You may have already seen IPOB's media machinery distorting the implications of the verdict of the Kenya High Court. Briefly, that court awarded Nnamdi Kanu some compensation money and said that his being taken from Kenya was irregular. IPOB have been promoting that as a "victory" whereas it has NO BEARING on the terrorism charges that Kanu is facing and on the trial.

KENYAN COURT RULING AND AWARD OF MONETARY DAMAGES ON MODE OF APPREHENSION IS IRRELEVANT AND INCONSEQUENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDINGS IN ABUJA COURT.

As has become customary to the Internet megaphones and propaganda machinery of the the Rogue Biafra Franchise, the story of the Ruling of a Kenyan High Court regarding the mode of apprehension of Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya and the award of monetary damages by that Court has been magnified exponentially to deceive the ill-informed.

For the avoidance of doubt, the judgment from the Kenyan Court does not in any way address or affect any part of the charges against Nnamdi Kanu before the Court in Abuja and so that Judgment is tangential to, and totally inconsequential to the proceedings in Abuja.

The trademark distortion and exaggeration of the import of the Kenyan Court’s Judgment, serves only the obfuscation and deception objectives of IPOB propaganda noise on the internet and as some kind of psychological elixir to the ignorant and dishonest IPOB bandwagon, just as their bogus lies about Discharge and Acquittal by the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court did.

Even the Courts in Nigeria had described the mode of apprehension in Kenya as extraordinary renditioning outside extradition procedures, but that again is inconsequential considering the nature of the Crimes for which the accused was required to be brought before the Court in Nigeria.

This clarification became necessary as a preliminary response to enquiries from members of the public concerning the matter and also as a part of guiding the expectations of those, (especially the Igbo, home and abroad), who would otherwise have been hoodwinked by the shenanigans of IPOB Propaganda machinery.

Let it be recalled that there was a Court Judgement from an Umuahia Court awarding billions of Naira in monetary damages to the same accused person but on a subject totally unrelated to the charges against him before the Federal High Court in Abuja. That is precisely the situation with the Kenyan Court Ruling.

It may be a bit hard to read but this is a screenshot from the first video.

The work of Union Reconstruction has been lingering unresolved since Aburi Accord 1967 was unilaterally cancelled.

Q4: HOW and WHO (what class of people) will solve this problem by doing the work?
Answer: During a time-bound period of Transitioning the 3 false claims in the Preamble of the 1999 Constitution will be resolved by Negotiations and by Self-Determination Referendums. It is the Constituent Peoples of Nigeria to whom Sovereignty belongs, who will do this work, (ie the indigenous Ethnic Nations).

Q5: WHAT is the Time Frame start to finish?
Answer: It is an immediate start, so Transitioning can begin in 2025. Since most of the work has already been done over the past 25 years, it will take much less than the four years that South Africa used in Transitioning to correct their Apartheid constitutional order. (It could be done in 12 to 18 Months)

WE NEED TO GET TO GRIPS WITH THE ROLE OF THE CHURCH IN KEEPING AFRICANS NEOCOLONIZED.

One of my cousins is surrounded by FOUR pentecostal churches. When he built his house none of them were there. He is now looking for another land to build a new house but his wife just wants to jappa.

Nigerians, all these existential threats flow from the neocolonial imposed fraudulent 1999 Constitution that you Tolerate instead of Terminate! Your children at university cannot study well on an empty stomach so your daughter goes into prostitution with risks of disease and abortion, your son begins to sell drugs or do yahoo yahoo cyber crimes or goes into kidnapping, your child sees no hope for the future and commits suicide. The family you had dreamed of is destroyed.

There would be no anarchy and no power vacuum since existing governance structures would remain in place in transitional capacity. The church is exposing which side they are on.

There is a Battle Line drawn. Chukwu (God) has already given us the way to stop the Fulani Conquest Agenda and it is known by the church, and it is to Terminate that evil 1999 Constitution. And Chukwu has also already given us the non-violent ORDERLY PROCESS to get it done, that is, the NINAS Strategy.

Nothing wrong with prayer, but it is wrong to use it as a means of SOCIAL CONTROL, and the church did not instead ask for prayer for the success of the NINAS Strategy that stops the Fulani Conquest Agenda.

On social media several GenZ are denouncing the way the political class and the church leaders keep on fobbing "prayer" as a "solution" to problems. These youth know that in China, India, Europe etc it is actually by getting a diagnosis, prescription, and treatment plan - that gets problems solved. MORE HUNGER IS COMING! 1999 CONSTITUTION IS THE TOOL THAT HELPS THOSE BRINGING IT!!!!!!

Two things cause hunger in Nigeria:

1.The Fulani Conquest Agenda with its strategy of destroying farms and killing farmers so as to prevent food production and create famine. Starvation was successfully used during the Biafra Genocide but that affected just the Eastern region. Now it is all parts of Nigeria that the Fulani are conquering with starvation. 

2.When you can't afford to buy food or to buy nutricious food (for your growing children who need it to build a strong healthy body) that also equals starvation. You can try stealing but if they catch you, beat you up, pour petrol over you and hang a tyre over your neck - what next for you?
The increasing cost of food is because of food scarcity caused by the Fulani invading and deliberately destroying farms.

Don't just blame the government, blame yourself too. You have been told many times that the 1999 Constitution is a FORGERY and is the SOURCE of miseries and that it empowers the Fulani Conquest Agenda. But you just shrug it away, and even go to national elections to renew the life of that 1999 Constitution. So hunger and starvation, and the Fulani Conquest Agenda are what you choose for yourself, and your children, and your community.

The political class are not affected by either the hunger or the insecurity (the 1999 Constitution allows them and their cronies to loot in peace, plus they and their cronies have armed police to guard them), and their children are living lavishly safe abroad. 
The political class with their Helpers the pastors and priests use "prayer" as a social control tool to keep Nigerians docile and dumb while Nigerians get killed DAILY by manufactured insecurity or manufactured hunger. 

It is very sad but we can continue to wait in docility and prayer mode for more indigenous people to be horribly killed before acknowledging that Black lives matter, and therefore see the urgent need to end that 1999 Constitution. But you know, the process for terminating the 1999 Constitution can begin to happen today. The NINAS Proposition to get it done has been on the Table since December 2020 declaration of Constitutional Force Majeure.

PS - The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is a FULANI at a time when the Fulani Conquest Agenda is pushing ahead! Because youth began to complain on social media, this "let's pray" event has recently been "postponed until further notice". But the 1999 Constitution is still there and empowering Fulani to kill us. Let's stop assisting the Fulani by tolerating that fraudulent 1999 Constitution!

KANU INCITED IPOB’S SIT-AT-HOME ORDER, DSS TELLS COURT

The Department of State Services says the broadcasts made by the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, incited the sit-at-home order of IPOB in the South-East region.

According to the DSS, the broadcasts also directly contribute to economic paralysis in the region.

The DSS spoke on Friday at the ongoing trial of Kanu before Justice James Omotosho of a Federal High Court in Abuja.

A DSS operative, codenamed DDD for security reasons, testified before the court and was led in evidence by the prosecution counsel, Chief Adegboyega Awomolo, SAN.

In his testimony, the witness said Kanu’s broadcasts incited the enforcement of IPOB’s sit-at-home order through its militant wing, the Eastern Security Network.

“From my investigation, the defendant’s broadcasts directly contributed to economic paralysis in the South-East, as they fuelled the enforcement of IPOB’s sit-at-home order,” he said.

The witness also detailed how Kanu allegedly smuggled a radio transmitter into Nigeria, concealed within household items, to evade detection.

According to him, the transmitter, which was not declared to the Nigeria Customs Service, was hidden at the residence of one Benjamin Madubougu in Ihiala, Anambra State.
He told the court that Kanu used the transmitter to incite violence and spread secessionist messages.

The witness said, “The defendant used the radio to incite members of the public against the Federal Government. We obtained a search warrant, searched Benjamin’s residence, and recovered the transmitter along with other items, including firearms, cartridges, Biafran currency, and Indian hemp.”

The court admitted into evidence a Certified True Copy of the search warrant issued by the Ihiala Chief Magistrate Court on October 28, 2015.


A video recording showing Kanu inspecting the smuggled transmitter was also tendered and admitted despite initial objections by the defence team led by Dr Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN.

In the video played in the open court, Kanu was seen praising the transmitter as a “game changer” and referring to it as a “nuclear weapon” for Biafra.

Kanu further warned residents of the South-East not to defy IPOB’s sit-at-home order scheduled for May 31, 2021, threatening violence against violators.


The prosecution tendered a flash drive containing 18 video clips and 16 radio broadcasts attributed to Kanu, which the court admitted into evidence.

“I always remember the civil war,” said General Yakubu Gowon recently, with the air of a man remembering a stormy afternoon long ago. “It was the most difficult period of my life,” he added, evoking the image of a tormented philosopher reluctantly caught in history’s cruel tide.

He is a noble sufferer, indeed.
Gowon, Nigeria’s Head of State during the 1967–1970 Civil War, would like us to know that the war wasn’t really his idea. “It was not my choice,” he assures. He didn’t pick up the phone and call for Biafra to be starved into submission. The war, apparently, just happened, like rain or the common cold, and he, poor fellow, had no umbrella.
And what was this heroic general to do when his country began to split apart? “I had to be there and do what I did in order to keep this country together,” he said, invoking the sacred mantra of Nigerian nationalism: To keep Nigeria one is a task that must be done—even if that task required the systematic starvation of over two million people, mostly children. Even if it meant rejecting peace accords, shelling civilian targets, and blockading food and medicine. A small price to pay for the great and holy cause of unity.

And yet, he insists, without flinching: “It was never hatred against any people, I can assure you.” Never mind that the war strategy involved cutting off humanitarian aid. Never mind the unforgettable images of malnourished Biafran children with sunken eyes and bloated stomachs that haunted global conscience. Never mind the Red Cross being obstructed and missionaries pleading in vain. It wasn’t hatred. It was, one assumes, a paternal correction of misguided children. The bombs? A tough-love lullaby. The blockade? A stern moral lesson.

Let’s be fair. Gowon did not invent the hallowed national hypocrisy; he merely perfected its art. After all, this is a country where “No Victor, No Vanquished” was declared in one breath, while the vanquished were left to rebuild their scorched homes with silence, shame, and second-class status. A country where history is scrubbed clean by the victors, and war crimes are rebranded as patriotic service.
Still, Gowon’s image today is that of a gentle, grey-haired elder statesman. He prays. He fasts. He gives speeches. He attends church conferences and interdenominational love feasts. In a land where warlords become worship leaders, and repentance is optional so long as you’re polite about the past, he fits the part perfectly.

But let us not forget: history does not heal just because it is ignored. The wounds of Biafra still fester, disguised as “national issues”, ethnic mistrust, political exclusion, deliberate underdevelopment, and unhealed trauma. These things do not go away because a general remembers the war as “difficult.”

The real tragedy isn’t just the war itself; it’s the moral vacuum that followed. There were no truth commissions. No apologies. No restitution. No collective soul-searching. Only the silence of the grave and the denial of the pulpit. Nigeria, always eager to forgive without confession, simply moved on, dragging its buried history like a rattling chain.

Gowon wants us to remember the war, but only in the way he remembers it – as a noble burden, a sacred duty, a sorrowful necessity. But Nigerians, especially those whose families were decimated, displaced, or permanently altered, remember differently. They remember the screams, the hunger, the kwashiorkor, the ashes and debris of desolation, of deaths. They remember the hope that peace would come, only to be crushed by the steel boot of a government more interested in “keeping Nigeria one” than keeping Nigerians alive.

If there is a lesson to learn from Gowon’s remarks, it is this: memory without accountability is propaganda. Remembrance without remorse is revisionism. And unity without justice is not nationhood; it is occupation.

History has a long shadow, and it darkens the ground wherever denial walks. We owe it to the dead, not just to remember, but to remember truthfully.

So yes, General Gowon remembers. The question is: will Nigeria ever dare to remember fully?

How should we the Bible Believers approach this, and the other anti-Africa polities and organizations set up by the West like the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), NATO, CIA etc?


What is certain is that the White Jesus churches of Europe, America, Canada, and the entire West will pretend that they do not know what is happening and what is planned against us, even if their churches have Black congregants (because Black people are the chief global funders of all church denominations that came out of White culture). What we are facing has a spiritual component to it, and just as in the past the spirit of White Jesus was the one that empowered Europeans to enslave Black people, so that same White Jesus spirit will remain on the side of White Supremacy. The White Jesus churches of America encouraged and assisted at the lynchings of Black Americans, and continue to uphold White Supremacy by for example, not teaching that the biblical Savior is a Black Messiah. Any doubters should use Google to learn what Whites did to Black and Native peoples of America, Canada, South America and Australia in the name of their unbiblical White Jesus. We need to be very clear that the White Jesus churches will not help in the liberation of Africa from Neocolonialism. We will not hear the Pope of the Church of Rome telling France and America to stop trying to harm Captain Ibrahim Traoré. We will not hear the Archbishop of Canterbury of the Church of England telling the IMF to stop charging African countries higher interest rates than they charge the rest of the world.


Our approach therefore to prevent the West from destroying us and our Africa as General François Lecointre has urged them to do is in 3 parts:

1)- We Africans must increase our mental capacity. That means we cannot hide under being “ignorant”. We must make ourselves informed about what is happening, and the reasons things happen to us. We cannot remain ignorant yet continue to bring forth children into the world if we do not know that world. In order to have well brought up children, we need to educate them about Neocolonialism and Anti-Blackness (Google these words), so that they will have the mental and strategic strength to push against the enemies of Africa. People perish for lack of knowledge is what Yahuwah says.

2)- If we are among the Elect or wish to be, we must obey our Messiah. In Luke 4:18 Yeshua said that He is here “TO SET AT LIBERTY THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED”. That means that we MUST be involved throughout our lives in work that sets oppressed Africans free. We must fund that work, as well as work that work. We cannot be ignorant. Online decolonizing or Pan-African information tell us that asserting Sovereignty and removing things that undermine our Sovereignty are how to set at liberty those who are oppressed. So we must work for Sovereignty in Africa.


3)- We keep our eyes on our Savior, the Black Messiah. We obey the Ten Commandments and the other Laws of Yahuwah that He gave us through Moses. We make the Restoration promised us for obedience to Yahuwah in Deuteronomy 30, our daily food. We pray out Yahuwah’s will which is the destruction of the oppressor. In order to save His people, Yahuwah often brings the destruction of the enemy of His people. Like He did Pharaoh and his army in order to set free the Israelites from the Egyptian oppressor. Here is our Scripture text to pray by:

“So of Thy people was accepted both the salvation of the righteous, and destruction of the enemies.” (Wisdom of Solomon 18:7).

AFRICA: RELIGIOUS PSYCHOSIS AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN I THINK AND I BELIEVE.

Religion directs many Africans. The whole world sees that – so we cannot leave religion alone when we talk about what needs to be done to get Africa to rise. We cannot have missed the many bits of information out there telling us that the type of religion practised in Africa, the manner in which religion is applied, is the Achilles heel, and a great weakness in African societies. You must have heard it said that religion has rendered Africans docile and dumb (unreasoning), and thus easy to exploit and colonise. Educated Africans have known that the coloniser used the twin weapons of Military Force and Missionary Force against Africans, yet are ignoring that information, and not applying it to counter what is happening in the name of religion, in those religions that the coloniser left behind, ie in the coloniser’s INTERPRETATIONS of the Bible that give us the different church denominations found everywhere in Africa. Yet also, today’s preachers although African, do still look to the West for what to preach and teach their people. For example the “Word Faith” and “Prosperity Gospel” all started in the West then were brought to Africans by preachers of the coloniser’s denomination of Pentecostalism. This is just one example but we can find examples in every church denomination in Africa, that just apes whatever is going on in churches in the West, and in Theological Colleges in the West.

When we are aware that something can go wrong, we are in a good position to either prevent it, or to eradicate it if it shows its head. That is the purpose of this discussion. Often, we use the words “I believe” and “I think” interchangeably. However here we need to be precise. Taking definitions from AI Overview we have:

“Thinking” involves considering ideas, and is a more active process of exploring and evaluating ideas. Thinking engages the brain and can involve doing reading and research to add to the information already known. Whereas “believing” entails holding something as true, even without full or any evidence. Believing often involves a sense of rigid certainty or acceptance of a proposition.

Examples:
I think that given the circumstances and your experience, you should accept that job offer.”
I believe in my pastor’s vision that I will be blessed with riches after giving tithes.

I am not an expert in Psychology or Psychiatry, so this discussion is at the level of lay people to make Africans conscious that there is a REAL DANGER within our belief systems, and that believing in anyone or anything willy-nilly brings confusion and vulnerability not only to the individual, but also to the community.

We can read about Religious Delusions and Religious Psychosis. Religious Psychosis is the worse condition of the two, but they are related. Let me start with Religious Psychosis. Psychosis defined by the American NIMH is “a collection of symptoms that affect the mind, where there has been some loss of contact with reality. During an episode of psychosis, a person's thoughts and perceptions are disrupted and they may have difficulty recognizing what is real and what is not.”

Let us look at a couple of examples in the public domain of what has been said by Christian religious leaders and teachers, who have been trained by the coloniser’s religious systems, then teach us.

Rev Enoch Adeboye, a Pentecostalist who is the general overseer of a church that he founded likes to tell his congregation stories about his high level of spirituality and powers. While commemorating one of his birthdays, he said that some years previously he had been drinking tea with his wife when God joined them and drank a cup of their tea.
Was this real? Or was it an episode of psychosis? Or just a plain lie?
This is where we apply either “I think” or “I believe” and follow our conclusions concerning this man and his teachings.

The student then learning from his teacher, becomes like his teacher. Africa has church-loads of people who can be said to live by Religious Delusions. There was a recent trending video clip on TikTok (@pastoronyedika) where a very large crowd of young people was being addressed by a preacher who told them, “I command money to enter your account. I speak to Zenith Bank account. Receive miracle money!” The crowd responded with ecstatic shouts of “Amen!”, and did so several times as the preacher repeated these words but naming different banks. It is normal for bank accounts to be credited and debited with money. What though is “miracle money” that the preacher talked about? Does he also believe in miracle food, miracle clothes, miracle houses, miracle schools, miracle hospitals etc – since he believes in miracle money? In other parts of the world do people get their money via “miracle money” or by creating a service or a product that people want, then buy? You can bet that this preacher demands hard cash and real money as “tithe and offering” to fund his lifestyle – not any “miracle money”! Do you want to believe in this preacher and his teaching, or, do you want to think it through?

There are many cases of preachers who teach their followers about how anointed and impressive they are so they are able to command the devil, they have seen God, seen Angels, and even visited Heaven. Some delusions and hallucinations can seem very real to the person (patient), and African society has not dealt with Religious Delusions in those speaking or teaching from the pulpit. We get horror reports of people tortured and lynched because a preacher accused the victim of sorcery and of being a witch when in all likelihood the preacher was speaking from psychosis or hallucinating, or plain lying.

What has however been achieved is mass religious CONFUSION – therefore spiritual debilitation, and no profit (except for preachers and their family who make money out of church business). It creates a religion that is mostly SUPERSTITION and renders those who believe in such, feeble-minded (doltish) and unenlightened even if educated, and educated to the highest degrees. People become convinced that personal and societal problems are solved by seeing visions, by miracles, and by much “fasting and prayer”. For everything the response is: Pray! Therefore, we have Africans who can be engineers, doctors, professors and such like, but who cannot think through and act to liberate their people from the entrapment of neocolonialism that engulfs Africa.

We are warned to “Test the spirits whether they are of God” (1 John 4:1) and that God gives us a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Therefore, when it comes to religion the response of people who have chosen to think, should be to FLEE FROM such preachers who show signs of psychosis or delusions. For, giving them your attention and your money just encourages them in their hallucinations, plus their bad influence would spread to their listeners, and you yourself could catch that craziness from them.

I have now met the objective of this discussion which is to get us to THINK a lot more especially as religion gets used to entrap and control African people quite a lot. Biblical faith is not folly, and God, has described those He will accept to Himself saying, “Come let us REASON together” (Isaiah 1:18) – so His children are reason-able individuals not fanatics who just believe whatever they hear. We therefore need to be careful not to believe every pastor and priest out there, but to engage our brains to keep ourselves and our community safe from mad or bad men.

Saving their lives and their ancestral lands depends on it, so Nigerians need to be alerted to some misleading information put out by the Christian Social Movement of Nigeria (CSMN) and National Christian Elders Forum (NCEF). The two points where there are factual errors are quoted below:

“1) The indigenous ethnic nationalities could write a new constitution, but that could take forever, as it is sure to be sabotaged.

2) Revert to an existing constitution originally negotiated when Nigeria became a country. The 1963 Republican Constitution was negotiated by the founding fathers of Nigeria. That constitution was unilaterally suspended by the military who later gave the country the fraudulent 1999 Constitution (as amended). The 1963 Republican Constitution was not abrogated, it was “suspended” by the military. The suspension should be lifted, the number of regions increased, and other amendments progressively done to reflect current realities.”


Tackling their Point #1:

It is incorrect and untrue. Firstly, Nigeria’s problem is honestly and rationally assessed as STRUCTURAL and is because the imposed 1999 Constitution, a known Forgery (!!!) codifies for a dysfunctional Constitutional Arrangement. It is therefore misleading for those who know the truth to keep on telling Nigerians that a new Constitution is needed when what is needed is to renegotiate a new Constitutional Arrangement (and after that is properly discussed and documented, then a constituent assembly will codify it all into a new Constitution). The CSMN and NCEF are without excuse because they have had meetings with the NINAS Leadership and the globally accepted process has been explained to them. They are misleading the public by making it look as if the problem is just a Booklet, so a new Booklet is needed – whereas it is the entire Constitutional Arrangement that is faulty. Moreover, the CSMN and NCEF continue to ignore the Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) declared on 16 December 2020 making Nigeria a DISPUTED PROJECT, and the CFM Notice had explained the rationale and way forward to correct Nigeria’s faulty Constitutional Arrangement. We are not small children. There is a world of difference between telling people that we need a “new Constitution” when what is needed is to “Renegotiate a new Constitutional Arrangement”.

Furthermore, the CSMN and NCEF made out that it would take oh so very, very long for the indigenous Ethnic Nationalities to get involved, and that anything they do would be sabotaged. That is also not the case. The CSMN and NCEF are quite aware that most of the work to correct the Nigeria Union has already been done and is at the final stages, now requiring Nigerians to say aloud and to the hearing of the world that they Reject the 1999 Constitution, a Forgery imposed upon them and as a mark of that Rejection, insist that 2027 National Elections that will renew the life of that 1999 Constitution be suspended, so all political parties Close Shop, and Nigerians demand that instead the country goes to immediate Transitioning now, in 2025 for Constitutional Reconstruction – the NINAS Transitioning Template is “plug and play” ready, and has been on the Table since December 2020. In short, NINAS has a Process and a Timeframe to get Nigeria’s dysfunctional Constitutional Arrangement corrected. The NINAS Spokesman has in several interviews, public meetings and townhalls stated that from start of Transitioning to finish it can take as little as just several months, and up to 18-24 months depending on how negotiations go, but much less than the four years that South Africa took to Decommission their Apartheid Constitution, since for Nigeria much of the work has already been done. Tackling their Point #2, “they” (in bold letters) here below being the CSMN and NCEF:

They say that the 1963 Constitution “was negotiated by the founding fathers of Nigeria” but craftily do not name who these founding fathers were. Was Jukun there? Was Ogoni there? Was Ijaw there? Was Idoma there?

The truth is that the 1963 Constitution was obtained through a Parliamentary Process dictated by the British-imposed non-indigenous 1960 Constitution (Independence Constitution) and therefore does NOT pass the Test of Autochthony! In effect what is known as the 1963 Constitution is just that 1960 Constitution amended to show that there was now Four Regions instead of Three. This is a historical fact. Very briefly, the 1960 Constitution which is the basis of the 1963 Constitution was not drafted by Nigerians themselves but came about by British Orders-in-Council and British legislation, then imposed upon Nigerians by the British government.

Was the 1963 Constitution given out to Referendum to legitimise it like a true Constitution ought to have been? No! It was not. They craftily hide this key aspect that makes any Constitution legitimate. Quoting from online sources: “Essentially, the 1963 Constitution was not a product of direct democratic participation or a vote by the citizenry to legitimize it.”

We should stop right there since the 1963 Constitution was not a proper Constitution and not bother with it any more in any way since it does not make sense to pretend it is autochthonous.



The questions that honest Nigerians ought to ask the CSMN and NCEF are these:

**-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, so on WHAT document is the Nigeria Union you have assumed somehow exists, based on?

**-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, so on WHAT document does government get its authority from?

**-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, so WHAT procedure have you got to remove the 1999 Constitution that is there now, and that stands in the way?

**-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, WHAT time frame have you got to START the corrective work and to FINISH it?

(Given that the 1963 Constitution is not autochthonous it makes no sense to ask questions relating to its suspension and suspension lifting as the CSMN and NCEF propose.)


Conclusion of the matter

The Nigeria Union question has been unresolved since the Aburi Accord in 1967 got unilaterally and unethically terminated. So, for over 58 years the question of WHEN will Nigeria be fixed to benefit its peoples, WHAT is the time frame to get it done – have been deliberately avoided and blocked.

The CSMN and NCEF now are joined in stalling the work of resolving the Nigeria question. We are not children so should not act like such, adult Proposals for fixing the Nigeria Union should therefore explain:
1. HOW (what procedure) will the obstructing fraudulent 1999 Constitution be removed?
2. WHAT is the time frame from start to finish to get the work done?
3. WHO (what class of people) will get the work done?


Scrutinising what CSMN and NCEF have put out reveals it to be ill-thought out and not based on facts. Is this just their ploy to distract attention from the potent NINAS Proposition so that Nigerians get dragged to 2027 National Elections to renew the life of the fraudulent neocolonial 1999 Constitution, source of miseries and existential threats!? Given the relentless slaughter of indigenous people as the Fulani Conquest Agenda that is empowered by the 1999 Constitution proceeds, the need to Terminate the 1999 Constitution has become extremely urgent.


The NINAS Proposition answers all three questions, making it plain that the 1999 Constitution gets TAKEN DOWN by shutting down preparations for 2027 National Elections and instead going to Transitioning. Plus, the NINAS Proposition has identified that it is the owners of Sovereignty thus the indigenous Ethnic Nations who will MEET and DISCUSS to negotiate the kind of Union they want to be in during a time-bound period of TRANSITIONING where there will be no power vacuum since existing governance structures would remain in place in transitional capacity.

It has NEVER happened before at any time that indigenous Ethnic Nations have negotiated a Union for themselves – everything has always been imposed on them. The NINAS Transitioning Template brings about Complete Decolonisation and the kind of country indigenous Ethnic Nations want to be in, as either a Federation, Confederation or independent Successor Countries. Whatever it will be, we do not know. But, we know that it will not be an imposition and will be truly what “We the peoples” desire.
