Prelude:
There is something amazing about how the Creator speaks to mankind. When I was young I thought God spoke to those having a Bible, but many decades later I have come to see that He speaks to those who (with clean hands) seek Him, whether or not they have the Bible. Examples include Joseph of the Book of Genesis. During his day the Bible had not yet even been written but he would have meditated on what he had heard the elders say, and having the right heart condition, God honoured him by communicating with him. Other very notable examples are the enslaved Africans of the Americas and the Caribbean who being punished if they somehow managed to read, were only allowed the White man’s version of religion and the infamous Slave Bible. Yet, amazingly they knew God was with them and not with the White community that created and enforced the diabolical chattel slavery, jim crow, and segregation (put down for Black people, undeserved privileges for White people). There are also the indigenous peoples of North, Central and South America, as well as those of Asia, Australia and the South Pacific – among them were individuals who over the centuries had been able to communicate with God.

Today, the Black World is confronted more than ever before with two pathways: will it be the White man’s interpretation of the Bible, or will it be the Black man’s interpretation of the Bible? This question has been there since at least the 19th Century AD but was not heard as loudly as now because the global information systems were controlled by White culture. Now though, social media is allowing other ideas and other views to become known. I am not an expert on understanding the Bible through the African experience because I too had only known Eurocentric interpretations of the Bible, so seeing Scripture through the Black experience is new, and ongoing for me. Nevertheless, I have gained some basic insights, a skeleton if you like, that I hope will help the generations after mine to use and to put flesh on and deepen knowledge about who we Africans are to God and who God is to us. Although I speak to the Black World, indigenous peoples everywhere who have felt the lash of being colonised would also I think, benefit from the information here.

To start and set fundamental principles, the Reader who wants to gain from what I write here MUST accept the following basic things about the Bible:

1-The Bible is the Handbook to help mankind live well in this world, and navigate through dangers. Therefore EVERY SINGLE BIT OF INFORMATION in the Bible is IMPORTANT.

2-The real Names of God and of the Saviour are important.

3-The Identity of the Saviour is important. That is why He is described in the Bible! His identity is linked to His work on behalf of mankind.

4-There is a chosen people that God decided He would reveal Himself to (the ancient Israelites) and through them and His work in their midst, all other communities of the world have an equal access to God and to His salvation.

5-The Bible describes the founder of some Nations and gives the characteristics of some of these Nations. That means that not only can we identify these different Nations, but we MUST do so.

6-There are genealogies in the Bible eg in the Book of Numbers and elsewhere so Lineage is important to God and must also therefore be for us too. Even though we do not know our full lineage, God does.

7-The Bible makes it clear that in Heaven there will be EVERY single type of person from every single tribe and community in the world. So, no matter your ethnic identity or Nation, if you want to follow the Saviour as He is described in the Bible, and with His true Identity, then you would be accepted. Here is what the Saviour says, “All that My Father gives Me will come to Me; and the one who comes to Me I will most certainly not cast out [I will never, never reject anyone who follows Me]. (John 6:37, Amplified Bible)

Let us now get into understanding the Bible through the African experience. I will use the correct Hebrew Name of the Saviour, it is Yeshua HaMasiach (= the Messiah).

Before time began, God was in Heaven with His attendants the Angels. Then, one day sin came about in an Archangel called Lucifer: he rebelled against God’s Sovereignty and wanted to rule and be worshipped. He and about one third of the Angels who took his side were cast down to earth. Lucifer was able to deceive the first humans, Adam and Eve and became satan the devil, and sin now also entered mankind. God had a plan before He created Angels and Man, and there is no way that sin or anyone can spoil or prevent that original plan. So, God started a sort of detour pathway to clean up the sin out of the Universe, then bring His entire creation back to His original pre-sin plan. All fallen human existence is in this detour pathway, where a Saviour, the Messiah will do the work of ridding the earth and the Angel World of sin. When this cleansing work is done, then creation will be back in God’s original plan. This detour pathway was planned out by God even before the foundation of the earth, and He is in full control of it.

God has Sovereignty over all, so He CHOOSES individuals and groups for certain works. He therefore chose one man Abraham and said that from him He would choose a son who would be the father of a chosen Nation who would become the Israelites. The Israelites are the people through whom God would do extraordinary things and remove sin from His Creation. Therefore here is what would happen through the Israelites:

God’s power over man and over Creation both animate and inanimate would be seen through the Israelites.

God’s extraordinary love would be seen in His blessings for the Israelites.

God’s seriousness and complete focus on stamping out sin from the Universe would be seen in His punishing Israelites for gross disobedience against His Sovereignty. Amos 3:1,2 make this clear, and God does not joke around: Sin must be done away with.
“Hear this word that the Lord hath spoken against you O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying, you only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.” (Amos 3:1,2)
When God uses the word “know” He means more than knowledge, He means ASSOCIATE with. We know this because in Matthew 7, Master Yeshua describes how Judgment Day will be. On that Day, the sheep will be separated from the goats and in verse 23 Master Yeshua says concerning the goats,
“And then I will declare to them, ‘I never KNEW you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” Here Master Yeshua uses “knew” to say that He never associated Himself with them.

Going back to the Israelites, God makes it clear that of all the peoples on earth, it is ONLY the Israelites whom He has chosen to associate with. The question then is, since in the Book of Revelation, there will be people from EVERY Nation and tribe, how does that then happen? The answer is that the Israelites will be scattered into EVERY part of the inhabited world. There they will marry with the natives and over time look like the natives and take on their cultures. So, among the Japanese there are Israelites. Same for the Chinese, the Native Americans, Indians, Europeans, Africans etc.

Furthermore, the punishment that Israelites will undergo for disobeying God will be so awful, so cruel, so impossible to bear because by what they will suffer, God will show them and the whole Universe just how very evil and wrong and terrible sin is. In that way, no Angel in Heaven would ever again think to follow Lucifer’s example of disobedience, neither would any human who makes it to Heaven. Everyone who inherits Heaven will be so aware of the evils of sin that sin will never ever again be found. As for the Israelites who would suffer this punishment, God would be right there with them in their agonising sufferings.

WHO then are the Israelites? They are identifiable by several Scriptures but Deuteronomy 28 makes it very obvious who they are. Moses is talking to them when they came out of Egypt, a Black African country. Verses 1 -14 list the blessings but verses 15 - 68 list the awful punishment. The punishment is terrible slavery and terrible colonisation. For disobedience to God, the Israelites will be taken back to slavery (signified by Egypt where they had just escaped from) but this time in ships and be sold, their enemy would be exceedingly cruel to them, and the whole world will despise them. They will be at the bottom everywhere. They will be colonised and the enemy will control, and benefit from the rich natural resources of their ancestral lands. The Israelite would be scattered throughout the world which happened via slavery and migration. Without doubt, Deuteronomy 28 happened to we Black Africans. The ancient Israelite has been mixed in with the children of Ham and are found among Black Africans. There are numerous publications, podcasts, articles and videos on this subject, so the Reader can do the research that makes it clear that the original Israelite and African look alike and the Israelite is also an African. (With the scattering and in-mixing, Israelites are today looking like peoples of every human community.)

Our more recent history has been one of cruel exploitation of us and of our riches by Arabs and by Europeans. Arabs began slave trafficking of Africans in 652 AD. Europeans started slave trafficking of our people in 1441 AD. After chattel slavery, the enslavement of Africans in the form of colonisation began and today it remains as neocolonisation.

Thus, to conclude, understanding the Bible through the African experience is important because the covenant promises with God are still in force today. Black people suffer anti-Blackness by every community, YET we have done them NO HARM. In Deuteronomy 30, Restoration is promised, and God Himself will do it, BUT IT IS CONDITIONAL. If we Africans become serious and sincere, and seek the Black Messiah of Scripture Master Yeshua who came to set man free from sin as well as from the oppressor (enslaver and coloniser), and OBEY His voice, then He has promised to Restore us.

NOTE WELL: Dear Africans, it is about SIN and about God. If we begin to think that it is about us, then we enter the ditch prepared for us by satan! It is about ridding the Universe of SIN. So, it is working and living under the Sovereignty of God, therefore being in obedience to God, which gets His plan to manifest.

Required Action
ASKING QUESTIONS. ASKING QUESTIONS. ASKING QUESTIONS. We Africans live in a different era from our more immediate forefathers – we are now in the information age. Therefore, we must “quit ourselves like men (1 Samuel 4:9) and not be babyish or emotional, but be tough-minded and adult. Our forefathers trusted the missionaries because they did not know the evil that had happened to enslaved Africans in the Americas, the Caribbean and in Arab countries. They also did not know how missionaries had played a key part in the colonization and genocide of indigenous peoples in the Americas, Australia, and elsewhere. We today, have knowledge that must be applied. Identity matters! Our religious identity is linked to Deuteronomy 28 and indeed to all of the Bible. I, like a growing number of many others, believe that the Bible should be interpreted through the African experience.

There are various bits of information online and in books such as the 1883 letter from King Leopold 2nd of Belgium to colonial missionaries showing that the role of White churches in Africa was to deceive. There is the Doctrine of Discovery from the Church of Rome that made cruelty to Africans acceptable to Europeans. There is the deliberate changing of the identity of Messiah from Black Yeshua to a White Jesus by Pope Alexander 6th using his mistress’ son Cesare Borgia as model for this deception.

The issue here is not about Race but about TRUTH and a very ugly history happened. It is about identifying WHO are the Israelites that Moses was used by God to lead out of Egypt. The answer to that will determine how each person who claims to believe in the Bible, will interpret it.

Every single community on earth is free to say that they are the true Israelites, so, dear Africans, we should not be bothered by that and should let them all carry on. Our own task is that since history shows our people to be the Israelites of Deuteronomy 28, we should not be distracted by anybody or anything. Our focus should be on returning to God in spirit and in truth and in honouring Master Yeshua, the Black Messiah of the Bible so that the Restoration promised in Deuteronomy 30 will happen.

Nigeria is a place lacking everything needed to be productive eg electricity because the 1999 Constitution via its Preamble and its 68-item Exclusive List, LOCKS DOWN Productivity and Progress.

How THEN do many Nigerians become super rich?

1. Looting the public treasury.

2. Being a (business) front for a looter.

3. Via political contracts which often do not get actioned, or if done it is either partially, or substandard.

STRATEGY ACTION:
Looting of the treasury will carry on as long as Nigerians continue to accept the illegitimate 1999 Constitution to rule their lives.
Since the life of the 1999 Constitution is renewed by elections, this is the Strategy Action to Terminate that fraudulent document:

1- Reject the 1999 Constitution. Say: On account of the fraudulent 1999 Constitution we demand SHUTDOWN of preparations for 2027 national elections.

2- In place of elections we want Transitioning now, in 2024 for Constitutional Renegotiation.

3- Sovereignty belongs to the Indigenous Peoples. If this demand is ignored then it will lead to an end of the fake Nigeria Union.

Dear Africans,
The Bible is about us! Once we learn that the European missionaries and European churches lie to us about the Identity and Name of the Messiah – He is Black! – our eyes begin to open to what the Bible is saying, and we see more clearly that Elohim is speaking to us Africans.

Let us with a fresh mind look at Deuteronomy 4: 27 - 31. Is it not interesting that in verse 28 it says we would serve other gods of wood and stone? The White Jesus religions use a cross of WOOD (crucifix) rather than the Black Messiah of the Books of Daniel and Revelation because they look down on Blackness.
Then, for Islam our African brethren go to Mecca and hold in reverence a black STONE called the Kaaba Black Stone.

So we have been giving attention to Wood (a crucifix) and to Stone (the black stone at Mecca) just as these Scripture said. Our attention should be given to Messiah Yeshua and He is a BLACK MESSIAH!

Deuteronomy 4
27 And the LORD shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the LORD shall lead you.
28 And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.
29 But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
30 When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice;
31 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.

Like verse 27 above says, we Africans were scattered among the nations through slavery by Europeans (thought to be Edomites, the descendants of Esau) and by Arabs (Ismaelites).
Colonization and neo-colonization by Europeans has also forced us to migrate and be scattered among the nations.

But dear Africans, look how very special we are to Yahuwah because verses 29-31 promise us Restoration if we return to Yahuwah and become Obedient to His Commandments and Precepts. It means we must turn to the Black Messiah who is Yeshua, and we must repent from the fake religion of Prosperity Gospel, Word Faith, White Jesus etc, and be sincere and true.

When Africans read the hidden Bible Books we will understand why Europeans prefer to keep them hidden because in them are Scripture that condemn the Enslaver and the Colonizer, who will be terrified by the words of the Most High. Europeans call these books non-canonical and Apochrypha but the Church of Ethiopia (Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church) that has the Complete Bible of 86 Books has them in their canon.
Although the Church of Rome include the Apochrypha in their Bible, they do not read much if ever from them. No surprise since Black people make a very big population of the Church of Rome, given its history of cruelty towards Africans, would want to hide the words of Elohim from Africans just as it hides the truth that Messiah is Black.

The truth about who Africans are and the truth about the name and Identity of Messiah are coming to us now because we would have entered a new era where Elohim wants to Restore us and Liberate us from the Enslaver and Colonizer under the CONDITION that we Africans REPENT and become OBEDIENT to Yahuwah’s Commandments as well as His Precepts. We can read in Deuteronomy 28 (where there is hard punishment for disobedience) and in Deuteronomy 30 (where there is restoration for obedience). As the White Jesus lie and the wrong teachings of the White Churches become known, we Africans are learning that Messiah’s work is to set people free from the oppressor. For us Africans the oppressor (Enslaver and Colonizer) have been Whites and Arabs. Here, in the hidden book Wisdom of Solomon 5: 1-9, 13-15 we learn what Yahuwah says to the oppressor.

1 Then shall the righteous man stand in great boldness before the face of such as have afflicted him [the Enslaver & Colonizer], and made no account of his labours.

2 When they [the Enslaver & Colonizer] see it, they shall be troubled with terrible fear, and shall be amazed at the strangeness of his [the oppressed] salvation, so far beyond all that they looked for.

3 And they repenting and groaning for anguish of spirit shall say within themselves, This was he, whom we had sometimes in derision, and a proverb of reproach:

4 We fools accounted his life madness, and his end to be without honour:

5 How is he numbered among the children of God, and his lot is among the saints!

6 Therefore have we erred from the way of truth, and the light of righteousness hath not shined unto us, and the sun of righteousness rose not upon us.

7 We wearied ourselves in the way of wickedness and destruction: yea, we have gone through deserts, where there lay no way: but as for the way of the Lord, we have not known it.

8 What hath pride profited us? or what good hath riches with our vaunting brought us?

9 All those things are passed away like a shadow, and as a post that hasted by;….

13 Even so we [the Enslaver & Colonizer] in like manner, as soon as we were born, began to draw to our end, and had no sign of virtue to shew; but were consumed in our own wickedness.

14 For the hope of the ungodly is like dust that is blown away with the wind; like a thin froth that is driven away with the storm; like as the smoke which is dispersed here and there with a tempest, and passeth away as the remembrance of a guest that tarrieth but a day.

15 But the righteous live for evermore; their reward also is with the Lord, and the care of them is with the most High.

The message for Africans is that:
1) We are to Decolonize our beliefs by unlearning the lies of missionaries and White churches, then re-educate ourselves with the truth.

2) We are to turn to the Black Messiah of Scripture (Revelation 1: 13-15 and Daniel 10: 5), whose Name is Yeshua, and whose work is forgiveness of Sins as well as the Liberation of the Enslaved & Colonized from the oppressor.

3) Deuteronomy 28 and Deuteronomy 30 are key texts for Africans. If we return to Yahuwah in acceptable Obedience we shall be Restored by Him.

4) We look the most like Yeshua and contrary to what the White churches and Europeans have been saying all these centuries, we should now CONSIDER whether in truth, the Holy Bible is about us (and the other indigenous peoples of the world who have been colonized and destroyed like Natives of the USA, of Canada, of South America, of Australia etc).

The description of the Most High, God the Father in the Bible is that His Face to look upon is like "jasper and a sardine stone" which are BROWN in color. Please read Revelation 4:3

"And He that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald."


We already know that Messiah Yeshua (God the Son) looks like an African from Revelation 1: 13-15 and Daniel 10: 5,6.


So, should Africans and Black people continue to carry about a White God and a White Jesus and allow such pictures in the books we give to our children?


Should we Africans and Black people continue being DISOBEDIENT to God who had commanded us not to choose the White man's ways (and the Arab man's), for they have been our oppressor?


Proverbs 3:31
Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose NONE of his ways.

The oppressor is the colonizer and the enslaver, he is an embodiment of the devil. The devil means the deceiver. The history of Africans at the hands of the oppressor whether as colonizer or as enslaver shows him to have been not just unimaginably cruel, but he is a deceiver and a hater of what is good, and a hater of Yeshua the Messiah. These things we have written here are verifiable facts about what was done to us by Whites and by Arabs. We must remember history and use it to guide our present and our future.

Let us therefore be OBEDIENT to Yahuwah so that we can live in His Light and enjoy His Favor. We are to choose NONE of the ways of our oppressor (Whites and Arabs) but are to choose Yahuwah’s ways, truth, kindness, righteousness and godliness. That means that we shun and reject the White man’s interpretations of the Bible, and we keep away from the Arab man’s religion.

PROTESTS ARE A CONTAINMENT METHOD TO DRAG NIGERIANS TO THE NEXT NATIONAL ELECTIONS!

Nigerians go to protests that bring no change, and go to elections that bring no change. BOTH the leaders of protests whether End SARS or End bad governance are very similar to the political class in that they all push Nigerians to elections that renew the life of the 1999 Constitution! In fact, some of the leaders like Omoyele Sowore of AAC are nothing but made-in-Nigeria politicians. The others who are activists, look at them carefully, are they not using the protests for personal gains, for a future in politics? They too would one day become your Senator, Rep, Governor, Special Adviser etc.

The same protest leaders of failed End SARS and failed End bad governance protests want to CONTAIN Nigerians again to keep them busy with futility until electioneering for 2027 can begin. They are planning the “Fearless in October protests”! Watch and see them bring out a long list of complaints out of the many thousands of miseries that Nigerians suffer.

If sincere protesters truly want an end to bad governance and a new country, they need to make just ONE demand that shuts off the tap from which their complaints flow. That tap is the illegitimate 1999 Constitution FOISTED upon Nigerians. The demand should be:
*Terminate the 1999 Constitution by Transitioning now, in 2024 for Constitutional Reconstruction!*
That means SHUTDOWN of preparations for 2027 national elections so as to instead be in Transition.

Transitioning is where the different Peoples ie the Ethnic Nationalities (with their Sovereignties and lands) will MEET & DISCUSS the kind of Union they want. It is what they decide and negotiate together that will afterwards become drafted into a federating Constitution, which gets legitimized by Referendum.

So, don’t keep on allowing the CONTAINMENT method of futile protests with wrong demands to keep on messing with your minds and your lives and your future. THINK CRITICALLY! ACT RESPONSIBLY!

PROTESTERS WATCH OUT! Future protesters must check out their leaders.

Protesting is a civil right and all the bad things happening in Nigeria must be stopped. But protesters-to-be WHO exactly are your leaders?

After the failed EndSARS and also failed End Bad Governance protests should you not take a closer look at your generals? If your generals always lead you to defeat, are you wise to continue to allow them to lead you to failure?

Some leaders of EndSARS and End Bad Governance protests are:

1)Deji Adeyanju - a new lawyer
2)Omoyele Sowore - a politician

Deji Adeyanju - as a lawyer he knows that the fundamental problem is the 1999 Constitution. In fact, in a TV interview concerning the End Bad Governance protests he said so. However, being a lawyer, why didn't he make termination of the illegitimate 1999 Constitution the chief demand? Look at the pattern of his work as an activist, does it not remind you of Dino Melaye who used "activism" to jump into the political class he had been wailing about? Do your research, THINK critically about this man who you allow to guide you in protests where you may get arrested or worse. If in the next protests called the Fearless in October protests Adeyanju leads protesters to demand termination of the 1999 Constitution which will follow the South Africa pattern of no national elections until after time-bound Transitioning to rework Nigeria's constitutional basis, then we will know he is sincere and is not after promoting himself.

Omoyele Sowore - as a politician who wants to be president, he should be carefully scrutinised. He is the founder and promoter of a political party, the African Action Congress AAC. That means he is a chief subscriber of the fraudulent 1999 Constitution and an Enforcer of it. By hoping to be president he is willing to swear an Oath of Office to uphold, defend and govern by the 1999 Constitution.
During the End Bad Governance protests Sowore put in his long list "Scrap the 1999 Constitution" but he made sure it would not be the key demand. He is a POLITICIAN before anything else and he wants a crowd to follow him to 2027 elections.
Sowore had some court matters during Buhari's regime but was it play acting? You see, his wife in America never came to visit him, if he had been in real danger wouldn't she have come? Remember also, it was Lai Mohammed who graced the opening ceremony of Sahara Reporters office in Lagos. If you don't know, Sahara Reporters is the online newspaper belonging to Sowore. He used it mightily to condemn Dr Goodluck Jonathan and promote Buhari and APC, using it as a media campaign against GEJ that helped Buhari enter in 2015.
As a politician Sowore must sustain and subscribe to the 1999 Constitution and like all politicians his goal is to drag Nigerians to elections so as to renew the life of the 1999 Constitution. He did that in 2023, and is awaiting 2027.
Does Sowore have foreign backers? We don't know but we must be careful after journalist David Hundeyin recently revealed how a foreign NGO linked to the CIA wanted to recruit him (Hundeyin) for a dirty job, but he rejected them.
Sowore's wife and children are enjoying in USA, his wife did not come during his AAC presidential campaigns it was Nigerian masses doing the work by getting PVC and shouting on the streets for Sowore, but if he had won she will want to be First Lady. Monkey dey work, baboon dey chop.

This message is to tell those preparing for Fearless in October protests to shine their eyes about those who lead them, and to critically think about what demands to make if they don't want to keep on repeating the failures of EndSARS and End Bad Governance protests. Even if protesters have long lists of thousands of complaints, all of them flow from the 1999 Constitution. So a sincere person would demand that one thing that stops all the complaints, which is to End the 1999 Constitution. The demand becomes easy to say. It is: "Terminate the 1999 Constitution by TRANSITIONING now in 2024 to rework Nigeria's constitutional arrangement."

In fact, "End 1999 Constitution protests" would be a better name for the next protests.

CONSTITUTION MAKING IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM CONSTITUTION DRAFTING

Various groups have acknowledged that the 1999 Constitution is illegitimate (it's a Forgery!) so must no longer be in operation. Proposals on how to get a new Constitution fall into TWO groups: TheHONEST method or the DISHONEST method.

Here is a Summary of the HONEST method and it makes clear that Constitution-making is very different from Constitution-drafting.

Constitution-making has to be in THREE (3) Stages:

1-The "we the people" need to be identified. Who are the people who are federating? Who's lands are being aggregated into the Union since they are the ones with Sovereignty?

2-The people once identified must MEET to DISCUSS. Having Sovereignty they will determine if they want to be in Union. If yes, they will discuss and determine how that would be. What they come up with, the systems, the arrangements etc is what will be codified in the Union Agreement aka federating Constitution.

3-Now is the time for Constitution-drafting. A committee would be set up in the proper way and draft a Constitution according to what was desired from the discussion in point 2 above.

(The Draft Constitution would be legitimised by Referendum.)

In the DISHONEST method group you have:
-The National Assembly (amendment exercises and their New Constitution attempt)
-The Anyaoku-led Patriots Proposal
-Fapohunda’s Draft Bill Proposal
-Olisa Agbakoba’s Proposal
etc

These proposals are all DISHONEST because they deliberately ignore the key factor of, and inalienable right of Sovereignty. They all start with Constitution-drafting which is actually the end stage if the process is properly carried out.

DISHONEST proposals want to repeat what the criminal-minded British coloniser equally dishonestly had done in 1914 Amalgamation which is to AVOID & PREVENT the indigenous Ethnic Nations from discussing and deciding if they want to be in Union, and how.

The NINAS materials and public information sessions have opened the eyes of this Writer to the evil Instrument referred to as the 1999 Constitution and to the Treasonable acts and proposals of indigenous Politically Exposed Persons and political class... If you wear a cross on a chain around your neck, is that idol worship?

If you hang a cross or painting of a cross on the wall of your bedroom or sitting room, is that idol worship?

We would say no. We believe it is a symbol to show that you are a believer in Yeshua. Just like someone would have a flag showing he or she is a member of a certain group. (However, for some people a cross is just for fashion and has nothing to do with their religion).

Since we Africans want to Decolonize our religion, we can no longer do things because that is how those before us did things. We must now be intentional and have a reason for whatever we do in the name of religion.

The churches in Africa except for a very few like the Church of Ethiopia and the Coptic Church, have their source in the churches of Europe. The churches in Africa are generally:
- Church of Rome
- Evangelical
- Pentecostal

In all three types of church you find people with a cross or crucifix. In the type from the Church of Rome you can find a White Jesus hanging on it, but in that of other churches it is a simple cross.

Since we want to Decolonize our religion why is the symbol of being a follower of Yeshua the Messiah a cross and not Yeshua Himself since His physical appearance is known and described in the Bible? If you still do not know what Yeshua looks like please turn to Revelation 1: 13-15 and Daniel 10: 5,6. Yeshua looks like an African man, pure and simple.

The reason the cross or crucifix is used as a symbol is because the White missionaries who came to Africa, and the church since that time have been hiding the African-looking Messiah as described in the Bible from public view so that Africans would not know this truth. Despite all the centuries of keeping out this truth, now that the true Name of Messiah as “Yeshua” is gaining popularity in countries throughout the world, the church will begin to use the true Name “Yeshua” instead of the European invention “Jesus” (because if not they will lose followers which means losing money). However, can White people accept a Messiah who is Black, especially after the way they have treated Africans, and even today continue the culture of racism and White Supremacy? If Whites who claim they follow the Bible cannot deal with the true description of Yeshua which is that He looks like an African – but His eyes are red flames, that is their problem not ours.

Our own thing is that we are to Decolonize Africa’s religion by removing the lies and absorbing the truths that our eyes and spirits are coming to know.

What then should a Decolonized and truth-loving African follower of Yeshua use as a symbol that He is their LORD and Savior?

Let us use the Bible to help us. It is not only Yeshua who was killed on a cross. He had two thieves beside him on His right and left who also were on a cross. We also know that killing people on a cross was a Roman tradition so thousands of people over the centuries would have been killed on a cross. So a cross is not unique to Messiah.

Why did God put the description of Yeshua in the Bible? It is because like everything else in the Bible it is important, so He wants the world to know how Yeshua the Savior of mankind looks. The cross is not mentioned many times in the Bible but Yeshua is mentioned many times including in the prophesies of the Old Testament concerning His birth and what He would come to do for mankind.

To Decolonize our religion, we put forth to Africans and to Black people that we use Yeshua as a symbol that we belong to Him and He belongs to us. Yeshua as He is described in the Bible would replace the cross.

Not every African or Black person will accept this. That is OK since the church is made up of sheep and of goats. The goats will not accept right religion. We here at Yeshuanity (formerly Christianity) for Africans are speaking to those who want truth, and want their life and actions to be changed by truth.

(Some people may choose to have both Yeshua and the cross as their symbol. We do not encourage compromise, but such people should have a logical reason for holding on to a cross.)

Dear Africans, let us be intentional, and let us Decolonize our religion. Amen.

- He completely ignores the fact that several people and groups have acknowledged that the 1999 Constitution is illegitimate and not fit for use, so he bases everything he has said on that Rejected 1999 Constitution. That in itself insults the intelligence of those listening to him.

The purpose of this Rejoinder is to provide clarity to the public regarding the misleading postulations, prescriptions and sophistry of this Speaker who on the surface, may seem to be an advocate of an Equitable Federal Union for Nigeria.

He may be making ‘some good sense’ to those who do not understand what went with the “Federation of Nigeria” and therefore, what needs to be done, to reverse and remediate the disaster Nigeria has become.

It is now past debate that Nigeria was derailed completely from the point in 1967 when the Northern Establishment, using its Military Wing, decapitated the Federal Constitutional Structure that was negotiated and agreed as the basis of the Nigerian Union at Independence in 1960, AND imposed by a Succession of Decrees, a choking Unitary Constitutional Structure consolidated and codified as ‘1999 Constitution of Nigeria’.

But to those who understand what went wrong with Nigeria, it would be tantamount to dishonesty, (or ignorance) to suggest that Nigeria should now build up itself on the warped architecture of Six Geopolitical Zones, 36-States, 774-LGs, 68-Item Exclusive List, which all emerged by Decrees, through the 33-Year Caliphate Bloody Brigandage between 1966 to 1999, saddling us with a totally unworkable Unitary Union of 812 Governments which must be financed every month from the Treasury made up of the forcefully hijacked resources of the erstwhile Federating Regions.

Anyone hoping to retain the Nigerian Union currently erected upon the untenable foundation of the Unitary Constitution of Death that saddles us with aforementioned Monstrous Structure of 812 Governments, is simply hallucinating.

More than any other cost factor, the monumental financial burden of funding 812 Governments, along with thousands of Bureaucracies operated by those Governments (now in an anomalous three tiers by virtue of the Supreme Court Judgment on Local Governments Autonomy), is the Chief-Reason for the Humongous Cost of Governance in Nigeria, only compounded by the atrociously hefty salaries and allowances of officials.

The suggestion that Nigeria should be Restructured into a workable and equitable Federal Union must be accompanied by Proposition for a viable, Timebound mechanism for navigating Nigeria from its current Distress Situation to the Pathway of Redemption.

This is where the NINAS Union Reconfiguration Propositions come in, with Clear-Cut Transitioning Prescriptions for Union Reconstruction.

For the avoidance of doubt and confusion, regarding what exactly constitutes the Restructuring that is being mouthed all over the place in terms of WHAT needs to change and by what Process; let us examine a July 2024 Clarification by NINAS Secretariat under the title:

“THE UNITARY NIGERIA DEFINED BY THE FRAUDULENT “1999 CONSTITUTION” IS A DISPUTED PROJECT AND WILL CRASH UNCEREMONIOUSLY UNLESS WE FIND THE DISCIPLINE TO ADDRESS THE GRAVE CONSTITUTIONAL GRIEVANCES NOW DRIVING THE UNION TO ITS DEMISE”
Here is Full Text of the Clarification:

“As the Countrywide Cacophony on the “Restructuring of Nigeria” reach new decibels and as Angry Debates rend the air about the Grave Constitutional Grievances of Nigeria’s Constituent Components, it has become necessary to dissect and bring clarity to the issues driving the Debates and the Trenchant Demands for the Constitutional Reconstruction of Nigeria which has now acquired the street parlance of ”RESTRUCTURING”

Amidst the unending confusion that trails these Debates and Demands for Restructuring, the three Main Issues that seek resolution relate to

(a) the Question of UNION,

(b) the Question of the STRUCTURE of the Federation and

(c) the Question of the SYSTEM of Government.

These three relate to WHAT needs to be addressed; but there is also the Question of HOW which relates to the Sequence in which those three Main Issues can be addressed.

As to be expected on a subject as complex as the Constitutional Arrangements of a Diverse Country like Nigeria, there is substantial deficit of clarity amongst many of those leading these Union Debates and Discussions.

It is in the light of the foregoing that the following clarifications have become necessary:

In terms of sequence, let it be known that we must first deal with:

(1) the overriding Question of UNION (i.e. Have WE, the diverse ethnic constituent components of Nigeria Agreed to be One Political Union?) AND then:

(2) the Question of the STRUCTURE of the Federation (i.e. in what Formations have we AGREED to relate as one Political Union - Federal or Unitary, who are the Federating Units, how many tiers of Government and what are the Power Relations between the tiers?), before we can get to:

(3) the issue of SYSTEM of Government (i.e. whether we prefer Presidential or Parliamentary System).

Those who wish to understand the three Questions above and the sequence in which they must be addressed, will do well to examine the three egregiously False Claims in the Preamble to the 1999 Constitution which asserts:

(i) that “We the Peoples of the Federal Republic of Nigeria” (i.e. the Ethnic Constituent Components of Nigeria)

(ii) “Having Firmly and Solemnly Resolved to Live in Unity as One Indivisible and Indissoluble Sovereign Nation” (i.e. to form ourselves into One Political Union in Perpetuity), and

(iii) “Do Hereby Make, Enact and Give To Ourselves, The Following Constitution” (i.e. that we therefore codify our Union Agreement as discussed into the Document we now call “the Constitution”).

With the three issues highlighted in this note of clarifications, it is easy to understand the contention of those who insist that under the Fraud labeled “the 1999 Constitution”, We Do Not Have a Union.

It is also easy to understand the contention of those who demand the immediate Restructuring of Nigeria or the NINAS that formally declared a Union Dispute by way of the December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure.

For the same reasons, it is easy to understand the absurdity of talking about a “New Governance Model” e.g. by Akin Fapohunda (which basically translates to the tertiary Question of System of Government) without first settling the Question of Union and then after that the Question of Structure of Federation.

Unless we find the discipline to soberly dissect these issues and the honesty to engage them, the guaranteed outcome is that Unitary Nigeria will collapse unceremoniously under the weight of its own contradictions, with catastrophic consequences for the trapped victims of the Failed Lugardian Experiment of 1914.
