has sent in some military personnel to knock out the Islamic terrorism, that is a joint-venture with the Fulani Conquest Agenda and its Fulani Militia (also mysteriously called “bandits” by mainstream media). Plus, as poverty bites wider and deeper, crime is on the increase. And the desperation to jakpa (flee abroad) that was already high, has risen higher. The basic infrastructure that points to a country having life, and the means to move forward is not there: electricity, potable water, sanitation, waste management, road and rail transportation. So, it is quite obvious that Nigeria as currently configured, and lacking the means to progress, is heading for the wilderness and oblivion. That is the future for indigenous peoples and their ancestral lands, but for foreigners, for immigrant settlers, there would be gains since they would be able to take over what does not rightly belong to them. We could look at several things, but for the sake of space only four key areas will be considered in order to think through whether 2027 National Elections will change Nigeria’s direction of increasing chaos and isolation. 1. What is Nigeria? 2. Who owns the Structure known as Nigeria? 3. What is the purpose of National Elections? 4. What is determining Nigeria’s direction? 1. What is Nigeria? The natural growth of Core Africa was subverted by Europeans when they decided that our Continent belongs to them and they carved it up during their Berlin Conference of November 1884 - February 1885. More damage was done in the case of Nigeria when Britain annexed the Southern Protectorate to the Northern Protectorate in what is called “Amalgamation”. So, Nigeria is a Union, a multinational Union of many indigenous Ethnic Nations and their lands. 2. Who owns the Structure known as Nigeria? The indigenous Ethnic Nations can come together in a Union to create the type of Structure they want to build together that will sit upon the assemblage of their ancestral lands. The present Unitary Nigeria (One-Nigeria) that falsely claims that it is “Federal” was not negotiated or agreed by the indigenous Ethnic Nations whose lands it sits upon. Therefore Unitary Nigeria or simply “Nigeria”, is a Structure that does not belong to the indigenous Ethnic Nations. The land is theirs (for now), but the Structure called Nigeria is not theirs. The Structure known as Nigeria is a joint venture, it is Anglo-Fulani. Thus, it is a foreign Structure owned by foreigners – the immigrant settler Fulani and the British Crown. The Nigeria of Independence was terminated by the military coups of 1966. From that time the indigenous Ethnic Nations were rounded up together in a different type of Union that they did not negotiate, but that kept the name “Nigeria” to make it easy to deceive the people and the world. Today, the false Union is created and maintained by the imposed Fraud known as the 1999 Constitution which lies in its Preamble that indigenous Ethnic Nations wanted such a Union, and then wrote the 1999 Constitution. 3. What is the purpose of National Elections? We have established that the Structure known as Nigeria does not belong to the indigenous Ethnic Nations but it is created and maintained by the 1999 Constitution foisted upon Nigerians. Any day that the indigenous Ethnic Nations say that they have had enough, they can Terminate this Union that they never agreed to in the first place. So, in order to keep Nigeria going, the owners of the Structure called Nigeria need to drag Nigerians to National Elections which purpose is essentially to renew the life of the 1999 Constitution thereby renewing the life of Unitary Nigeria. It is during the ritual of the swearing in ceremony when the Oath of Office is said: to uphold, defend, and govern by the 1999 Constitution, that its life gets renewed. To make it clear, leadership change from Elections changes nothing, since any new leader (whether of good or of bad character) would still swear an Oath of Office to uphold the 1999 Constitution. Once you examine it, it is easy to see that the real purpose of National Elections is to renew the life of the 1999 Constitution. 4. What is determining Nigeria’s direction? Nigeria’s direction is determined by the 1999 Constitution with its ultimate goal being to make Nigeria the “estate” of the Fulani as their Ahmadu Bello had declared in 1960 soon after Independence. We said at the start that Nigeria’s direction would be disastrous for indigenous Ethnic Nations BUT it would be beneficial for foreigners as they would gain by dispossessing the indigenous owners. THAT is what we see happening: indigenous peoples are getting slaughtered, their lands with rich resources get grabbed up by Fulani, and any survivors get taken to IDP camps. The countrywide lack of infrastructure – all such things are also part of the Fulani Conquest Agenda which quoting Ahmadu Bello includes Nigeria becoming “a conquered territory” where Nigerians would be kept in a state where “never allow them to have control over their future” would be normalised. Thus the deliberate underdevelopment and hopelessness (via the 68-item Exclusive List etc) that forces youth to flee Nigeria and with them out of the way, their ancestral lands become easier to take over, even if it is by selling it to fund their escape. Let us note too, that the fraudulent 1999 Constitution is also the Entry Visa for Fulani. That Fraud, a Forgery, is what gives them access to any part of Nigeria. It is the reason why a Fulani Governor could boast that Fulani from all over the world would be able to come and gain from Nigeria. He knows so, because that is what has given him access too. Recently, a female Fulani politician made claims that the Fulani are the most politically wise/aware group in the country. So, for sure they know that their presence and their power come from that 1999 Constitution. The Instrument that determines Nigeria’s direction is the 1999 Constitution. All political parties sustain it because they all subscribe to it. Therefore, those that claim to be the anti-corruption party or the youth party or the coalition party – are all as guilty of treason against indigenous peoples as are the more established political parties. Nigerians also have a role in what will be the future of their Ethnic Nation and ancestral lands. They are not babies so they do not need to remain ambushed and conquered by the Fulani Conquest Agenda and by its Islamic terrorist associates. Nigerians do have a say in where they choose their and their children’s future to be. For certainly, 2027 National Elections will not change Nigeria’s ruinous direction but will maintain it, keeping it on that course since the 1999 Constitution would have its life renewed once more by those elections. Fortunately, Nigerians are not doomed if they rise up to Action, and can save themselves and their ancestral lands. The counter to 2027 National Elections is a time-bound Transitioning that terminates the 1999 Constitution and brings fresh constitutional renegotiations. The NINAS Transitioning Template has been on the Table since 16 December 2020 declaration of Constitutional Force Majeure. Nigerians must as a priority rise up and Demand Transitioning to begin right now, in 2026 instead of preparing for 2027 National Elections. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. THEY WERE CHOSEN IN ORDER TO BE SERVANT-LEADERS AND NOT OPPRESSORS! Christianity for Africans, Diaspora 12 February 2026 It is not given to Esau but to Jacob (the biblical Israelites) as the chosen Covenant People to be Yahuwah’s global Servant-Leader. This is the world order of Peace and Respect not Supremacy and Racism. 2 Esdras 6:9. Let us watch and pray Yahuwah God has mercy on the world to bring it about. ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ [As an aside but an important one to bear in mind, sadly, there will be, and already are some biblical Israelites who rather than look to Lord Yeshua as their example, use the manifested ways of the Oppressor. By ego they say things that allow interpretation by the Oppressor as extremism. It is understandable that after over 500 years of being very cruelly oppressed, there will be the natural human emotion of anger. Yet, we urge such people to remember that the destiny of the Oppressor has already been decreed not by any human, but by Yahuwah, and anyone who wants to know what it is can read it for themselves in the Bible. Our emphasis therefore ought to be on teaching people about the Laws, Precepts and Statutes of the Covenant, so that we can keep them well and transform our communities, removing the crime, cheating, nuisance behaviors, and dangerous items.] #Yeshuanity4Africans (formerly #Christianity4Africans) #BlackMESSIAH https://iviv.hu/posts/832cb560e9ff013e55df723c915ba918
