Despite widespread ignorance-driven propaganda by IPOB and their Content-Creator Collaborators in the Social Media, in the Terror Trial of Nnamdi Kanu going on in Abuja, there are only two things before the Trial Court.

(1) What does the Law under which the Charges are brought say? (ie the Terrorism Prohibition and Prevention Act, TPPA-2022).

(2) What evidence of documented actions credited to the accused as contravening that Law, are before the Court? 

Once these two are fully juxtaposed and interrogated by way of exchanges between Prosecution and Defence, the Court will make its findings and reach a decision, applying the stipulations of that Law.

Everything else is internet noise.

ON SUGGESTIONS BY SOME IGNORANT ANALYSTS INCLUDING LAWYERS THAT THE PROSECUTION HAS NOT ESTABLISHED THE CHARGE OF TERROR:

From the clarifications already provided, under the TPPA-2022, the offense being tried, begins and ends with the making of the broadcasts and does not include what the listeners did with what they heard.

This means that to secure conviction in this trial, the Prosecution only needs to establish that the voice in those broadcasts is that of Nnamdi Kanu.  

The Prosecution does not need to prove anything else.

Unfortunately for the Biafra-Seekers making frantic podcasts, their reckless, bloodthirsty and loud-mouthed saviour was for most times speaking on video, live-streaming same, and so the Prosecution has an abundance and an avalanche of the evidence they need to establish their case and therefore secure conviction. 

Everything else you read or view on the internet, or from the mediocre and largely dishonest lawyers in the Defense Team or on motor-park TV Legal analysts are just hogwash.

For sure, it is Church Business that is going on in Nigeria and Africa. In Nigeria churches are even more numerous than shops, and definitely more numerous than factories. Church Business is a money-spinning family business. In fact, pastors are known to convert the tithe and offering they get out of their followers, into USA dollar and other foreign currencies.

(By the way, tithe is a scam. Only farmers of crops or livestock were to give it and ONCE in every three years. It is all clearly stated in Deuteronomy 14:22-29. Pastors have just been stealing using tithe to do so.)

This line of idiotic propaganda by IPOB and its demented sympathizers, using AI-Generated audiovisuals only diminishes the Igbo worldwide and adds absolutely nothing to the proceedings before the Court.

Nnamdi Kanu’s attempt to buy time and trigger confusion by calling 23 Witnesses who are totally irrelevant to the charges against him; at a time the Court has given specific dates to present his defence has already been shut down by the Court which cautioned him to use what is left of the 6-day time window stipulated by the Court, to present his defense.

For the enlightenment of those who wish to learn, it is the Court, in its discretion, that can summon witnesses by way of Subpoenas on behalf of any Party that so requests. However, to invoke the power of subpoenas, the Court must be satisfied that such witnesses are NECESSARY to establish the case of the party requesting the subpoena.

It is also on account of being a NECESSARY Witness that the person to be so subpoenaed can be COMPELLABLE.

Unfortunately for the accused person here, Nnamdi Kanu, the charges before the court against him relate only to WHETHER OR NOT he made the inciting statements prohibited by the Terror Prevention and Prohibition Act of 2022 (TPPA-2022), as presented by the Prosecution by way of audiovisual evidence. Nothing else other than establishing that the voice on the audiovisuals belong to Nnamdi Kanu, is required by the Prosecution to prove their case and secure conviction.

None of the 23 so-called witnesses listed by Nnamdi Kanu are required to establish whether or not the voice on the various audiovisuals presented by the Prosecution belongs to Nnamdi Kanu.

This means that none of them is a necessary Witness and so none is a compellable witness that can be subpoenaed by the Court to testify at the request of the accused.

The Court already dismissed the ignorant request of the accused, reminding him in the proceedings that the 6-day window stipulated by the Court for him to present his defense will not be extended.

When the Trial comes to a conclusion and a verdict is pronounced, it will be self-evident that a dishonest, ignorant, and arrogant accused person was aided by his greedy, dishonest and mediocre lawyers to plunge himself into the outcome represented by the Verdict.

Inside The Silent War Between Doctrine And Politics

In a move that caught the nation by surprise, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu this week relieved General Christopher Gwabin Musa of his duties as the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), replacing him with General Olufemi Oluyede, a Yoruba officer from the South-West.

Though the Presidency framed the action as a routine reshuffle aimed at “realigning national security leadership,” beneath the official rhetoric lies a deeper political and ideological struggle — one that reveals much about the direction of Tinubu’s administration and the competing visions within Nigeria’s security architecture.

General Musa’s exit did not occur in a vacuum. It comes at a time of renewed insecurity across the North-West and North-East, rising political discontent, and quiet murmurs of a failed coup plot allegedly foiled in early October. But insiders say Musa’s removal was not just about performance — it was about philosophy, loyalty, and politics. His uncompromising military doctrine clashed sharply with the more conciliatory approach favoured by Tinubu’s kitchen cabinet and the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

The Ideological Rift: Peace Versus Force

At the heart of Musa’s dismissal lies a deep and growing disagreement over how to handle Nigeria’s worsening insecurity — particularly in the North-West, where banditry and terrorism have merged into an entrenched criminal economy.

General Musa’s approach was firm and uncompromising. He consistently maintained that terrorists and bandits are enemies of the state, not aggrieved citizens to be negotiated with. He argued that peace without justice was an illusion, and that dialogue with killers would only embolden others. His philosophy was shaped by years of combat leadership in the North-East under Operation Lafiya Dole and Operation Hadin Kai, where he saw firsthand how past “peace deals” with armed groups often collapsed into renewed violence.
President Tinubu’s camp, however, has embraced a different philosophy — one driven by political pragmatism rather than military doctrine. The NSA Nuhu Ribadu, supported by some northern APC governors, has championed a “peace-through-dialogue” initiative, aimed at calming volatile regions by opening communication channels with armed groups.

The idea, they say, is to buy stability first, then development. Critics call it appeasement; the government calls it strategy.

The Asadus-Sunnah Factor

The ideological divide became public when Sheikh Musa, popularly known by his alias Asadus-Sunnah, announced that he had initiated peace talks with the notorious bandit leader Bello Turji — one of the most feared figures in Zamfara and Sokoto States. Sheikh Musa claimed that the initiative was undertaken “with the full backing of the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, and other top government officials.”

When the claim made national headlines, many expected the government to deny it. But neither the Office of the NSA (ONSA) nor the Presidency issued any rebuttal. The only comment came from the Defence Headquarters, which stated that it had “no official record of Turji’s surrender.” That statement, while distancing the military, did not deny the existence of talks— a silence that analysts interpreted as tacit approval from the top.

The absence of denial confirmed what many insiders had whispered: that the Federal Government was quietly supporting local peace initiatives with select bandit groups, hoping to pacify regions where military operations had failed to yield lasting peace.

Musa’s Resistance and Isolation

Within the National Security Council, this approach sparked quiet friction. General Musa, known for his candour, was reportedly uncomfortable with what he viewed as the “politicization of security.” He believed that negotiating with warlords was a betrayal of fallen soldiers and a dangerous.

At one meeting, sources say, he questioned the sustainability of “buying peace from criminals,” warning that the so-called repentant fighters often regrouped once they received amnesty or material incentives. His insistence on hardline operations and his advocacy for citizens’ right to self-defence in rural communities put him at odds with both the NSA and some northern political elites who preferred a less confrontational posture.

Over time, Musa found himself increasingly isolated within the inner circle of power. While his professionalism earned him respect within the armed forces, his refusal to align with Tinubu’s political doctrine of “negotiated calm” may have sealed his fate.
Two Doctrines, One Presidency
Musa’s Doctrine Vs Tinubu/Ribadu Doctrine:
• No dialogue with terrorists or bandits; military action only.
• Dialogue and amnesty for short-term peace and political stability.
• Advocated citizens’ right to self-defence against rural attacks.
• Favoured centralized peace committees under government supervision saw banditry as criminality, not a social issue; viewed it as an outcome of socio-economic neglect requiring dialogue.
• Prioritized deterrence and justice over political expediency.
• Prioritized calm and optics over prolonged warfare.

This contrast — one moral, one political — became irreconcilable. For Tinubu, the choice was clear: between an uncompromising soldier and a flexible doctrine that aligns with his political survival.

A President Tightening His Circle

Observers note that the sack fits a growing pattern of ethno-regional consolidation of power around Tinubu’s long-time political base — the South-West. In recent months, the President has stacked key institutions with loyalists or allies from his trusted Lagos network. The Finance Ministry under Wale Edun, the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) under Zacch Adedeji, and now the Defence Headquarters under Oluyede, all point to a deliberate power alignment.

Critics warn that this shift upsets Nigeria’s delicate North-South and Christian-Muslim balance, especially since Musa, a northern Christian from Kaduna State, represented both military professionalism and regional inclusion. For a nation built on fragile federal equilibrium, such moves risk reigniting old suspicions that national cohesion is giving way to sectional dominance.

But for the President, this appears to be about control. With economic challenges, anti-government protests, and political tensions simmering, Tinubu seems determined to ensure that every institution of power — especially the military — is firmly loyal to his political center.

The Politics Behind The Uniform

Beyond ideology, the decision reflects raw political calculus. President Tinubu’s administration has faced mounting criticism from the North, where insecurity and economic hardship have combined to erode public confidence. The peace-deal narrative, heavily promoted by some northern clerics and politicians, offers the President a softer image — one of reconciliation and listening — compared to the harsh optics of endless military campaigns.

Removing Musa therefore served two purposes:
1. It neutralized a dissenting voice within the security council who opposed the peace agenda.

2. It allowed Tinubu to recast the Defence leadership with a loyalist more willing to align with the government’s broader political and security objectives.

A Nation At Crossroads

Nigeria’s struggle against terrorism and banditry has never been purely military — it has always been political, economic, and deeply moral. But this latest reshuffle exposes a crucial question: can peace built on negotiation with armed warlords deliver justice to their victims, or does it merely postpone another cycle of violence?

For many Nigerians, General Musa’s removal is more than a personnel change — it is a turning point. It signals a shift from a doctrine of hardline defence to one of calculated accommodation. Whether this new path leads to stability or emboldens criminal networks remains to be seen.

But one thing is certain: in President Tinubu’s Nigeria, loyalty and alignment now matter as much as competence. The silent war between military conviction and political control has ended — and politics, once again, has triumphed over principle.

In the end, the question lingers: Was General Musa fired for failing the President — or for refusing to fail his conscience?

Oppressors are a people blinded by Satan so they are deceived to believe that their cruelty Yahuwah God cannot stop, and cannot punish. Moreover, by their great unrepentant PRIDE they set up Systems so that their children and their children’s children will continue to benefit from that cruelty for ever. Thus, the children of oppressors they too have been blinded by Satan and are prideful. We have the Psalm 136:6 where Yahuwah says,

“Though the LORD be high, yet hath He respect unto the lowly; but the PROUD He knoweth afar off.”

The oppressor is actually a lost case (like Judas), a proud and cursed group. As we read in Part 1 of this subject, Yahuwah God said that He will punish the future generations for the evil of their ancestors. It is in Isaiah 14:21:

“Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.”


Although the history of what Europeans and Arabs did to Africans during Transatlantic slavery and Arab slavery had been hidden from us and not taught in schools, nevertheless, once we got to know of these things, we became horror-filled by the cruelty of Europeans and Arabs against our people. We began to wonder if Yahuwah God was asleep, and why He had not addressed their cruelty. Now though, happily we know that Yahuwah God is very much against the oppressor and has prepared something for the children of the Enslaver and Colonizer. We just need to know that Yahuwah works according to His timetable and He gives blocks of time periods for the oppressor and the oppressed. As Africans we must look away from Whites and Arabs for Yahuwah has not forgotten their deeds, and is a God of Judgment and Justice. Our eyes should therefore be on Yahuwah AND on our people globally.


1. Our eyes should be on Yahuwah God.
In Deuteronomy 30 we are promised Restoration if we return to the biblical Yahuwah God. That means the Black Messiah and His mission to set us free from our sins and from the oppressor (Luke 4:18). That means that we are to unlearn the lies about Yahuwah that the colonizer taught us. It means that we are to REJECT the interpretations of the Bible that the colonizer gave us which are the many church denominations we find in Africa. Those Africans who love Truth will be able to do this. They are the Elect and will hear the Voice of the Black Shepherd. He will give us new teachers with the true Good News, and we will set up new gatherings of the Black Messiah’s people all over Africa. This is Yahuwah God’s work, and He will perform it!


2. Our eyes should be on our people globally.
A) Some Africans helped Whites and Arabs to enslave their fellow Africans. Yahuwah God will also punish Africans who assist the oppressor. Today, we call them Sell-outs. They are in politics, they are priests and pastors, they are businessmen, they are bankers, they are educators, they are NGO workers, they are media people. These African Sell-outs no matter how rich and powerful they may have become, Yahuwah God will punish their children and grandchildren too as we read in Isaiah 14:21.

B) Up to now Africans have not dealt with the matter of Sell-outs in our midst. We now have to do so. We need to call them out and create an Africa that has zero tolerance for Sell-outs.

C) We need to SHOW a greater love for African people.
Let us stop cheating our people. Let us stop stealing from our people. Let us stop killing our people whether for witchcraft rituals or because we drive without showing them concern so routinely run them down with our vehicles. Let us stop mistreating our house-helps and oppressing them. Let us be a TRUSTWORTHY person towards our African brethren, and also be Trustworthy towards our separated Black American, Black Canadian, Black Brazilian and Caribbean brethren who are re-connecting with Africa.

D) Let us separate from the oppressor. It is a command from Yahuwah God and that way we too will not get caught up in whatever Yahuwah has prepared for them. Here is our command from Him to separate ourselves from our oppressor:

Proverbs 3:31 - Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose NONE of his ways.


Africans, as we cling to the biblical Black Messiah and obey Him, our future is guaranteed. Amen.

DON'T GET IT TWISTED! NNAMDI KANU IS FACING TERRORISM CHARGES, NOT MATTERS TO DO WITH HIS BIAFRA RESTORATION.

The IPOB false information media and partners are twirling in a mad spin to deceive people by linking Nnamdi Kanu’s Terrorism charges with his Biafra Restoration.

By now many know that Kanu’s Biafra Restoration is a money-making scam like a pastor who takes your money while making you think that a miracle is on its way. Igbo Nation will of course deal with Nnamdi Kanu and his Biafra Restoration scam with photoshop and fake news, but that is at a future date.

Right now it is the TERRORISM charges that Kanu is facing. There are videos and audio podcasts of him from safety abroad, commanding the killing of police and soldiers, the killing of Igbo who do not want to obey his imposed sit-at-home, and the destruction of public and private property. It is this Terrorism that Kanu is facing. He needs to answer the question of whether or not it was him doing those broadcasts. That is all. This is not about him demanding money by claiming that he is carrying out Biafra Restoration. Terrorism offenses and Biafra Restoration are two separate issues.

NNAMDI KANU’S NEW DELAY GAMBIT

Have you read that Nnamdi Kanu has requested a 90 day extension to his trial? He is apparently enjoying his time in detention, because that keeps the flow of his “fundraising, he gives orders for”.

The court gave him seven days, but he said he wants 90 days. 90 days might translate into one year or more.

This motion is nothing short of ridiculous. It is part of the gambits of the Afara-Ukwu born “Biggest Destroyer of Igbo Land” to keep the trial endless. Believing against hope that maybe, Peter Obi would become President and order a termination of his trial and get him released, to walk away and dance on the graves of the thousands who lost their lives.

He brought a frivolous motion, listing officials of government, including, critical officers, whom he knows, do not have anything to do with him. These are people who worked on his matter, including the former AGF, who was his principal prosecutor.

Remember, every single one of these individuals he asked to be listed as his witnesses, are, or were officials of the Federal Government of Nigeria, hence, none of them has a case against Nnamdi Kanu, on personal basis, and everyone of them, by their official responsibilities, are part of the prosecution against Nnamdi Kanu.

Nnamdi Kanu knows that he does not have a defence for the thousands of deaths he caused in Igbo land, for the trillions of Naira worth of investments and properties, he incited their destruction, for the many grievous atrocities and terrorism for which he stands trial. But he is incorrigible.


Earlier, he had filed another motion seeking to disqualify Justice James Omotosho from continuing to preside over his trial. I know that this isn’t going to work. I do not need to be a lawyer to know that there should be limits to such mischiefs in the judiciary.

If he had the slightest humanity in him, he would have pleaded guilty and let this matter go to bed, but he would rather, the entire Southeast goes to blazes, and our entire population deceived into self-destruction than that he supports and action or idea that would bring an end to the distortion he brought upon our land.

Responsible lawyers have all walked away from the case because they do not want to allow themselves to be ridiculed and their professional reputation tarnished because one empty megalomaniac.

Nnamdi Kanu’s trial must be concluded and within the shortest possible time. His motions will be heard, argued and I expect them to be thrown away. The court cannot continue to allow one hooligan to hold her to ransom while sending his goons all over the place to blackmail the judiciary.

A Note of Caution To All Sides

As calls for the release of Nnamdi Kanu build up into a frenzied cacophony and as various political merchants seek to seize the moment by plugging into the rowdy marketplace of Igbo Bloc Vote in 2027, it has become necessary to put forward this Clarification and Note of Caution to illuminate the issues propelling that Clamour and therefore guide those being mobilized by political merchants for a March on Aso Villa October 20, 2025.

Let it be noted that the offence for which Nnamdi Kanu is being held and tried is Terror as contemplated by Nigeria’s Terror Prohibition and Prohibition Act (TPPA) 2022. 

Let it also be noted that the main reason offered by the Protest March Organizers is the continuing incarceration of Nnamdi Kanu even when the Highest Courts in Nigeria have Discharged and Acquitted him, and Ordered his release.

First, to the Question of Acquittal and Order to Release.

Let it be known that Acquittal happens only after Trial of Charges. 

From 2015 to date, no trial has taken place regarding the charges brought against Nnamdi Kanu, whether for the 2015 round of charges or the charges emanating from the period after September 2017 when the accused and his IPOB embarked on armed insurrection culminating in the 2020 launch of the ESN which soon degenerated into Unknown Gunmen and Autopilot, setting up terror camps, kidnapping for ransom, killing, organ harvest, and sailed all the way to cannibalism. 

LET IT BE NOTED THAT since his June 2021 apprehension in Kenya and repatriation to Nigeria, No Court In Nigeria has ordered the Acquittal or Release of Nnamdi Kanu. 

There are two sets of charges. Those from the 2015 round of Arrest and Arraignment AND those from the 2021 apprehension in Kenya covering for offenses emanating from the post-2017 period when armed insurrection had been introduced by IPOB by way of its ESN and other Violent Activities including the enforcement of a Weekly Sit-At-Home, for which the accused had not been arraigned up to the time the accused went to the Court of Appeal to challenge the basis of Jurisdiction of the Trial Court (which already struck out some charges) to continue the Trial.

The Defense Team contended that the Extraordinary Renditioning of the accused vitiated the jurisdiction of the Trial Court. 

The Court of Appeal agreed with the Defence Team only regarding the Charges from the 2015 Period and therefore went on to strike out the balance of the Charges still subsisting from the 2015 period but neither Acquitted nor Ordered the Release of the Accused as the Prosecution had notified the Court of Appeal of the charges it had already filed against the accused for offenses emanating from the Post-2017 period (which though already filed at the Trial Court, had not yet come to Arraignment at the time the Court of Appeal was dealing with the Defence application relating to the residue of the charges from the 2015 period.

The Prosecution opposed the attempt to secure the release of the accused on the ground of the aforementioned Discharge of the residue of charges from the 2015 Period by the Court of Appeal.

The Defence approached the Supreme Court to try to enforce the Release of the Accused, but the Prosecution opposed that appeal, presenting to the Supreme Court evidence of the pending Charges it already filed at the Trial Court for offenses emanating from the Post-2017 period. 

The Supreme Court in its Ruling, Ordered that the matter be transmitted back to the Federal High Court for the Trial of the Seven Counts of Charges emanating from the Post-2017 period as filed by the Prosecution even whilst agreeing with the Defence that the accused did not jump bail in 2017 to truncate trial for the 2015 charges. 

Contrary to the contention of the Defence Team, this decision of the Supreme Court of Nigeria makes it clear that the Extraordinary Renditioning of the Accused from Kenya did NOT remove the Jurisdiction of the Federal High Court from proceeding with Trial for the offenses emanating from the post-2017 Period.

Bottomline therefore is that contrary to the widely circulated claim on the issue, NEITHER the Court of Appeal NOR the Supreme Court of Nigeria Acquitted or Ordered the Release of Nnamdi Kanu. 

This means that those who plan to protest the continued incarceration of Nnamdi Kanu on the ground that the Appellate Courts in Nigeria have discharged and acquitted and have ordered his release, are in error and so their planned Protest of October 20, 2025 could be construed to be a protest in support of the Terror Actions for which Nnamdi Kanu is being Prosecuted. 

Those who assert that the appellate Courts in Nigeria have discharged, acquitted and ordered the release of Nnamdi Kanu are either dishonest (particularly Lawyers of the Accused) or ignorant, being caught up in the web of falsehoods and obfuscation by Nnamdi Kanu’s Legal Defence Team as well as the IPOB loud and ignorance-driven propaganda machinery on social media.

I had cause to publicly rebuke, by way of a widely publicized Rejoinder to Mike Ozekhome (SAN), for lending his name and reputation to the deceit of the public that the Appellate Courts in Nigeria, particularly the Supreme Court, ordered the release of Nnamdi Kanu. 

Ozekhome subsequently withdrew from the case shortly after that rebuke, in the immediate aftermath of the December 2023 Supreme Court Ruling that Ordered the transmission of the matter back to the Federal High Court for Trial.

Below is a publication that contains the said rebuke and necessary clarifications that may guide those who wish to understand what is truly going on in the Abuja Trial of Nnamdi Kanu beyond internet noise and unintelligent propaganda.

Let this Note of Caution and accompanying Clarifications be circulated widely not only to organizers and participants in the proposed March of October 20, 2025 but also to all who have been clamoring for the release of Nnamdi Kanu on the totally false premises that the Highest Courts Nigeria have acquitted him and ordered his release.

For the avoidance of doubt, let it be known that more than any other factor, what Nigeria is dealing with in the Trial of Nnamdi Kanu is the decades of Nigeria’s deficit of honour in its dealings with the Igbo-East. The volatile crises erupting on all sides from this one Trial should persuade all stakeholders including Government, that the time has arrived for honestly engaging the intricately tied trinity of the Igbo Question In Nigeria, the Biafra Question and the Nigeria Question which landed Nigeria in the bind of a Death-Dispensing Unitary Constitutional-Order which must now be resolved by halting preparations for 2027 National Elections in order to commence a time-bound period of Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction. 

This Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria is the most viable way of ending the War Nigeria launched against itself since 6th of July in 1967 as it will reset the unworkable Union and stabilize this West African space.

Let it also be stated that anyone who is genuinely concerned about the Igbo plight in Nigeria (as being dramatized by the Trial of Nnamdi Kanu) must get involved in the push to ease out the Master-Servant Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, imposed as Victory Charter from the War of 1967-1970 and by which the Igbo and the Igbo-East (Dot-In-Circle) has been Politically Subjugated, Economically Strangulated, Comprehensively Expropriated and Permanently Excluded from the management of Nigeria particularly in the Security and Economic spheres. 

Such persons, if they are members of the political class, and any Politician who is gearing up to contest must now join the Campaign to shelve further National Elections in 2027 under the 1999 Constitution and for the initiation of an immediate Transitioning Process to undertake the Constitutional Reconstruction of the Distressed Federation.

As we know, the Chosen People are a Black people. This is how Africans weakened themselves by the entrance of Arabs and their Islam into our world. Here is a little history of it:

Makuria was a Nubian kingdom in what is today southern Egypt and northern Sudan.  It came into being after the collapse of the Kingdom of Kush in the 4th century AD. The Makuria Kingdom existed from the 6th century AD until the 14th century AD.

In 651 an Arab army invaded Makuria Kingdom but it was repelled and a treaty known as the Baqt was signed to prevent further Arab invasions in exchange for 360 slaves each year plus other conditions. This Baqt treaty lasted for a very long time, until the 13th century AD.

Baqṭ was a treaty between the Bible-believing state of Makuria and the new Arab Muslim rulers of Egypt in the 7th century AD. (Remember that Ethiopia and Nubia had scrolls of the Scripture long before Europeans came with their version of the Bible).

King Qualidurut of Makuria was the ruler who initially agreed to the Baqt treaty with the Arab Umayyad Caliphate in the 7th century AD.


This history is for us to analyse today in light of the Bible.

King Qualidurut signed a treaty with the enemy, the Ishmaelites (Arabs) because although he was not defeated he FEARED being defeated in the future. Why did this king not turn to Yahuwah God and trust that as Chosen People, if he and his people kept to the Covenant, then Yahuwah would help them to defeat the Arabs? When David and his men were at Ziklag their families were taken away as captives by the Amalekites. They did not give in but inquired of Yahuwah God who instructed them to pursue the enemy, they did so and recovered their families. The Arabs had not defeated King Qualidurut yet he FEARED!

Then again, this was an evil treaty where the Ishmaelites required a yearly amount of 360 slaves! In the Old Testament being a Hebrew slave was a temporary condition lasting a maximum of 6 years, and being freed in the 7th year. Plus they had to be treated humanely. What King Qualidurut did by giving away 360 Black lives as slaves each year was sinful and the Arabs were very cruel to the African slaves.
Additionally, the Old Testament severely condemns kidnapping, specifically for the purpose of selling people into slavery, and requires the death penalty for this crime. Exodus 21:16 states that "whoever kidnaps a man, whether he sells him or is found in his possession, shall be put to death". Deuteronomy 24:7 reinforces this law, commanding that "if a man is caught kidnapping any of his brothers among the Israelites and treats him as a slave or sells him, the kidnapper must die. You must purge the evil from among you". 

The strength of the Chosen People is in Yahuwah God. With obedience there is protection from the enemy and other blessings. But, with disobedience that protection would no longer be available. This is how our African ancestors got weaker. Then, as the Arabs kept on imposing themselves, their religion of Islam also began to spread. As we read from history books, Islam was spread by trade and also the sword so if in that way our ancestors would have joined out of fear and desperation, then they would teach their children that foreign religion, and worship of the true Yahuwah God would progressively get forgotten.

As we know, Satan will take advantage of every situation to keep the Chosen People separated from Yahuwah. In this more weaker condition of Africa, witchcraft that is condemned in the Old Testament eg in Exodus 22:18 and Leviticus 20:27 began to get bold and seek customers, and up to today we have the sorcery practices in Africa.
Leviticus 19: 31 states:
“Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God.”

Even with all that, there were still people in Africa who were worshipping Yahuwah God, so when Europeans came they recorded that in their notebooks. However, White people added to the near-complete elimination of Yahuwah God from Africa with their identity theft White Jesus and Christianity that debases Blackness as it elevates Whiteness. Therefore, while deceived that they worship God, it was White culture, White thinking, and a White god that Africans worship.

We today have a lot more Light than our ancestors had. We know that the biblical Israelites were a Black nation. We also know the racism and cruelty that we face from Whites and Arabs, and we know that global systems are worked to be against us rising. Yet, we also know from Deuteronomy 30 that Yahuwah God has promised to restore us to Him and to the place He wants His special Chosen People to be at this time.

So Africans, I hope from this information we can see how we weakened ourselves by fearing foreigners which made them tell us what to do and control the way we should worship and live. Look at our Church denominations and Mosques, who has set the programs for them? Is it still Whites and Arabs? Does that make us stronger or weaker?

Commenting on the weird postulations of Benjamin Kalu (Deputy Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives) in this video clip link above where he was praising what he described as the extraordinary benevolence of Tinubu to the Igbo-East, for creating the South-East Development Commission and also boasting that his Party will take over Abia State Governorship in 2027 by whatever means necessary, Tony Nnadi wrote as follows:

The creation of the so-called South-East Development Commission and other Zonal Development Commissions represents the grab of further powers by the Federal Government for itself to the detriment of the already emasculated Federating Units (States), in a Unitary Union already dying from the over-centralization of Powers, represents further departure from the Federal Imperative and Autonomy for Federating Units.

This is because the Zonal Development Commissions are Federal Government Agencies that would usurp the developmental powers and resources that should be vested in the Federating Units. The Commissions would thus take upon themselves the responsibility for the Zones which should have been the prerogative of the Federating Units (States).

Same as the so-called Local Government Autonomy in which the Federal Government takes direct charge over the Allocation of Resources to Local Government as well as over Elections to Local Councils.

These two structural and policy adjustments (Zonal Development Commissions and Local Government Autonomy) translate into further erosion of the autonomy and powers of Federating Units by a rapacious and omnipotent Federal Government.

It is a Tragedy that this fellow called Benjamin Kalu does not understand the calamity represented by the Federal Government’s creation of a South-East Development Commission as a quick escape route from the trenchant demands for Regional Autonomy and the burgeoning agitations for outright exit from the Distressed Nigerian Union. To now flaunt that calamity as a great act of benevolence by Tinubu and APC to the Igbo-East is mind-boggling and offers us a peep into the hollowness of those imposed by Nigeria on the Igbo as their representatives. Same goes for the weird suggestion and argument for how Abia State must be snatched for his Party (APC), the Ruling Party in Abuja, since he being Deputy Speaker is high-up in the hierarchy of that Party.

There is no way to comprehend the depth of arrogance and folly contained in these Postulations by Benjamin Kalu than to conclude that the variety of madness that often afflicts the wielders of power may have located our kinsman, Benjamin. Who will be kind enough to explain what a Federation is to this lost brother?

It would be recalled that NINAS had cause in the past to rebuke Benjamin Kalu for announcing that the National Assembly of Nigeria would give Nigerians a brand-new Constitution in two years. Though he quickly recanted after the challenge by NINAS, acknowledging that the National Assembly had no power to make any Constitution for the Peoples of Nigeria, it appears he needs a lengthy tutorial on what a Federation is. KANU, SOWORE’S PROTEST AND THE REST OF US

In my view, the back and forth on Nnamdi Kanu is not necessary as any OBJECTIVE mind could see that the issues are quite straightforward.
When a govt goes extra mile to EXTRA-ORDINARILY rendition a man on terrorism-related accusations, the least expected of that govt is to ensure an EXTRA-ORDINARILY SPEEDY trial for such a man to determine his guilt or innocence. The failure of the Nigerian state in this regard is criminally inexcusable. Even the argument that it is Kanu’s lawyers that are delaying the trial falls flat under the slightest scrutiny because in a WORKING SYSTEM, no defense lawyer should be able to influence the judicial process enough to prolong a criminal trial this long especially considering how Finland started and concluded Simon Ekpa’s trial within just 2 years.

Hasten up Nnamdi Kanu’s trial and if he’s found guilty, let him be held accountable but if he’s found innocent, let him go home to his family. If he takes ill in the course of his trial, let him be made to go for treatment after which he would return to face his trial because a suspect has to be alive before he can be held to account. The only reason this is even a subject of argument is because ours is a broken society presided over by broken men.

On Omoyele Sowore’s planned protest calling for Kanu to be freed, that is completely within Sowore’s right to so do but it CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be termed “an Igbo project for the release of Kanu” because it is not. THIS IS SOLELY SOWORE’s PROTEST and only him knows exactly what he wants to achieve with that. To begin with, even a slowpoke knows that at this stage, Kanu’s case can only be fixed either through the court or a political solution negotiated by leaders of the southeast, not any nzogbu nzogbu method or a protest. Even if the govt had plans of releasing Kanu very soon as was alluded to by Abia governor Alex C. Otti few days ago, Sowore leading any protest in this regard will only delay it as neither Tinubu nor the DSS would ever want to be seen to be bowing to Sowore. I’m certain that this fact is not lost on the Sahara-Reporters publisher which leaves the question, WHAT REALLY DOES HE AIM TO ACHIEVE WITH THE PROTEST which is already being ERRONOUSLY tagged Igbo protest? Does he GENUINELY believe that marching to Asorock with some activists and opposition politicians (I am 100% certain that no Igbo governor will join) will lead to Kanu being released? Or is there another agenda? This question is important because we have seen the likes of Reno, Asari Dokubo, Deji Adeyanju, Femi Fani-Kayode and a whole lot of others play similar stunt on the emotion of Igbos some of whom are ever ready to fall for anything without asking question and we all know how they all ended.

I have come across a few arguments mostly from non-Igbos berating Igbos who refuse to join in demanding Kanu’s unconditional release. The proponents of this argument are quick to refer to Northern bandits who are being pampered by the govt as though crime is now a position that is shared in line with FEDERAL CHARACTER. Truth is, today, the greatest danger Ndigbo face in AlaIgbo is not from fulani or any outside enemy but from fellow Igbos masquerading as Biafra agitators. Kanu did Ndigbo and AlaIgbo dirty. The damage he caused can never be fixed even in a million years. He successfully convinced millions of Igbo youths that it is okay to do just about anything including K!lling and Ma!ming fellow Igbos as long as it is done in the name of Biafra agitation. Via his broadcasts, he gave SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS to millions of his followers to k!ll FELLOW IGBOS even if it was a bus driver or a sachet water hawker who came out on a certain 31st monday slated as biafra Memorial Day which he had declared as Sit-At-Home day. That was a man who claimed to be our Moses ordering the spilling of IGBO BLOOD on May 31st which ought to be a sacred day for Ndigbo to remember millions of their kind who perished in a war they were fated to fight and even more fated to lose. And this was where IPOB got the inspiration for their Monday-Sit-At-Home which cost Ndigbo so many lives and billions in material/business losses. He issued orders for fellow Igbos who disagreed with him to be stoned. In another broadcast, Kanu ordered his followers numbering millions to ‘k!ll and bury alive’ any Igbo person parading as IPOB member without belonging to a known IPOB unit in their area. That was a direct order to k!ll factional IPOB members. Yet, in another broadcast, he openly and emphatically endorsed Simon Ekpa (yes, the same Ekpa that is currently in finnish Jail for terrorist activities he ordered in the southeast, Kanu actually endorsed Ekpa as a man doing “a fantastic job” and introducing “a different dimension” to the biafra struggle and ordered his millions of followers to follow Ekpa and ensure they share every of his videos. Today, results of these instructions are visible throughout AlaIgbo.

Most Igbos joined Kanu’s biafra agitation, not because he did or said anything extraordinary but because his movement was seen as a resistance against the brazen in-your-face mistreatment of Ndigbo by the late Buhari but he ended up weaponizing our emotional investment in Biafra and using same to hurt AlaIgbo deeply. Our region lost its innocence and we began preying on one another with brothers killing brothers. Our republican nature was abolished and divergent views proscribed with threats and death as its punishment. Our region changed from being the most peaceful region to become a place where Igbos outside AlaIgbo became afraid to visit for any event or come out on Mondays or even sleep with two eyes closed. Many villages like Orsu, Orlu, Okigwe, Ihiala are yet to fully recover even as I type. Many families are still in mourning. All the atrocities of Simon Ekpa were taken from Kanu’s playbook because in truth, there is absolutely nothing that Ekpa did that Kanu didn’t do.

So Igbo people negatively affected by Kanu’s activities HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DEMAND THAT HE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

I’ve read arguments that it was the late president Muhammadu Buhari-led FG that radicalized the Kanu led pro-Biafra group by unleashing unnecessary violence on them with full support of the David Nweze Umahi,-led Southeast Governors Forum at a time the group was just a peaceful unarmed flag-waving boys marching the streets. This is true. I have followed and documented the activities of the pro-Biafra groups for years including the many cases of extra-judicial killings against them. Matter of fact, I was the person that published the phone numbers of every southeast governor on the night Buhari’s soldiers murderously invaded Kanu’s home with our governors refusing to at least issue statement of condemnation. So more than many, I am not unaware of Buhari’s evil role in this but BUHARI CANNOT BE THE REASON IGBO SONS ARMED THEMSELVES TO START KILLING FELLOW IGBOS AND SACKING THEM FROM THEIR VILLAGES. So this argument is not tenable.

Just so we are clear, my position is that Kanu should be given medical treatment if he’s sick after which he should be subjected to a FAIR and SPEEDY trial to determine his guilt or innocence. Anything short of this is not JUSTICE.

The Bible is there to help us in life. Esau or Edomites are mentioned a lot because God says He hates Esau, and God said He will punish Edomites because of their wickedness.

That means that we must identity who are the Edomites.

Of course because all our churches come from the White man, and all our church denominations have interpreted the Bible the way they want, then none of our churches will focus on the Edomite since he is the White man, the children of Esau.

On various social media platforms Africans are asking who are the Edomites? The Bible in Genesis 36:8 tells us that Esau is Edom.

Genesis 36:8
Thus dwelt Esau in Mount Seir: Esau is Edom.

Idumea is the Greek name for Edom.

The Bible also addresses Esau as Seir.

Edomites would be violent, since Isaac, Esau’s father was given the prophecy as we can read in Genesis 27:40 for Esau: “And by thy sword shalt thou live.”

Europeans have also identified themselves as Edomites. One such book is “The Roman Empire, the Empire of the Edomites” by William Beeston in 1853.

So Esau or Edom or Idumea or Seir - is the European.

It is so reassuring and faith-building to read the Bible just as it is written knowing that Yahuwah God is faithful. He is faithful in keeping to His side of the Covenant. We are now without doubt that the biblical Israelites are a Black people, and the everlasting Covenant is with them. In the Covenant there are high blessings for obedience and Yahuwah was, and will be faithful to that. In addition, in the Covenant disobedience brings the consequences of captivity (slavery and colonization), and Yahuwah was and will also be faithful to that. As we have said before and will keep repeating, captivity should not mean CRUELTY from the oppressor.

Before the Israelites went into captivity there were warnings from Yahuwah God through the prophets who many times told the people to put away foreign gods and foreign lifestyles and to return to Yahuwah and to Covenant living. The people would not listen so went into repeated captivity.

During the most recent captivity, the CRUELTY that Whites and Arabs terrorised Black people with is an ABOMINATION to Yahuwah God (and to reasoning people). That cruelty and also the ongoing racism cannot be ignored away, because Yahuwah God deals also with the wicked. The same way that He is faithful to what He said He will do to His special Chosen People is the very same way that He is faithful to what He said He would do to the wicked. Though what we can see from history and the Bible is that Yahuwah sets a time period for things that He does. He gives us a time period to repent, He gives us a time period for blessings, He gives us a time period for punishment for disobedience or punishment for cruelty. Therefore, just as the Israelites went into a period of captivity, the oppressor (enslaver and coloniser) should get ready for their own period of Yahuwah’s punishment for their cruelty. Yahuwah reminds us often about His judgment and His justice. The world can read about what awaits the oppressor/wicked from the Bible, for surely Yahuwah will be faithful.

Other communities including the oppressor’s communities have been normalizing the suffering and the low estate of the Black Race. They may hope that the current status quo is permanent. However, the Bible let’s us know that it is turn by turn. Everyone does wrong and so everyone gets punished by Yahuwah, not just Black people.

As for us Africans and Black people of the world that treats us so badly, we must set our face like a flint and return to obedience to Yahuwah God. Deuteronomy 30 guides us. Amen.

THE TWO PEOPLE DISTRACTING IGBO AND DRAGGING THEM TO THEIR DEMISE

There are two Igbos misleading Igbo, and preventing the IGBO DREAM.

To have that ability it must be two Igbos who can pull a crowd otherwise they would not have the power to distract and deceive so many.

These are also two Igbos who do not promote Igbo NATION.

A)-Nnamdi Kanu (NK).
Nnamdi Kanu promotes “Biafra” instead of Igbo Nation. Because he uses the word “Biafra”, Ndi Igbo being emotionally linked to the true Biafra of 1967-70 become deceived that there is some kind of continuation between that and the scam that NK is distracting them with. NK’s Biafra is a Supreme Leader, feudalistic, violent control/bondage of Igbo Nation through the use of terror, force, fetish, narcotics, cannibalism and ripping out “Igbo” to replace it with “Biafra”.

There are audio recordings of NK saying that “Igbo is cursed” and although the land is Igboland he and his IPOB/ESN gang are doing their best to replace it with “Biafraland”. Biafra was a vehicle that Igbo and other Eastern Region nationalities had used at that time to exit the Nigeria that had been killing them. That Biafra did not erase “Igbo” like NK and his gang are hoping to achieve by violence and scam. The blood shed and criminality committed by NK and his IPOB/ESN gang are too well known and are in the public domain. Just Google it.


B)-Peter Obi (PO)
Peter Obi too does not promote Igbo Nation. He made it abundantly clear by CONGRATULATING Yakubu Gowon in October 2024 at Gowon’s 90th birthday, and minimising/erasing what Gowon did. Given the genocide of Igbo that Gowon supervised only someone who lacks true heart love for Igbo can do such a thing, and that PO is an Igbo makes it very much worse.

It is impossible for PO to ever become President of Nigeria. His 2023 opportunity is gone and even though the media gives his Obidient followers space to rant and rave, that is where it ends because Tinubu-APC has the winner’s hand. Therefore, if at all PO is given a presidential candidate ticket by a political party, it is very unlikely firstly that he would gain as many votes as he did in 2023. But, let us just pamper Obidients for now and allow them to believe that PO is as popular as he was in 2023. Tinubu’s APC is more in charge now of Nigeria’s systems so no doubt that Tinubu would be declared winner. The only option PO would have is to go to court because he has to be seen as being democratic for in recent years U.S. visa bans have been imposed on politicians linked to electoral violence etc. The supreme court will therefore decide 2027 elections, and not Obidients.


Thus, while NK and PO, two prominent people who belittle the entity of Igbo Nation continue to stir around the emotions of Igbo, Igbo are thereby being distracted from the genuine and logical pathway of prosperity, peace, blessings and Igbo Dream. It is what our forefathers had told us and showed us at Aburi which is that if Nigerians want to keep a Nigeria Union it is by being a Confederation. That means that this present One-Nigeria of the 1999 Constitution must be renegotiated. Therefore, indigenous Ethnic Nations are to come together to Meet and Discuss.
Some Igbo and other Nigerians are scared that if a free and honest discussion is allowed to take place the Nigeria Union may be no more and other configurations may be the outcome i.e. Ethnic Nations in Blocs of their choosing as new countries. They fear losing their money, lands and other wealth that they acquired. This fear is borne of ignorance because there is a Template on the Table by NINAS and it has an Asset Protection and Guarantee Scheme (APGS) within it should Nigeria become independent successor states (countries).

We have taken time to scrutinize and verify the NINAS Strategy and Proposition, and there is logic in it. It is based on Root-Cause Analysis techniques. It revealed that the 1999 Constitution stands in the way of the Igbo Dream. Therefore, the NINAS Strategy of time-bound Transitioning removes that obstruction of the 1999 Constitution, giving a time frame start to finish for the Union Renegotiations, and it can be completed in 2 years or less. The Strategy Action is explained by NINAS and it is to call off preparations for 2027 National Elections so all political parties are to Close Shop so that immediate Transitioning happens instead, which can start now in 2025.

Can Ndi Igbo remember that they are known for being intelligent and patriotic towards Igbo Nation handed down by the ancestors as a blessed inheritance? Therefore, is it not amazing that these two individuals who disrespected Igbo Nation for all to hear, are the ones that Igbo Nation are allowing to distract them from the Igbo dream? Who cast this spell!
