A New Peace is possible. Here’s how.

Given the diversity found among the Ethnic Nations of Nigeria, it was known decades ago that for such a country to exist, it must be as a Federation. However, because of insincerity and hostility things came to a violent head, so in January 1967 the negotiations at Aburi now concluded that for Nigeria to remain one unit, it must be as nothing less than a Confederation. Fast forward to today where the imposed 1999 Constitution creates the worst arrangement of all for Nigerians, ie a unitary system that empowers the openly declared Fulani conquest of Nigeria and Nigerians, with attendant genocidal violence reported on a near-daily basis.

Common sense therefore demands that the well-known Fraud and Forgery called 1999 Constitution be Rejected, and Taken Down, then the process of getting proper constitutional arrangements be initiated. As South Africa did to get rid of its Apartheid constitutional order by going to TRANSITIONING, that is also the way for Nigeria. There would be no vacuum, and no anarchy and Nigeria would go to Transitioning to Renegotiate the failed and deadly Union. That involves the use of joint Multi-Regional Referendums for Ethnic Nations to decide the kind of future they want for themselves.

Nigerians themselves should insist on this Transitioning. And the Supreme Court should also do so – and make an Order taking Nigeria to Transitioning.
NINAS (the voice of the Peoples under the umbrella of the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities for Self-Determination) has as amicus curiae urged the Supreme Court to use its unique powers of POLICY JURISDICTION to have an Honest look at the Truth about the Nigeria Union created by the fraudulent 1999 Constitution; to look at the miseries flowing from that 1999 Constitution; to also look at the genocidal violence going on for Fulani land grab enabled by that Fraud of 1999 (ie Constitution); and to look at the agitations some becoming violent in response to the multidirectional Fulani conquest agenda; PLUS to examine the Constitutional Force Majeure declared 16 December 2020 in response to lingering constitutional grievances, and which from that day, made Nigeria a Disputed Project.
The Legal Experts (and Statesmen) in NINAS are well-positioned to act as amicus curiae, so the Justices of the Supreme Court will be making History and would be showing whether they stand for Justice and for the Peoples, or whether as is so often the case among the ruling elite in Nigeria, they do not.

Concerned local and foreign experts and observers have described the horrific slaughter of Nigerians as a “genocide” that has loaded. As such, Nigerians should have a hatred for the Instrument that enables this genocidal violence ie that fraudulent and illegitimate 1999 Constitution, as well as have Zero Tolerance for those who ENFORCE that 1999 Constitution ie the Willing Tools as described by Ahmadu Bello in his infamous Declaration reported on 12 October 1960.
These Willing Tools, being Enforcers of the 1999 Constitution are accountable for ALL the horrendous effects of that 1999 Forgery (Constitution), and are responsible for their choices and actions regarding it, so will have to explain themselves to their victims (ie Nigerians, and also Africans), and to the watching international community. Being a facilitator of genocidal violence and carrying out treachery against one’s people are most serious offences.

The chief Willing Tools are easy to identify. They Enforce the 1999 Constitution by swearing an Oath of Office to uphold and defend it, or are hoping to win elections so as to do so. Plus, they are the Proprietors and Promoters of every political party in Nigeria.

These three points turned into Action, would put Nigerians on the road to starting a New Peace.

BACK TO BASICS: THE CONSTITUTION AND WHY IT MUST MATTER TO NIGERIANS

Constitutions create the environment citizens live in. That is why the type of Constitution a country has matters! Nigeria’s Constitution MUST therefore matter to Nigerians. Nigeria is the visual representation of its Unitary 1999 Constitution, a well-known Forgery and Fraud foisted upon its people.
Whatever Nigerians complain about in their environment can be traced back to that 1999 Constitution. For instance, listed below are ten key things from its Preamble and its 68-item Exclusive List that will not allow Nigeria’s environment to improve as long as the 1999 Constitution stands:
(1) Union Dispute (Who has Sovereignty: is it indigenous Ethnic Nations or elected politicians?)
(2) Mass exodus from Nigeria because of lack of welfare and public services.
(3) Electricity lack.
(4) Insecurity.
(5) Institutionalized corruption.
(6) Functioning refineries, and petroleum products scarcity.
(7) Decayed infrastructure including sea-ports, airports, highways, railways.
(8.) Massive cost of governance.
(9) No Rule of law or good governance.
(10) Crooked elections and bad leadership.

In a proper and true Constitution (which the 1999 Constitution is not), the Preamble is the introducing text that states who created it, and sets out the reasons and purpose of the Constitution. It is the seal of approval for the entire Constitution and the Preamble can be viewed as the signature of its makers. In short, the Preamble would confirm that the people freely agreed to adopt the entire Constitution as theirs. It should therefore concern Nigerians that the Preamble of the 1999 Constitution contains four major falsehoods, and any reasonably honest person would want those falsehoods corrected.
The Preamble states:
“We the People of the Federal Republic of Nigeria:
HAVING firmly and solemnly resolved:
TO LIVE in unity and harmony as one indivisible, indissoluble, Sovereign Nation under God dedicated to the promotion of inter-African solidarity, world peace, international co-operation and understanding:
AND TO PROVIDE for a Constitution for the purpose of promoting the good government and welfare of all persons in our country on the principles of Freedom, Equality and Justice, and for the purpose of consolidating the Unity of our people:
DO HEREBY MAKE, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES the following Constitution:”


Those falsehoods have created a lingering Union Dispute (aka Sovereignty Dispute) which revolves around four questions.
Firstly, who are the "We the people"…
Secondly, If Nigeria is “Federal” then where are the Constitutions of each of the federating units..
Thirdly, when and where did “We the people”: “Firmly and solemnly resolve, to live...as one indivisible and indissoluble sovereign nation” ie Unitary Nigeria…
Fourthly, when and where did “We the people”: “Do hereby make, enact, and give to ourselves the following Constitution” ie a Unitary Constitution...

The answers to these questions are in fact known: that 1999 Constitution is a Forgery, and is actually Military Decree 24, and it has never been ratified by Referendum. To date, no leadership group whether political, religious, civic or traditional has had the moral fibre to insist that these falsehoods in the Preamble be corrected.

Since the Preamble is fraudulent, all the provisions of the entire 1999 Constitution have that same status. Those who imposed that Forgery had a clear aim in view: it is to rob indigenous Ethnic Nations of their valuable natural resources, plus at the same time render Nigerians weakened and conquered – which is what the 68-item Exclusive List achieves. It is no secret that the 1999 Constitution is the Instrument used to bring about Ahmadu Bello’s Declaration of 1960 that Nigeria is to be turned into the “estate” of the immigrant settler Fulani.

Ahmadu Bello had boasted that the Fulanization Agenda of conquest of Nigerians would make use of “willing tools” who would be individuals from indigenous Ethnic Nations. The chief willing tools are clearly and easily identifiable. They are ALL those who have ever sworn an Oath of Office to uphold and defend that fraudulent 1999 Constitution, PLUS all those willing even now, to do so. Since these willing tools are the ones DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for the environment that Unitary Nigeria is, described by many as a failed state, as a Union of death because of the frightening levels of terrorism and genocidal violence, and as a hell-hole from which multitudes have escaped abroad or are seeking to do so, it is essential that Nigerians know who brings miseries, hopelessness and existential threats upon their heads: it is the willing tools among them.

So here is a list of chief willing tools, those who swear an Oath of Office to uphold and defend that known fraud called the 1999 Constitution in exchange for riches-for-life, and for armed protection for self (meaning that they themselves do not partake of that Nigerian environment that they happily foist on others):

• Presidents and Vice Presidents
• Cabinet Ministers
• Senators
• Representatives
• State Governors and Deputy Governors
• Members of State House of Assembly,
• Commissioners
• Local Government Area Chairpersons
• Special Advisers
• Judges
• Top civil servants

It is this same group of chief willing tools, together with either the active participation or immoral silence of members of the legal profession, the media, civil society, and the church who continue to deceive Nigerians and the global community by hiding the truth of the 1999 Constitution being a Forgery, and instead hoping to give it legitimacy by addressing that Fraud as if it is the genuine article. Going even as far as promoting “constitutional amendments” when it is illogical and invalid to “amend” a Forgery. The only thing to do with that 1999 Constitution is to throw the entire Document away, then correct Nigeria’s dysfunctional constitutional arrangement. Again, those who want to deceive and cause mischief will say that throwing away the 1999 Forgery (Constitution) will cause a vacuum or anarchy. No it would not! Because Nigeria would enter a time-bound period of Transitioning – just like South Africa did in order to terminate its Apartheid constitutional order.

To conclude, Nigeria’s intolerably unsafe and unstable environment, created by the fraudulent 1999 Constitution is “a pressure-cooker for injustice” and a ticking time bomb. Except by hoping on a kind of idiot optimism, is it rationally possible for “good leadership” to emerge when it must swear an Oath of Office to uphold a FORGERY over Nigerians? Plus, that FORGERY through its 68-item Exclusive List ties down the means of productivity and of security and self-preservation. That really just means continued miseries and existential threats for Nigerians.

Young Nigerians especially, should be THINKING AHEAD, and focus on that 1999 Constitution plus on the chief willing tools who are its ENFORCERS. Both that 1999 Forgery (Constitution) and those who have sworn or are willing to swear an Oath of Office to uphold and defend it show wickedness that must be put on trial for all to see. We simply cannot keep on disregarding this level of insensitivity where Black lives do not matter to those who are in leadership positions, and who make “Nigeria happen” to hundreds of millions of ordinary and poor Nigerians, by creating a unitary Nigeria where a few grab it all, and the majority are left with nothing, using a Forged Instrument (that 1999 Constitution). We cannot disregard these willing tools, we must highlight them and their offences, and they must be held accountable for their actions and for creating the environment that makes Nigeria, Nigeria.

We need to talk about Obidients (supporters of Peter Obi) and Peter Obi because evidence shows that Obi was the actual winner of the botched February 2023 presidential elections. The signs are there, and the previous history is there too, to act as forewarning for how it will all end if the right type of intervention is not done. We know how it ended for MKO Abiola who won the 1993 election but he got shoved aside. Now, thirty years later Obi is also hoping to “reclaim my Mandate” the context being retrieving his stolen presidential Mandate from Tinubu. He also had said that his supporters had invested their hopes in him, and he wrote,
“I encourage Nigerians to remain calm and steadfast in the journey to reclaiming their Mandate of a New Nigeria. I will never give up on this journey until victory is achieved.”

Can we pause and consider? Let us go back to the history of Nigeria from the 1950s because there we will find knowledge on how to reestablish a safe future. Our forefathers knew that for Nigeria to work at all, it must be as a FEDERATION. Then, things soured and before the Biafra Genocide, there was the Aburi Accord of January 1967 where, given all the miseries that had occurred, it was agreed that for any Union called Nigeria to continue forward, it must now be as a CONFEDERATION.

Let us hold onto that knowledge tightly: For anything good to come out of Nigeria, the country must be at the minimum a Federation, but a Confederation would even be better to accommodate the diversity of cultures. Since they all claimed to want a prospering and “united” Nigeria, WHY then is it that none of the presidential candidates for elections 2023 discussed how they would bring about either a Federal or Confederal arrangement? For, unless it is either of those two options, there would be no change, thus, the miseries, insecurities and foundational instability would continue and likely Nigeria would finally crash out (even violently).

Pre-election polls had shown that Obi had been the most popular presidential candidate because he represented change in the people’s mind, and “Change!” was what Nigerians craved. Since Obi stood for change, he was given the people’s Mandate, a Mandate for Change, not for same old same old Nigeria. Obidients then trustingly did nothing much except for pinning their hopes on Obi. Why did they not ask questions? Why did they not use the known fact that only a Federation or Confederation would work for Nigeria? In September 2022, NINAS, the body representing indigenous peoples had put out Ten Interrogatories, that is, ten key things that affect all Nigerians and that would remain unchanged if Nigeria’s dysfunctional constitutional arrangement brought about by the fraud called 1999 Constitution, remains. If Obidients, and other Nigerians had examined these Ten Interrogatories, they would have seen that the 68-Item Exclusive List of the 1999 Constitution conclusively prevents any “Change!” happening at all.

Let us also consider that “Mandate” again, because in order to uncover truth and lies, and whether “Change” is possible, words must match actions. Obi’s words were that he would bring change and a “New Nigeria”. His actions were provided in October 2022 at Arewa House where he was asked to stand up and give assurances to the Arewa people that would make them feel “safe and secure” with him. Obi obliged by standing up and saying,

“…I believe in, and defend the Constitution of Nigeria and will govern with the Constitution of Nigeria…” (Watch this video clip in the NOTES section).

Obi pledged to uphold and defend public enemy number one: the 1999 Constitution, a well-known Forgery and Fraud, whose Exclusive List prevents productivity and that entire Forged Instrument brings about an Apartheid-like Nigeria in favour of Arewa people at the expense of the South and Middle Belt. Here we see the importance of checking if words match actions! Which “New Nigeria” would then be possible under the unitary Fraud of 1999 (ie Constitution) that Obi vows to uphold? We also know from recent history that unless Nigeria is either a Federation or Confederation, no stable Nigeria is possible. For sure then, as long as Nigeria is kept unstable and unitary, no “New Nigeria” is possible, and no change from consumption to production is possible.

So, what can Obidients and those who want change do? They can get “Change”, but they will need to face facts, and that will show them the kind of intervention needed. Here are those facts:

• Nothing anybody including Obi says will make Nigeria STABLE unless it is Reconstructed as either a Federation or Confederation.

• The 1999 Constitution is a Forgery foisted upon Nigeria and its Exclusive List in particular ties up Nigerians, preventing productivity, and preventing change. (The NINAS Ten Interrogatories helps in seeing this.)


Intervention needed to bring change:

1. The 1999 Constitution, being a Forgery and a Fraud, like all fraud, it is the source of the problem. Therefore, the first thing is to Reject that 1999 Constitution.

2. Since Obi won those presidential elections, any Rerun election is pointless – except it is to provide new opportunities for rigging, and this time to totally cancel out Obi’s win. Therefore, Reject any Rerun election.

3. Insist on your Mandate of “Change”. That calls for Renegotiation of unitary Nigeria, and Referendums. The Constitutional Force Majeure declared on 16 December 2020 making Nigeria a Disputed Project, provides the Right and the Power for this to be done.

4. So as to have no vacuum, and no anarchy, there would be a time-bound period of Transitioning. This is the globally acceptable way of non-violently bringing change to a country like Nigeria that has a faulty constitutional order.

So Obidients, it is YOUR Mandate, your Mandate for change that is at stake. Will you allow it to be thrown away by the botched 2023 elections and the unreliable Elections Tribunal and any Rerun? Or, will you intervene by Rejecting the illegitimate 1999 Constitution that is the source of miseries, and is what has brought about this sorry state of affairs? As for Peter Obi, he can still be your hero by ensuring he honours your Mandate: that means he would openly Reject that fraudulent 1999 Constitution and push for Transitioning to Renegotiate (ie change) Nigeria’s constitutional arrangement.

NINAS: TINUBU STOPPING ELECTRICITY TO NIGER REPUBLIC IS RECKLESS. HE BREAKS A TREATY!

I am hereby amplifying some disturbing information stated by the NINAS Spokesman during a Town Hall Meeting on 08 August 2023 at Niger Delta NINAS on Clubhouse titled, “Things that will not improve if 1999 Constitution Stands [Pt 2]”

We have seen how Candidate Tinubu has through the botched presidential elections 2023 foisted himself upon Nigerians and also upon Africa, as “President of Nigeria”.
Being the voice of truth, and the voice of reason, and the loud voice of indigenous peoples, NINAS on 12th June this year, declared that at Law, Nigeria had been dragged into the illicit Tinubu Interregnum that commenced from his swearing in rituals on 29th May 2023, and so the elections remain ongoing until settled by the Courts. Therefore, although Tinubu seized power via coup-like actions, he has no authority from “we the people” for whatever he decides to do.

THE ISSUE: Following the recent Military Coup in neighbouring Niger Republic, Candidate Tinubu has recklessly switched off the electricity supply to Niger Republic. This can ignite a situation that Tinubu cannot control, and the fallout would be suffered by the indigenous peoples of Nigeria (and already of Niger Republic)!

For, shortly after Independence there was an Agreement between Nigeria and Niger Republic that Niger Republic being upstream, would not dam its part of the River Niger as that would slow down the flow of water to Nigeria which is downstream and affect the dams that would be in Nigeria, and thus production of hydroelectricity in Nigeria would be affected. A Treaty was signed to the effect that Nigeria would therefore provide electricity to Niger Republic. In yanking off electricity to Niger Republic, Candidate Tinubu has breached that Treaty!!! A Treaty is more enforceable than a Contract and this is a dangerous and despicable thing to do to the people of Niger Republic who will be suffering the effects of electricity lack that would of course affect hospital equipment, food preservation and processing etc etc.

Switching off electricity to Niger Republic is recklessness of high order, and Tinubu is being seen by Africans as wanting to validate himself in office by doing things that he hopes will bring him favour from foreign powers, but which are damaging to Africans.
(This is the same way that Gowon jumped out of nowhere to become illicit Head of State, then cancelled the Aburi Accord that had been signed and agreed and would have brought peace and stability to Nigeria, then adding sin to sin, embarked on the Biafra Genocide to kill and destroy Easterners when the Federation of Nigeria had already been Terminated by the coups of 1966, and the Eastern Region had therefore been free to separate from the Union of death that Nigeria had become for them.)

Today though, indigenous peoples and indigenous Ethnic Nations can free themselves from the dangerous Union they are already in, but being made even worse by a desperate (and visibly ill) Tinubu – and that is by Rejecting the fraud called 1999 Constitution then, so as to have no vacuum go to Transitioning to Renegotiate the failed Nigeria Union. This would be by an ORDERLY PROCESS, and the NINAS Propositions and Template has been on the Table since December 2020. South Africa had used Transitioning to set itself free from an Apartheid constitutional order, to a democratic one. So we CAN do it.

Umu Igbo, we have suffered and lost far too much in this Union of death, and we OWE it as a DUTY to our children and grandchildren plus those yet unborn, to prevent one-Nigeria happening to them. REPS MOVE TO HALT PLAN TO CEDE NIGERIAN COMMUNITIES TO CAMEROON

The House of Representatives has resolved to stop ongoing plans to cede the Danare and Biajua communities in the Boki Local Government Area of Cross River of Nigeria to the Republic of Cameroon.

This followed the adoption of a motion jointly sponsored by members of the Cross River Caucus, who solicited the House’s intervention.


Victor Abang (APC-Cross River), while speaking on behalf of the Cross River Caucus, recalled that on 10 October 2002, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled that the proprietorship of the Bakassi peninsula belonged to Cameroon.

He said this was due to an agreement between the governments of Nigeria and Cameroon during the civil war.

He also said in July 2012, the Supreme Court ruled that Cross River had no right of ownership of over 76 oil wells due to the loss of its littoral status.

According to him, this was when portions of the peninsula were ceded to Cameroon by the federal government.

“The ICJ ruling decides the retracing of the Cameroon-Nigeria International Boundary line from the Lake Chad region (Yola) to the Atlantic Ocean (Bakassi); subsequently United Nations (UN) set up two committees to implement the judgment.

He said this led to the establishment of the Cameroon-Nigeria Mixed Commission (CNMC) made up of representatives from Nigeria, Cameroon and officials of the United Nations.

“The fieldwork, which involves the location of the boundary points and placement of boundary pillars by the judgment, was undertaken by a Joint Technical Team (JTT), a sub-body of the Cameroon-Nigeria mixed commission.

He added that with both countries’ representatives on the JTT, the technical expertise was supplied by a foreign contractor and paid for by the CNMC.

“Cognizant that the field exercise or demarcation conducted by the JTT must be an adopted demarcation in any sector considered valid and conclusive by the CNMC.

“The Anglo-German agreement of the Cameroon-Nigeria boundary of 12 April 1913 indicated 114 boundary pillars from the Lake Chad region (Yola Adamawa State) to Agbokim in Etung local government area of Cross River.”

JUNE 2023: EL-RUFAI CONFIRMED THE FULANI CALIPHATE AGENDA OF CONQUEST OF NIGERIA!

5th June 2023, just days after Nigeria lapsed into the Tinubu Interregnum, there was much talk over the viral video clip of El-Rufai, a Fulani from Katsina State who had completed 8 years as Governor of Kaduna State, confessing what on the surface would sound like an anti-Christian agenda, but which when properly examined is describing an ongoing war against Nigerians, ie the Fulani Conquest Agenda.

El-Rufai, seen by many to be a Caliphate spokesman, had addressed a group of Islamic scholars where he explained the plan to exclude Christians from leadership in Nigeria, and as reported, this is the English translation of part of what he had said:

“… The policy of exclusion of Christians in governance has just begun, and will continue until the Christians cannot resist anymore…”

Many people (but not NINAS) have wrongly interpreted El-Rufai’s confessions as Islamization because they did NOT use Fulani culture to analyse what El-Rufai said.

Fulani culture uses the advance of Islam as cover for Fulani conquest. They hide under the cloak of “Islam”, then the deception having worked, they take charge and take control. Example is Usman Dan Fodio. He told Hausa that if they support him, true Islam would come to Hausa land. So Hausa thought they were fighting for Islam, but not at all. When it was all over, they saw too late that it was all about the Fulani taking over – then the Sokoto Caliphate, a slave-raiding and slave-owning empire was born.

Then there is Ahmadu Bello, a descendant of Usman Dan Fodio. In 1957 Ahmadu Bello was reported as having said,
“We the people of the North will continue our stated intention to conquer the South and to dip the Koran in the Atlantic Ocean after the British leave our shores.”
There are many key words here! There’s the part that says Fulani would “dip the Koran in the Atlantic Ocean”. Koran signifies Islam. But other key words show that the real intention and agenda is “our stated intention to conquer the South”. Ahmadu Bello’s words here plainly expose the Fulani culture of hiding their conquest agenda under the cover of Islam.

Thus, for their Safety and Survival, Nigerians must be correct, and interpret El-Rufai’s anti-Christian confessions through the Fulani culture of hiding and masking their agenda of control and Take-Over of Nigeria under the disguise of Islam. El-Rufai has therefore made it very clear that the Fulani are not stopping. Under his watch as governor of Kaduna State, and continuing, is the horrendous slaughter of Nigerians for Fulani land grabbing, and land renaming after survivors had been sent away by Fulani-dominated government to miserable IDP camps. (NOTE: This very El-Rufai is the individual accused of being a Boko Haram commander by Lt-Gen Ihejirika, a former Chief of Army Staff.)

It is not enough to wail and to be outraged by El-Rufai’s confessions and the Fulani agenda of conquering Nigerians and Nigeria. In 2022, while armed Fulani were slaughtering Nigerians, many of them Christians in the Middle Belt, the response of pastor Adeboye of Redeemed was that those facing AK47 carrying invaders should use the jaw bone of a cow to defend themselves. What cruel mockery of Nigerians facing death for the Fulani conquest agenda that surely Adeboye knows is empowered by the fraud and forgery called 1999 Constitution. Here is a super-rich prosperity pastor who moves around with plenty of armed security, telling his followers (and Nigerians) to more or less accept being killed by armed attackers. Whose side is he on? God’s? Or Lucifer’s?

Then there’s professor of law and pastor Osinbajo of Redeemed, until recently the vice-president of Unitary Nigeria. In 2019 on an official visit to the USA he downplayed the genocidal violence against defenceless Nigerians by armed Fulani, towing the debunked line that it was just a matter of “Farmer-herdsman clashes”, for which an American ex-security official, concerned about the killing of Black Africans, described Osinbajo as one who “lies shamelessly”. A year earlier retired Gen TY Danjuma had warned Nigerians about the ethnic cleansing going on. So why did Osinbajo, supposedly a Christian and a pastor, through his lying hope to provide cover for the armed Fulani invaders? (By the way, Osinbajo would know that the 1999 Constitution is the source of miseries and killings, and he had been Attorney-General of Lagos State during PRONACO). Whose side is Osinbajo really on? Let’s ASK QUESTIONS!

There is also Oluremi Tinubu a pastor of Redeemed and wife of illicit president Tinubu whose swearing in plunged Nigeria into the Tinubu INTERREGNUM. The antecedents of her husband Bola Tinubu and the manner he got to Aso Rock are all in the public domain. Her position as First Lady is one foisted upon Nigerians. For Tinubu to be declared president, the Electoral Law was disobeyed, and the fraudulent 1999 Constitution was thrown away. So what is the urgency of having Tinubu as president and his pastor wife as First Lady?

Let us go to what we do know. We know that fear of indigenous Ethnic Nations regaining their inalienable right to Self-Determination via the Constitutional Force Majeure declared in December 2020, plus the non-violent Self-Determination work of the NINAS Movement have made the frightened Fulani Caliphate to resurrect their 1967 Alliance of the Renegade Wing of the South-West together with the Conservative North. Ahmadu Bello’s Declaration of 1960 that Nigeria would “ruthlessly” be turned into the “ESTATE” of the Fulani is well known now. In it, Ahmadu Bello also said that the Fulani would need “willing tools” from among indigenous Nigerians. To be effective in their treacherous task, a WILLING TOOL must be somebody with influence and popularity, who can use their position to manipulate their followers, and make them believe false narratives as truth – but their goal is assisting the Fulani conquest agenda, in exchange for private gain.

Look at Adeboye, Osinbajo and Oluremi Tinubu – ALL three pastors of Redeemed! And we know the powerful positions that pastors and church leaders have in Nigeria, especially if they are rich, like these three are.

As for those from South-East and South-South, the 1967 Alliance targets their areas for harm because this ungodly Alliance has its eyes set on the oil and gas in that part of West Africa. So people from this part should also reconsider whether they ought to give their time and their money to Redeemed church.

I have great respect for such fearless and principled Niger Delta warriors as His Majesty King Ateke Tom— Amanyanabo of Okrika Kingdom of Okochiri and Chief Tompolo Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo. These are men of honor and principle whose pedigrees in militancy are not questionable. This is not the case with Mr. Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Alhaji Mujaheed Asari Dokubo, whose trajectory of militancy is guided by the political compass of his stomach.

The people of Kalabari ethnic nation know their true sons and daughters and Mr. Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k.a. Asari Dokubo is not one of them. Melford Dokubo Goodhead alias Asari Dokubo contested Local Government election to be elected Councilor and failed. He contested Local Government Chairmanship election and failed.

He again contested the House of Assembly election and fail. And when he attempted to cause problem after his serial rejection, he was reminded that as a third generation descendant of Igbo slaves he was barred by Kalabari customs and tradition from representing them politically. The big question then is if Melford Dokubo Goodhead is not among the true sons of Kalabari ethnic nation, what then is his ancestry?

Melford Dokubo Goodhead alias Asari Dokubo is a confused man because he is a man who is confused by his miserable Igbo origin. A man without a known a great-grandfather, his history as a Kalabari man only began with his grandfather, a slave from an unknown Igbo community. This is the irony of the same man speaking of selling the Igbo as slaves.

I refrained from responding to his leprous tirades against the Igbo not because reminding a mad man of his madness is not a worthy assignment but because a man whose kinsman is dancing naked in the village square has his own share of the resulting shame. Melford Dokubo Goodhead alias Asari Dokubo is only a second generation Kalabari man whose grandfather named Goodhead by his Kalabari slave master was a pure Igbo slave acquired in late 19th century by the trading family of another ex-Igbo slave Nagbogbo Harry Briggs.
Nagbogbo Harry Briggs was indeed an Obosi man captured by Abam warriors during one of their raids and consequently sold to the Aro slave traders, who thereafter resold him to King Amakiri of Kalabari. It was this family that named his grandfather “Goodhead” because of his characteristic obedience to his master.

Goodhead begot Dokubo who in turn begot Melford now Asari. That was all about his Kalabari ancestry and nothing more. Empty drums make the loudest noise they say! Melford Dokubo Goodhead alias Asari Dokubo is therefore a second-class slave, being an Igbo slave to an Igbo slave. So his attempt to link his ancestry to the noble Harry Briggs family is a fallacious attempt to elevate his confused paternal slave background.

Likewise, his mother who he claims to belong to Amakiri royal family was indeed the daughter of an Igbo slave housemaid to a member of King Amakiri family, who was later sold off in form of marriage to Harry Briggs for Goodhead his grandfather as a compensation for his good behavior. Is it not therefore an irony of history that the same man whose grandparents were sold by the Igbo as slaves to families of ex-Igbo slaves will be talking of selling the Igbo as slaves? This is the extent this man called Melford Dokubo Goodhead alias Asari Dokubo could go confused.

I have further reason to refrain myself from responding to him because the man on whose Presidential victory his present state of vile power drunkenness is predicated, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is currently wearing the garb of a clay-footed President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The question is what happens to the likes of Melford Dokubo Goodhead, if the Court nullifies Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory tomorrow? This is the one fundamental question such addle-brained political scavengers like Melford Dokubo Goodhead fail to ask themselves.

The Nigeria of today is not the Nigeria of yesterday where everything goes. The Igbo say in their words, Abuzu gba nkiti na-atu onu (the silent cricket is busy digging its hole). Nigeria is currently in a Machiavellian state of political shifting-sand with her tomorrow practically unpredictable. The time is coming when the likes of Melford Dokubo Goodhead will have no place to hide their AK-47.

The Igbo would often say, onye na-amaro ebe mmili si maba ya, a ma makwa ebe osi kwusi i maya (a person who did not know when the rain began to beat him would equally not know when it stopped beating him). This is the case with Mr. Melford Dokubo Goodhead now christened Asari Dokubo. If Melford Dokubo Goodhead alias Asari Dokubo knows his true root he would not have opened his mouth to refer to the Igbo as slaves; bearing in mind that his ancestors both through his father and mother were victims of the said Igbo slavery.

But how would he have known his accurate history? How would he have known that his father and mother were direct descendants of Igbo slaves sold to Amakiri royal family of Kalabari kingdom? How would he have known that King Amakiri the first, the founder of the present Kalabari royal family was an Igbo slave who worked his way through the thick and thorns of slavery like King Pepple of Bonny, King Jaja of Opobo and Olaudah Equiano to become king?

It is impossible for a two-time university drop-out like Melford Dokubo Goodhead to have known his ancestry to the letter. Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo dropped out from University of Calabar Faculty of Law. He came back to Port Harcourt to study political science at Rivers State University of Science and Technology and dropped out again. And since thuggery and militancy laced with oil bunkering became the quickest means economic relevance in the Niger Delta he quickly reverted to militancy through which he engaged on bunkering.

Outside his primitive accumulation of incongruous wealth through selfish-driven militancy nobody in Nigeria would have cared to listen to him, much more seeing him casting aspersions to the Igbo— the same people that sold his ancestors to Kalabari people as slaves?

I am not in any dispute with Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo over his support for Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the obvious reason that they are fellow Southern jihadists. Moreover Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo stated it in black and white as reported by Greenbarge Reporters issue f June 10, 2022 that he is supporting Bola Ahmed Tinubu for selfish reasons. Hear what he said on June 10, 2022:
“When I was in prison, Tinubu was so kind to me; he paid my children’s school fees. He gave me a house at VGC. He gave my wife a house at Ogba. When Tinubu was taken to the Code of conduct for trial, I trekked miles and when I entered the court, he came to embrace me after the court session. Dokubo said that Nigerians will miss a lot if they fail to vote Tinubu, adding that he (Tinubu) has many qualities that would lift Nigeria beyond imagination.”
Does the above statement indicate someone with principle, noble antecedents and cognitive intelligence?

A serial betrayer and Judas Iscariot par excellence and, master blackmailer; when it suits his selfish interest he lays claim to his cloudy and servile Igbo origin and, when the milk appear not to be flowing from the fountain of his Igbo origin, he relapses into his questionable and foggy Kalabari identity.

He betrayed his mentor Henry Okah who at one time sold his house in South Africa to purchase arms and ammunition for him. Henry Okah is currently serving a prison sentence in South Africa on account of the betrayal of Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo. The same Judas Iscriot Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo not satisfied with the betrayal of Henry Okah went further to betray his first son who is currently serving a prison sentence in Abuja. How can such a man be accepted as a true son of Kalabari land? Impossible!

Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo became a Biafran agitator not because of revolutionary instinct which he does not have, or patriotic Igbo spirit which he lacks as well, but because of his propensity towards insane and opprobrious pursuit of ill-gotten wealth. He was an unrepentant Biafran agitator and comrade-at –arms of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu when the money was flowing. But when the conduit pipe of Biafran sovereign agitation wealth began to dry up he immediately switched over to anti-Biafra and anti-Igbo agitator and subsequently an incorrigible enemy to Nnamdi Kanu.

He scammed Muamar Gaddafi to become a Muslim freedom fighter with the objective of declaring jihad in Niger Delta, which he failed to do and, instead became a militant addicted to kidnap of Oil workers and bunkering. This explains why the current Governor of Rivers State made it known to him that Rivers State is a Christian State.

When I visited Libya in 2009 on the invitation of the Libyan Government I was offered a mouth-watering incentive to convert to Islam and serve as an alternative to Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo who had by then been declared a persona non grata by Libyan Government for betraying their trust in him as a Mujahedeen (Holy Warrior) in Niger Delta. I was promised two hundred and fifty thousand US dollars as a primary incentive, which I cautiously rejected on the ground that coming from a strong Christian community I would no longer be trusted by my people.

That was after Nigeria’s Senate President Senator David Mark had described Col. Muammar Gaddafi as a mad man for suggesting the division of Nigeria into many countries; to which Col. Gaddafi was not happy with and personally protested to the Nigerian Delegation during our meeting with him.

It was for the reason of this betrayal of trust against the Libyan Government that the Fulani leadership in Nigeria never trusted him as a true Muslim. He made fruitless efforts to be considered as a worthy Muslim slave to the Fulani throughout the eight-year regime of Muhammadu Buhari in order to be awarded the contract for the protection of oil pipelines. The contract was later awarded to Chief Chief Tompolo Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo. The Fulani know that anybody who professes Biafra and claims to be a Muslim is an apostate.

Finding himself miserably abandoned by his so called Fulani Muslim brothers, he turned into a desperado and made a daring attack on Muhammadu Buhari’s administration. In return his so called University in Benin Republic which was considered a scam was sealed off and eventually closed. His so-called Soccer Academy in Abuja was no more and no less an abandoned graveyard. His illegal conduit for oil bunkering was further sealed off by the Military. This explains his recent accusation against the military for engaging in oil bunkering. Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo saw himself bankrupt overnight. His saving grace became the emergence of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as APC Presidential candidate and subsequently the temporary President.

Reasonable Nigerians should therefore not consider Melford Dokubo Goodhead a. k. a. Asari Dokubo as a man of reasonable sense of moral judgment, principle, and political consequence. As a man noted for his shameless state of amnesia, Nigerians should not be surprised if the same man turn against Bola Ahmed Tinubu to support Peter Obi if the former loses in court.
