Unbelievable and Frightening as this narration in the video clip above may sound, anyone with any form of discerning spirit will see that this story is not made up. The prescription of finding a solution to the Biafra Question is also germane. 

The tragedy is for any Igbo man or woman to set up a scam to dupe the deeply injured Igbo with the fake promise of Restoring Biafra. This is precisely what Ralph Uwazuruike, Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa, Chinasa Nworu, Chika Edoziem, Ngozi Orabueze and the rest of the Merchants of the current Biafra Restoration Enterprise and the bandwagon of the MASSOB/IPOB/ESN/UGM Terror Conglomerate have done and are still doing. It is therefore sacrilegious to lump the scam of these Biafra Restoration Franchise Merchants with the Sacred Biafra of 1967 or with the Ojukwu that led that effort.

On the other hand, the line of bogus appeasement by way of Political appointments, Contracts and other palliatives being pursued by Nigeria and Renegade Political Merchants from Igboland has only compounded the Igbo Question and Biafra Question in Nigeria. Neither will the desperate push by Nigeria to bury the Biafra Question or to Subjugate, Exclude and Crush the Igbo as the Solution to the Igbo Question in Nigeria resolve that Question. 

The rational thing to do is to look back with honesty at what truly happened since January 15, 1966 and sequence of events from July 29, 1966, January 3-5, 1967, May 27 1967, May 30, 1967, the July 1967 commencement of the War, the things that happened in that War up till its end in January 1970. 

The Promises of Reconstruction, Reconciliation and Reintegration; Post-War Policy Actions of Nigeria on the Igbo-East including the Biafra Currency Confiscation, Abandoned Property, Indigenization Decrees, all the way to the imposition of the Unitary Constitution in 1979 from the Draft Commissioned in 1975 by Murtala Mohammed who was at the center of the Igbo Genocide that began in July 1966. 

The reinstatement of the (as updated) 1979 Constitution in 1999 and the refusal of Nigeria to have an honest conversation about these events, Policy Actions and Current Realities particularly the prevailing Unitary Constitution of Nigeria. 

An Honest Conversation should also happen internally in the Igbo space to establish what has happened to the Igbo and Igboland with a view to distilling Remediation Options for what is clearly a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder which has in many ways become chronic, cutting across generations of the Igbo who saw the Genocidal War; who as children lived through the Starvation that killed over two million Biafra Children; those who grew up in the midst of the immediate post-war period, and those who were born much later but who found themselves living in the devastation of the War-Ravaged East and completely excluded from opportunities in Nigeria by such Structured Policy Actions of Nigeria as Quota System. 

These two conversations about the Biafra Question and the Igbo Question, together hold the key to resolving what has over the years become the Nigeria Question. 

The NINAS Union Reconstruction Proposition offers a Comprehensive Framework and Process for addressing the Biafra Question, the Igbo Question and the Nigeria Question. 

The Fate of Africa and Africans is tied inseparably with how these issues are resolved. 

The author of this piece you are reading was born in October 1966, right in the middle of the Igbo Pogroms that led to the 1967-1970 War and connects very deeply with this seemingly mysterious story of Enewargbemi as narrated in the video clip.

Several years ago, there was a Three-Day Emergency Conclave of the Leaderships of Major Igbo Organizations, held August 10-12, 2018 in Enugu under the auspices of Ndigbo Consultative Assembly (NCA), which was chaired by Dr Arthur Nwankwo and which had in attendance the Leaderships of major Igbo Organizations, home and abroad.

The consensus was clear and it was resolved that Igbo Nation must remove the OBSTRUCTION in its pathway, which is the Unitary Nigeria Constitutional Order codified by the imposed, fraudulent 1999 Constitution which was never the Project of Igbo Nation (nor of the other indigenous Ethnic Nations).

The strategy to do it was also clear: by suspending any upcoming National Elections under the evil 1999 Constitution to have a time-bound Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction. The outcome to be decided by “we the peoples” using Self-Determination Referendums would be a fresh Union as a proper Federation, or Confederation, or independent Successor Countries ie indigenous Ethnic Nations coming together in Blocs of their choosing to form countries. TITHE IS A SCAM. REASONS WHY SOME STILL GIVE IT.

On our Facebook Page we had already explained what biblical Tithe is and from that message it would be clear to Africans that Black pastors and priests are scamming Africans in order to have money for a comfortable life, or to become extremely rich and show off their luxury living, and if they can, mix with the many corrupt looter African politicians. These money-loving pastors and priests should not surprise those Africans who know Yahuwah God. Such happened in ancient times and we are warned it would continue until Messiah Yeshua returns.

Some people know that Tithe is a Scam yet continue to give it to their pastor or priest. Here are some reasons why:

1.Their tithe is HUSH MONEY. It is money so that the pastor/priest will not reveal a terrible secret or a criminal activity that the church member did or still does.
(a)This could be looting by a politician or civil servant.
(b)It could be ill-gotten gains by a contractor.
(c)It could be from a ritualist. The pastor/priest could also be a member of that ritualist group. Recall we did a message on Makhado Ramabulana a South African preacher who after he had repented, revealed the diabolic and occultic source of powers of Africa’s many pastors. You can Google it or go to our Facebook Page and search it.
(d)It could be from a kidnapper, and the pastor/priest is aware of this.
(e)It could be from a child rapist and pedophile, and the pastor/priest is aware of this.

2.It could be to manipulate or intimidate members to continue to give Tithe. You know how it is: when others near you give Tithe, even if you did not want to join, you become embarrassed, and give. This is a “fear of man” reaction.

3. People who go to church for entertainment and not because they are interested in whatever the Bible may say. They like the loud music and they find the pastor/priest telling stories funny. Plus, they get to wear their nice clothes and shoes, and other members can see their nice cars. So the Tithe is just like the entrance fee for a night club.

Tithe Scam Information.

Tithe is never about money and it concerned ONLY farmers. The information is in Deuteronomy 14:22-29.

Deuteronomy 14: 22,23
22 Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the FIELD bringeth forth year by year.
23 And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God, in the place which He shall choose to place His name there, the TITHE of thy CORN, of thy WINE, and of thine OIL, and the FIRSTLINGS OF THY HERDS and of THY FLOCKS; that thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God always.

The Israelites had to Tithe in Jerusalem which is the place God chose. But if they lived too far away, this is what they were to do:

Deuteronomy 14:24-26
24 And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the Lord thy God shall choose to set His name there, when the Lord thy God hath blessed thee:
25 Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord thy God shall choose:
26 And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, FOR OXEN, OR FOR SHEEP, OR FOR WINE, or for STRONG DRINK, or for WHATSOEVER thy soul desireth: and thou shalt EAT there before the Lord thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,

Was Tithe given every week? No, it was given once every 3 years.

In Malachi 3:10 which pastors use to manipulate Africans to get our money, it was the priests and farmers that God was accusing of stealing because they were not putting all the Tithe into the storehouse. Some priests were keeping the Tithe (farm produce) either for themselves or to sell, and some farmers were withholding their produce and not giving as Tithe.


Africans, Let us be properly guided. Moreover, Tithe was abolished when the Levi Priest System was abolished which happened when Messiah Yeshua was crucified on the cross.

To those who want to continue giving Tithe money: That is your choice. When you suffer lack or even poverty because you have given your money to enrich the pastor or priest, that would be the trouble you brought upon yourself and your children. Rather than beg money or food from your neighbors and friends, it may be more fitting to obtain your Tithe Refund from your pastor or priest. We see such being discussed or advised on social media.

When every region in Nigeria was busy building a new nation, the East was battling an existential crisis. 

From 1967 to 1970, no other region felt the full weight of the war. 

Only Igbo people. Only our homeland witnessed starvation used deliberately as a weap0n. 

And when the war ended, even Ojukwu expressed regret and urged Ndi Igbo to begin the long road of reintegration, political participation, and rebuilding. Yet many clung tightly to the victimhood and unresolved pain of that era. That is where the trau*ma bond began.

Most families did not tell their children the truth about the w ar. Survivors were too busy rebuilding. There was no time for communal healing or emotional processing. 

In just three years, Ndi Igbo lost generational wealth, land, institutions, businesses, careers, and stability. They had to rebuild from nothing. And because the pain was never acknowledged, the wound remained open and waiting to be exploited.

Decade after decade, whenever it was finally time for Ndi Igbo to consolidate political power and strengthen regional institutions, a new charlatan without aka oru , with no legacy, no governance experience, nothing to show for themselves , would rise and weap0nize Biafra for personal gain.

They knew one thing: invoke “marginalization,” trig*ger the old scar, resurrect the w ar trau ma, and drag Ndi Igbo back into 1967 psychologically.

Then came Kanu, the most charismatic and explosive of the agitators before Ekpa.

KANU: THE ACCIDENTAL NATIONAL STAR

Kanu had been making noise on Radio Biafra for years, but it was his first arrest in 2015 that thrust him into national and international fame. Suddenly, a man who had been fringe became the face of Igbo agitati0n. Protests erupted. Diaspora groups mobilized. And, for the first time in decades, Igbo leaders , governors, senators, traditional rulers , publicly advocated for an agitator’s bail. They thought they could use that to score political points at home and political negotiation points at the center. 

That singular moment inflated his ego and convinced him that he had divine authority. 

After his release on bail, Kanu began craving that attention and national fame. He realized how easily he could command crowds and undermine established leadership. 

When the courts tightened his bail restrictions, Kanu chose not to comply. Instead he instigated a scuffle, and he escaped, resurfacing abroad as a fugitive , and used his fugitive status to intensify his rhetoric.

Rather than tempering his actions while on the run, Kanu escalated dramatically. His mission was no longer self-determination through political means, dialogue, or referendum. It wasn’t even secessi0n in the practical sense; he realized early on that secessi0n was impossible.

His new mandate was darker:
Balkanize the region. Make it ungovernable. Create enough chaos that politicians would have to negotiate with him , even to hold elections.

He understood that Nigeria was fighting Boko Haram and bandits on multiple fronts. He believed Nigeria could not survive another conflict. So he shifted from activism to armed struggle. 

FORMING ESN: WEAP0NS OF OUR MA SS DESTRUCTI0N

While on the run, Kanu formed the Eastern Security Network (ESN). 

On paper, it was “self-defense.” In reality, it became the weapon of mass destruction that terr0rized Ala Igbo. He equipped them, radicalized them, and gave them ideol0gical permission to k*ill, anyone. He convinced them that the enemy was everywhere and he controlled them through terr0r, charisma, and abs0lutism. He called it command and control( auto pilot).  

SIT-AT-HOME AND THE CvLT OF FEAR

Then he issued the first sit-at-home, backed by threats that anyone who dis0beyed would be ki*lled. His followers acted on that thre*at without hesitation. People were murdered on their way to work. Cars were burned. Markets were emptied. The East was held hostage — not by Nigeria, but by an Igbo man in exile. The sit-at-home started under the guise of boycotting elections first, then to Biafra Rememberance day and this set the tone and blueprint for subsequent sit-at-homes ordered by IPOB. 

When Kanu said, “If I give an order in the South East, who is that person that will dare disobey?”
He meant everyone:
— his followers,
— the ordinary masses,
— business owners,
— elders,
— traditional rulers,
— even the politicians.

And he wasn’t wrong.
Theory had become reality.
Fear had become law.

A REGION WITHOUT LEADERSHIP

Just so we are clear, Igbo leaders lost their mantle long before Kanu arrived. For decades, the political class eroded trust with c0rruption, selfishness, weak advocacy, and zero vision. Nature abh0rs a vacuum. Kanu saw that distrust and weap0nized it. That is why even politicians and public figures who now defend him could not speak up when it mattered.

Their own communities didn’t respect them anymore.

Kanu shattered what little political order remained, polarized families, and positioned himself as the only true “voice of the Igbo.” 

By the time he was re-arrested and brought back to Nigeria, his movement had already fractured. Into many offshoot, factions, departments. They operated on the mandate of his auto-pilot : obey the last command.

  His own miscalculations and internal conflicts within IPOB weakened him. The once untouchable figure soon became a prisoner , literally and symbolically.

His trial, the charges, the judgment , all of it slowed the machinery of IPOB, but it didn’t kill the ideology. A new vacuum emerged, even more dangerous than before.

AND INTO THAT VACUUM OF ABSENCE WALKED SIMON EKPA.

Ekpa studied the playbook, the psychology, the fundraising, the trauma, the fear , and took everything Kanu did to a darker level. Kanu himself publicly approved him and urged his followers to follow him. Kanu terr0rized the East with his public orders for his boys to invade prisons, k*ill military and police , and innocent Igbo people , Ekpa added his own flair and industrialized the terr0r. Kanu operated from the same place of delusion mixed with charisma.

 They both operated from cold calculation and profit.

Ekpa like Kanu realized one thing, 
Poor people at home cannot finance a revolution, a revolution in their pockets that is...
But a frigh*tened diaspora Igbo can.

All Ekpa had to do was keep the blueprint set by Kanu:
— weap0nize trau*ma,
— weap0nize marginalization,
— weap0nize fear,
— weap0nize nostalgia,
— weap0nize vi0lence,
and present himself as the “true successor” of Kanu’s struggle.

IPOB unleashed the deadliest version of their sit-at-home , the one was every Monday, the one that destr0yed businesses, education, transportation, and economic life in Ala Igbo. They sent orders from the radio broadcasts and social media and the East bled.

Not even Bok0 Haram had ever shut down the entire North. Bandits could never shut down the entire Northwest. But men living comfortably outside of Nigeria shut down the entire Southeast every Monday for years.

This is the evolution of our exploitation , from Uwazurike 's MASSOB, to Kanu 's IPOB/ESN, and finally to Ekpa’s own terr0r franchise.
The same trau*ma.
The same manipulati0n.
The same cycle.
But each generation worse than the last.

And at the root of it all is the wound we never addressed , the wound from 1967 that our forebearers never healed, the wound that keeps being reopened by opportunists.

“BIAFRA” MUST DIE SO THAT IGBO SELF-DETERMINATION CAN LIVE-PART 2

Historians may well record that the use of the word “Biafra” to get self-determination has been the biggest scam of the 21st Century. Those pulling it off are banking on several things: a population that does not like to read, emotionalism, and corruption.

By reading, one would have learned that the word “Biafra” does not meet the required criteria when it comes to obtaining self-determination, and thus escape being swindled. The “Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States” lists the four criteria for self-determination, as: (1) A permanent population; (2) A defined territory; (3) Government; (4) The capacity to enter into relations with other states. Since there is NO DEFINED TERRITORY for “Biafra”, it fails all the other three criteria too.

The most vocal of the groups falsely promising to bring about freedom and self-determination through the word “Biafra” is the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB). Going by their activities, this group is actually a gang or street gang that uses threats and deadly violence against its members, and members of the public. That makes IPOB a significant hindrance, and a danger to Igbos who are seeking a free society, where they can also live in safety. IPOB carry out plain deception in order to make money from others with the promise of “Biafra restoration” that involves manipulating pictures and video footage to make it look as if there is activity going on. There are quite amateurish-looking photographs of IPOB leaders available on the internet with obviously fake backgrounds. Plus their members abroad visit government buildings as tourists then claim that they had meetings with officials and diplomats. Earlier this year Ilana Omo Oodua the Yoruba self-determination organisation and a key member of the NINAS Movement, issued a Disclaimer to state that they were not in any working relationship with IPOB or its leader. That was in response to posters with photos showing the IPOB leader with two Yoruba leaders making it seem they were coming together for a rally in a European city. 

Being fake activists is one thing, but being a violent gang is quite something else. That is what should mostly concern Igbos because the presence of this gang in their midst if a stop is not put to their anti-social and violent activities, would mean not self-determination at all, but a society ruled by fear and violence, as Igbos are already seeing with IPOB’s sit-at-home enforced by threats and actual reports of deadly violence. This is why it is baffling that World Igbo Congress (WIC) would support a gang like IPOB, identified in the influential U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) Annual Report 2020 (page 27) as one of the violent groups causing concern in Nigeria. 

In January 2021, WIC took out a Notice in the Nigerian Guardian newspaper where they stated “…Recently and through various news media we have come to learn about the Eastern Security Network (ESN) [this is another name for IPOB] that is DESIGNED [. my emphasis] to provide additional security protection…”. At the time, there had been several dissenting voices. The main criticisms were that IPOB/ESN was solely (and remotely) controlled by the IPOB leader based in Britain, and there was already a community vigilante system which could be better reinforced to provide improved security. We can also add that since ESN members are unknown, they are not vetted, no police checks were done on them and being unknown, what they are capable of doing is actually unknown. That creates confusion, plus it gives them cover to hide from taking responsibility for their activities. It is true that there is a real deadly menace from armed Fulani, and Igbo communities must protect themselves from their attacks. However, WIC whose members are in safety, mainly based in America and Europe where it is unheard of for UNKNOWN men to become any “security”, should explain why they support such a thing in Igbo land, and that begs the question: Were there any inducements to do so? Equally importantly, IPOB claims to be working for self-determination. What work did WIC see in order to give IPOB and its leadership credibility that led to supporting their ESN?

The methods used by IPOB are far removed from what one expects from a genuine self-determination organisation which would be: being courteous and approachable. Rather, IPOB exhibits the characteristics of a gang. IPOB are known for Internet Banging: They use social media platforms eg Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and their internet radio to make threats, and incite violence that has led to reports of people being killed and property destroyed. In addition, they carry out repeated victimization of those who criticise them by using vulgar language, insults and threats, making their presence easily identifiable on social media sites. Being a gang, they use fear to keep their members in check. Those who left IPOB or got arrested by Law Enforcement report that there is oath-taking, occult (fetish) practices, and when labelled a saboteur (“sabo”) it can lead to torture and maiming (including full castration), and lynching (burning alive). 
 
IPOB has yet to provide (verifiable) evidence of the “Biafra restoration” work they claim to have done. What is now clear from the killings, destruction of property, and sit-at-home commands is that FEAR is what IPOB has to offer Igbos. The power that IPOB has over Igbos is in the word “Biafra”. It is the emotions created by that word that IPOB latch onto, then they use deceit and fear to control people. Fortunately there is a way to be set free. It is by putting aside the word “Biafra” and replacing it with the word “self-determination”. Igbos can therefore achieve freedom using the word SELF-DETERMINATION like Yoruba and other ethnic nations are doing. Fortunately too, the Lower Niger Congress, the self-determination organisation for South-East (Igbos) and South-South has already done most of the work and it is now at combined Stage 14 and 15 out of 16 Stages. Thus, through the NINAS Movement, a joint-action Alliance with the Yoruba and Middle Belt, Igbos can get the self-determination they have been struggling for since 1966.

Finally, in Part 3 the desolate place that the word “Biafra” is likely to take Igbo Nation to, if not set aside, will be discussed.

Mr Fein was a Former Associate Deputy Attorney-General of the United States and was in the wider spectrum of the LNC Resources in Washington DC before he drifted into the Biafra Restoration quagmire, throwing up all manner of empty pretenses to hoodwink ill-informed IPOB Biafra-Seekers, including the ridiculous action of constituting himself into a bogus “UN Working Group” that issued an ultimatum to Nigeria to release Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally.

From my personal interactions with Attorney Bruce Fein in his Washington offices before he degenerated into the fold of the Biafra Restoration Fraud Enterprise, I can report to all that Mr Fein knows that Nnamdi Kanu is a clear-minded criminal who chose to defraud his own people, wasting much innocent blood in Igboland in the name of the scam that they tagged “Biafra Restoration”. 

I can also report that Mr Fein knows that there was no Biafra Country that was forced into Nigeria before the 1914 Amalgamation for which Nnamdi Kanu is campaigning.

Same goes for Sylvester Onyia of AVID/RisingSun branch of the Franchise. He is fully informed about the Biafra Restoration scam of Nnamdi Kanu but has chosen to deceive the gullible Igbo. I personally briefed him and his AVID co-travelers before he/they chose to go the way of WIC (World Igbo Congress) in providing support for the IPOB/ESN/UGM/Autopilot terror conglomerate.

BRUCE FEIN IS NOT IGNORANT OF THE FACT THAT THE PROBLEM WITH NIGERIA IS THE UNITARY CONSTITUTION. HE JUST CHOSE TO SCAM THE UNTHINKING BIAFRA-SEEKING BANDWAGON.

There was no suggestion that Bruce Fein is ignorant about the true problem of Nigeria unlike the Biafra-seeking ignoramuses who eventually engaged him to help them restore a phantom Biafra.

He knows exactly what the situation in Nigeria is under Nigeria’s Fraudulent Unitary Constitution more than most Nigerian Lawyers and the lunatics Restoring Biafra as he had the discipline to listen in the period of our engagements between 2015 and 2017. 

He just chose to join in scamming the Biafra-Seeking multitudes.

Read his 2021 interview (link above) and see that he is very clear about what the Problem with Nigeria is, and therefore that those who left that problem intact and are chanting “Biafra”, Biafra” are just deluding themselves and duping the people who are waiting for a phantom Biafra to come. 

Moreover, Bruce Fein had clearly described the utter futility of that “Biafra Restoration” campaign during our meetings in his Washington DC offices, September 6, 2017, prior to his being engaged by the Criminals who are seeking “Biafra Restoration”.

There is an unmistakable global trend happening and it concerns Africans and other Black people. We are beginning to question the colonizer’s interpretations of the Bible. We are questioning the colonizer’s Theology and wondering if it is correct. Frederick Douglass whose mother was raped by either of her White slave-masters then became pregnant with him, knew that the god of the oppressor cannot be the same as the God of the oppressed – and it is easy to understand this.

We Africans have been so conditioned not to think, and not to ask questions when it comes to matters of Religion. We just follow the colonizer’s rituals. We kneel when he says kneel. We make the sign of the cross when he tells us to do so. We use their beads called rosaries because he invented this jewelry for himself. We lie that Christmas celebration is about the Messiah because the colonizer lies about it. None of these things are biblical but we think that there is safety in numbers – that as long as millions of us Africans follow the colonizer’s ways then Yahuwah God is duty-bound to accept us and He must open Heaven for us to enter. It seems that the colonizer cast such a strong spell on Africans so that we disobey Yahuwah’s commands like the one in Proverbs 3:31 where He tells us: Envy thou not the Oppressor, and choose NONE of his ways. That command is for our SAFETY and is a WARNING!
Our forefathers did not have this information, but we today do. We can choose to disobey Yahuwah God and reap the consequences. What we know is that the True Sheep, the Elect will hear His voice and obey. Our messages are to go out into all Africa and everywhere in the world where Black people are, but they are for the ELECT because they are the ones who love Truth, love Yahuwah God, and their soul wants to obey Him because He is wiser than they, and He is GOOD.

The colonizer is aware of what the Bible says so his work is to keep Africans in disobedience. The colonizer twists Scripture and makes the African feel that we are showing Hate if we do not follow the colonizer’s ways. He will say that we are sowing Disunity in the body of Christ (White Jesus). Now, it is for the African to either follow the colonizer by worshipping his ways, or the African can follow the Messiah who commands: Envy thou not the Oppressor, and choose NONE of his ways. (Proverbs 3:31)

There is a reason why Africans (and Black people) are targetted by the colonizer whereas Chinese, Indians and Arabs are left alone in peace to worship whatever gods they want to. This fact we can all see. But, what is the Reason?

The Bible tells us the Reason so that we do not need to guess or speculate. The biblical Israelites are a BLACK Nation and they are JACOB. 2 Esdras 6:9 states: “For Esau is the end of the world, and Jacob is the beginning of it that followeth.” Therefore the colonizer knows that Jacob will not be oppressed for ever. Therefore the colonizer targets Black people to make sure that we keep on worshipping the colonizer’s misinterpretations of the Bible and so never return to the biblical Messiah, a BLACK Messiah who is against the oppressor and Who sets captives free, so that the Restoration of Jacob/Israelites described in Deuteronomy 30 is prevented or at least is delayed.


Africans, let us obey Proverbs 3:31 and Deuteronomy 30, and know that 2 Esdras 6:9 is Yahuwah God’s will so it shall surely come to pass. Amen.

Zacchaeus got rich through privilege. He was a civil servant responsible for tax collection so his job gave him the privilege to oppress the oppressed (the colonized Israelites) and he got rich.

Why have Black people who were in cruel bondage for centuries in the Americas (USA, Canada, Central America, South America and the Caribbean) never been given Reparations? We shall discuss this.

Firstly, being able to give Reparations is a sign of the presence of Yahuwah God in the life of the sinner who becomes remorseful and goes through TRUE repentance. Zacchaeus is our example to show us the kind of person that Yahuwah accepts. Zacchaeus is the MINIMUM STANDARD of the type of heart-changed sinner acceptable to the Most High.

Zacchaeus climbed a tree to see Yeshua because he was short and couldn't see over the crowd in Jericho. Yeshua noticed him, called him by name, and declared that He would stay at Zacchaeus's house that day. This encounter, recorded in Luke 19:1-10 led Zacchaeus to promise to give half his possessions to the poor and REPAY ANYONE HE HAD CHEATED FOUR TIMES OVER, and Yeshua declared that SALVATION had come to his house. 

This: “and REPAY ANYONE HE HAD CHEATED FOUR TIMES OVER” is Reparations!

Others have received Reparations from the oppressor such as Japanese Americans for incarceration during World War 2, whose suffering was nothing compared to what Black people were put through.
Why did the enslaved Black people not get Reparations after slavery ended? Why did the oppressor continue to refuse Reparations even up to today, 150 years later? Why did the White churches not support Black people by upholding the example of Zacchaeus? Why do the churches even up to today ignore Reparations?

It is because they have a DIFFERENT SPIRIT from the Spirit that was in Zacchaeus and that led him to true repentance, which ALWAYS shows as Reparations for wrongs done. So, everything about the oppressor lets us know that the biblical God is not with him.

Another question: Why then did the Japanese get Reparations but not Black people?
Answer: It is spiritual and is the story of the red dragon and the woman in Revelation 12. The woman is the biblical Israelites and she has 12 stars for the 12 Tribes. We know the biblical Israelites were a BLACK people. This woman ie Black people will get persecuted for in verse 13, and verse 17 we read:
“13 Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child. … 17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring...”

This means that the oppressor will continue to persecute the Covenant People (Black people) and the Covenant People will continue to have: “has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there… But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon had spewed out of his mouth.” 

Thus, the persecutions our people suffer are a sign that we are the biblical Covenant People. When we return to the biblical Black Messiah and return to keeping the Covenant Laws and Covenant Lifestyle Codes, Yahuwah will restore us to the position He had prepared for us from the beginning. You can read it in Deuteronomy 30.

Before we leave this subject, what should be the attitude of the African or Black believer?
Since Zacchaeus gave Reparations to those he had wronged, we should always support Reparations even if the chances of getting it may be small. Also, in supporting Reparations Black people are letting the Universe know that the CRUELTY heaped upon them will not be forgotten or swept under the rug, but needs Yahuwah’s judgment and His justice. Remember it is the CRUELTY that we complain of. The captivity (bondage and colonization) came to us because we broke the Covenant, and we bow down to our Heavenly Father’s punishment, but the CRUELTY (horrendous criminality) done to us is satanic and is the aspect of captivity that we as believers complain of and seek Yahuwah’s justice for.

Finally, we sense that something BIG is coming because as the Covenant People we are the apple of Yahuwah’s eye. That means that we are the object of Messiah’s deep care, protection, and affection, and He cherishes us. Therefore, by the oppressor denying Reparations to the enslaved in all the Americas, we believe that it is because Yahuwah has a much greater Reparations in preparation than the tiny “40 acres and a mule” that was actually nothing at all when compared to what was due the enslaved.

Characteristic of the totally ignorant and hoodwinked E-Urchins of the Rogue Global “Biafra” Franchise, one Esther Obi wrote the usual adulation of her “Supreme Leader” and “Saviour” on the Wall of the LNC/NINAS Facebook Page even as she pleaded most passionately with the LNC to Come and Join her and the rest of the Biafra-Seeking Multitudes in their Forest of a Thousand Demons. Responding to the flurry of comments from people who knew that she (Esther Obi) was obviously amongst the deceived lot, Tony Nnadi wrote as follows: 

“This Eulogy of “Saviour” and “Supreme Leader” by this patently ignorant Esther Obi, is just a little sample of the depth of Ignorance-Driven, Falsehood/Propaganda-Fueled Antagonism the LNC had suffered from 2013. 

It came to the point of physical combats in Aba, Onitsha, Port Harcourt and several locations in the Homeland in which totally dumb and overzealous IPOB elements were physically attacking LNC Field Officers and hitherto Quiet Field Operations, taking over most of the LNC Field Offices. 

Faced with the grim choices of EITHER fighting back and exposing both sides to the “Law Enforcing” and “Peace-Making” Intervention of Fulani-Controlled Security Forces, OR to pull back for a while to avoid such altercations that could warrant such Intervention by Security Forces in the Homeland, the LNC Leadership took the difficult decision to temporarily roll back its Quiet Field Operations from the Streets of the Homeland which at that time was basically mass enlightenments via Town Halls, Meetings, Videos (DVDs) Fliers, Pamphlets and the like. 

Having already planted the seed of enlightenment across the Homeland between 2009 and 2013, the deliberate distortions of the LNC Message by Nnamdi Kanu’s Radio Biafra London broadcasts and the disruption of LNC Field Operations by his IPOB lunatics, the LNC decided to focus more attention on the Multi-Regional Alliance-Construction Efforts and Countrywide mass enlightenment using National TV Networks in Nigeria to continue its quiet evangelism. (See the videos below). 

More efforts were also devoted to International Outreaches especially in the US. 

The pain of the setbacks imposed on the LNC was multiplied when our Diaspora Folks also joined in swallowing and disseminating the heinous Falsehoods and Propaganda of Nnamdi Kanu against the LNC and Tony Nnadi whom they were told were set up by, working for, and being heavily financed by the Caliphate to frustrate the “Restoration of Biafra”. 

Our largely gullible People believed the lies and false narratives, and just refused to listen to, or read anything from the LNC. Many were under Oath not to. 

Although Fully knowing the Truth, the False Impressions Deliberately created and widely disseminated by Nnamdi Kanu include:
1) That LNC is not on ground in the Homeland.
(2) That the LNC was only interested in building a New Nigeria;
(3) That the LNC was Seeking Constitutional Amendments. 

Taking advantage of Information shared with him in strict confidence at our 2013 Meeting, the Plan of Nnamdi Kanu was to provoke and force the LNC to the desperation-level that would compel us to blow our own cover in the Enemy Territory (Nigeria). The LNC refused to fall into that trap even as Nnamdi Kanu (from safety abroad) and his multitude of demented IPOB e-urchins, taunted, cajoled, insulted and denigrated the LNC. 

We had to wait a whole six years (2013-2019) in this harrowing pain while the “Biafra Restoration” Criminal built his mad empire on the rickety Foundation of Falsehoods and Propaganda that have resulted in the mess and mayhem we have now in the form of his demented followers and worshippers, who recklessly damage LNC’s painstakingly-built Ethnic Alliances both in the Lower Niger and in the rest of Southern and Middle Belt Nigeria.

While it all worked like magic for him, the Liberation Project suffered huge setbacks amongst our own People, home and abroad for almost four years while the LNC quietly advanced the Strategic Alliance Outreaches across Nigeria and in the United States whilst waiting for God’s Intervention and for the appropriate time to Decisively engage the Criminal Proprietors of the Rogue Biafra Franchise. 

God never comes late and so between between late 2015 and 2017, a series of events occurred that began to unravel the little monster and his specious designs. Dr Clifford Iroanya happened to be the first in 2016 to make contact with me from the IPOB High Command known then as the IPOB-DOS (Directorate of State which was then the Collegiate Leadership of IPOB), when they found out that Nnamdi Kanu had totally misrepresented both the LNC and Tony Nnadi to them. 

Dr Iroanya’s attempt to rectify the situation led to my February 28, 2017 Kuje Meeting with Nnamdi Kanu in the company of an Nzuko Umunna Delegation led by Professors Charles Soludo and Pat Utomi to Kuje Prison, to meet with Nnamdi Kanu as part of the wider efforts to initiate a political solution for his incarceration.

The Meeting went reasonably well and an understanding was reached on the redirection of the IPOB agitations to a more realistic and violence-free pathway that could lead to a Referendum instead of the dangerous confrontations that often ended in violence and bloodshed which Nnamdi Kanu had described as “Conquer-and-Occupy” in our 2013 Meeting when I questioned him about Strategy.

It was this paradigm shift in IPOB Strategy agreed in that Kuje Meeting, from to the violence-prone Conquer-and-Occupy Method to the Referendum Route as prescribed by the LNC from the onset, that offered a handle to the efforts for political solution, leading to the April 2017 release of Nnamdi Kanu from the October 2015 incarceration.  

For reasons that Nnamdi Kanu will eventually have to explain to all, he recoiled from the aforementioned understanding on Referendum-Route Strategy to the shock of the elements in the IPOB-DOS who brokered the February 28, 2017 Meeting. Soon after, he declared himself the “Supreme Leader” of IPOB.

It was this Unilateral Truncation by Nnamdi, of the Accord reached in that Kuje Meeting that led to the staccato of Suspensions and Expulsions by Nnamdi against the IPOB-DOS of the time (involving 11 Top Officers of the IPOB Hierarchy including Dr Iroanya). 

Since then, waves and waves of those previously trapped in the Dark Forest of a Thousand Demons called “Biafra Restoration” and IPOB are coming to light and to the genuine Highway leading to Igbo and all the other indigenous Ethnic Nations’ Liberation Destination. The Daughters of Truth are some of the most recent hence their unquantifiable and invaluable efforts at beaming the light to others still caught in the Dark and Dangerous Labyrinths of the IPOB.

2. Formal Investigation: Should the Sultanate of Sokoto Be Designated a Terror-Supporting Entity?
ACTION: Initiate a formal U.S. State Department and international investigation to determine whether the Sultanate of Sokoto should be designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) under Executive Order 13224 or a terror-supporting entity.

Out of concern for indigenous peoples being slaughtered by armed Fulani and their Islamic terrorist associates for land grabbing to “ruthlessly” make Nigeria the “estate” of the Fulani as declared by Ahmadu Bello in 1960 (please see NOTES below), the United States has stepped in declaring Nigeria a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) and warning Nigeria’s leaders to stop the horrendous terrorism or the USA would have to take the responsibility of military intervention to stop the slaughter and devastation.

Out of concern for the financial, personnel, logistics etc costs to the USA if it were to come to military intervention, it is kind to let them know and to remind Nigeria’s Government that since the imposed, fraudulent 1999 Constitution empowers and enables Terrorism, the POTENT solution that will terminate Terrorism is to terminate that 1999 Constitution. The NINAS Transitioning Template to get it done has been on the Table since 16 December 2020 declaration of Constitutional Force Majeure, and not only would it stop the Terrorists, it would also contain them.

By declaration of Constitutional Force Majeure, Nigeria became a DISPUTED PROJECT and Government had been urged to stabilise and correct Nigeria’s dangerously dysfunctional constitutional arrangement by suspending further National Elections under the 1999 Constitution to have a time-bound period of Transitioning that both Decommissions that Constitution and for Constitutional Reconstruction, (similar to what South Africa did to end their Apartheid order).

Government knowingly chose to ignore having this Transitioning, continuing instead to sustain and enforce the 1999 Constitution thereby bringing continued terror and slaughter upon Nigerians. Government and their Helpers (including astonishingly Christian leaders) manipulated Nigerians not to suspend, but to have the 2023 National Elections so as to renew the life of the 1999 Constitution which happens when the winner swears an Oath of Office to govern by it. In addition, despite the illegitimate 1999 Constitution being fraudulent for it is a known Forgery, the National Assembly continues to deceive the public with rounds of “constitutional amendments” for they also swear Oaths of Office to uphold the 1999 Constitution and through such illogical activities, they ensure that the 1999 Constitution remains in place, and so terrorism deepens and expands over the country.

The political class, Judges, the Nigeria Bar Association – all these and more are aware that the 1999 Constitution enables terrorism, yet they ignore the NINAS Transitioning Template that would stop terrorism because this is Nigeria and nobody can hold the mighty accountable. For President Trump to complain that Nigeria’s Government has “failed to stop the killings of Christians” is quite correct since Government operates the 1999 Constitution that empowers the slaughter and that guarantees corruption and impunity. Via the 68-Item Exclusive List (Part 1 of the Second Schedule), Item 2 ie Arms and Ammunition, plus Item 17 ie Defence (Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, and other security services) are all under Central Government control. Therefore, only Central Government can ultimately control Defence, not the State Governments. Also, only those that are authorised by Central Government can carry rifles and other arms. Over the years there have been reports of Fulani herdsmen openly carrying rifles (AK47, AK49) with nobody stopping them. More than seven years ago, in March 2018 retired Lieutenant-General T. Y. Danjuma warned that the Armed Forces are not neutral, but that they collude with armed bandits that kill Nigerians. Apart from reports alleging government officials of mismanaging funds allocated to national security, resulting in under-equipped troops, it is quite distressing to see video clips on social media of soldiers in anguish complaining that their senior officers have helped terrorists to ambush them. Plus, to read accounts from survivors of how soldiers in (sometimes nearby) barracks would not come to their aid when being attacked by armed Fulani.

The Preamble of the 1999 Constitution also aids terrorism in Nigeria. It falsely claims that indigenous peoples came together to request and negotiate for a Unitary Nigeria masquerading as a Federation!!! Plus it falsely claims that indigenous peoples wrote and consented to that 1999 Constitution. This is a fraudulent imposition implying that Nigerians agree that they should be rendered defenceless to face armed invaders (Fulani/Islamic terrorists), that their valuable natural resources and the proceeds from them would be seized, and that Fulani who are a non-indigenous people even if coming from other parts of Africa, would be able to roam about everywhere and even claim such things as “cattle grazing routes”, or be given land belonging to indigenous peoples to set up Fulani colonies all in the name of “cattle ranching” (RUGA) eg the controversial Laduga Cattle Colony in southern Kaduna State. In essence, the Preamble by suppressing indigenous Ethnic Sovereignties is being used to turn Nigeria into a Fulani Caliphate as announced in 1960 by Ahmadu Bello, where Sharia would be the governance system, and Islamic terrorists from anywhere in the world would be able to make their home. With that, jihad would get funded by Nigeria’s rich resources to spread throughout Africa and even beyond – the 1999 Constitution being the Instrument that would empower it all, and make it happen. The key takeaway, given that it is undoubtedly the 1999 Constitution that enables and empowers terrorism, is that there is no need for the USA Government to spend what would be a hefty chunk of money on military intervention when Nigerians can themselves terminate that imposed 1999 Constitution, being the POTENT way to stop the terrorism, plus also contain the terrorists.
Therefore, Tinubu’s Government that came into power under exposed untenable circumstances, cannot afford to continue to postpone the Termination of the operation of the illegitimate 1999 Constitution as that would leave his Government open to a possible US Military Action in consequence of Nigeria’s CPC Redesignation.

The NINAS Transitioning Template is an ORDERLY PROCESS, and would have no power vacuum because existing governance structures would remain in place in Transitional capacity.

Captain Ben Gbulie was a key player in the January 1966 coup. In his book, Nigeria's Five Majors: Coup D'état of 15th January 1966: First Inside Account you can read the rationale and it was to stop Ahmadu Bello’s scheme that would have quite quickly brought about what Ahmadu Bello had declared above, ie a jihad for Fulani take-over of Nigeria.

What we discussed with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje Prison when we visited him on 28th February 2017, and he was released two months later, on 28th April 2017.

We were delegated by #Nzuko Umunna, a Pan-Igbo group, to meet Kanu in prison and discuss with him. The delegation was led by Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo and Prof. Pat Utomi

It was a time there was silence over his case. It was also before he went into violence with the introduction of ESN/Unknown Gunmen.

What did we discuss with him in Kuje Prison, where we spent two hours with him?
Let me summarise what we discussed:

1. We condemned his use of abusive words against other tribes while pushing for his agitation. We informed him that while agitating, he needed to stop abusing other tribes. He agreed to adjust.

2. We also frowned at his habit of abusing people generally while agitating. He agreed to adjust.

3. We discussed why he should consider joining a political party or registering one, and have himself or his members run for elections to try to change or correct what he believed was not working well in the country through legitimate means.
He disagreed with us on this point.

4. We then sought assurance that he would not go into violence, no matter the provocation, while agitating — that any form of violent agitation is a no-no for the Igbo.
Kanu agreed with us that he would maintain a non-violent agitation with his IPOB. He said their strength was the non-violent position they had adopted and that they would not resort to violence, no matter the provocation.

We reminded him that going violent would have damaging effects on our region, the South East, and the Igbo Nation. We did not want our people subjected to that.
Kanu agreed.

We went on to stress that, under no circumstance, should they go into acquiring guns or any weapons as a group.
Kanu agreed.

Then we finished with him and gave him the money we brought.

Outside the prison, we took some pictures. We were not allowed to take pictures with him inside the prison then.

We then proceeded to Chelsea Hotel, Central Area, Abuja, and held a world press conference calling for Kanu’s release from prison.

It was the first-ever public call for his release by an eminent Igbo group.

That event triggered the process leading to his release, as other events began to unfold towards his freedom on 28th April 2017. He was released two months after our visit.

TEN INSTANCES OF MISINFORMATION IN NNAMDI KANU’S CASE (PART ONE)

There has been so many false information flying around about the case of Nnamadi Kanu. Unfortunately, many people are believing such false claims and are actually relying on them. Hence, I will identify 24 such false claims and debunk them.

1. Was the Terrorism Prevention Amendment Act, 2013 ever repealed?
ANSWER: No, the Terrorism Prevention Amendment Act of 2013 has not been repealed. The Act was an amendment to the original Terrorism (Prevention) Act of 2011 and introduced important changes, including provisions for extra-territorial application of the law and enhancements related to terrorist financing offenses.

2. Did the Nigerian Supreme Court rule that Nnamdi Kanu cannot be tried under the Terrorism Act?
ANSWER: The Nigerian Supreme Court did not explicitly rule that Nnamdi Kanu cannot be tried under the Terrorism Act. In October 2022, the Supreme Court of Nigeria dismissed the appeal filed by Kanu challenging the charge of terrorism against him, stating that his initial issue regarding jurisdiction was not substantiated, and the lower courts had the right to adjudicate the case. The court effectively upheld the earlier decisions that allowed for Kanu’s trial to proceed.

3. Is it true that Nnamdi Kanu is not being tried under a written law as the Constitution requires?
ANSWER: All the seven counts proffered against Nnamdi Kanu in the ongoing trial are based on written laws, principal the Criminal Code Act and the Terrorism Prevention Amendment Act, both of which are written laws.

4. Is it true that Kanu does not know the law under which he was charged?
ANSWER: No, that is not true. Kanu knows the law and sections of the law under which the charges against him were brought. He became aware the moment they handed his charging documents and he read the charges against him. Each count of the charge states what he is alleged to have done wrong, the date and place where he did it and the law which declared his alleged actions to be a crime. Also, during his arraignment, the court official read out the charges to his hearing in open court and he was asked if he understood each charge and he answered Yes before pleading to each charge.

5. What offense exactly did the government of Nigeria accuse Nnamdi Kanu of committing?
ANSWER: The offenses the accused Kanu of committing fall into two groups. The first group is treasonable felony, which basically accuses Kanu of doing certain things with the intention and purpose of intimidating and threatening the officials of government with the purpose of forcing them to change policy – the secession of Biafra. The second group is the defamation of President Buhari. (This is the weakest of all the offences charged).
The third group relates to the terrorism offenses. Here is accused of incitement (the sit-at-home orders). These offenses are well-spelled out in the charging documents.

Even in the 1950s, Joseph Sarwuan Tarka of Tiv Nation leader of United Middle Belt Congress (UMBC) was determined that Middle-Belt will not be part of Northern Region if like Ahmadu Bello and Fulani Caliphate had wanted, Sharia was to be there.

Fast forward to when the fraudulent 1999 Constitution, a 419 document was imposed upon sleeping Nigerians. From that time the 12 core north States that Gideon Orkar had condemned, began to take up Sharia and became nicknamed “Arewa Sharia”. Then TERROR began. Hausa was at first happy because it was Christians of Middle-Belt including the southerners living among them and going to their churches who were being massacred. Then, later Hausa too began to get killed as we see, and they became unhappy. But they were a little late because some Hausa had become Arabized and forgot that they are Africans and indigenous, but began to side with the Fulani who are Black Arabs.

Now ALL of Nigeria has fallen apart! Several kinds of Islamic terrorists including Fulani Herdsmen/militia who were labelled as 4th worst terrorist group in the world by Global Terrorism Index are here in Nigeria. The situation in Middle-Belt is too sad for words. We hear reports that the security services not only are compromised but “collude” with this terror. Now every Nigerian is a suspect terrorist because we are all Black and who can tell who is not a terrorist? Our neighbor countries will wonder and be worried about who we are when we go to their countries. Asian countries will worry. Europe will worry. Canada and America will worry. South and Central America will worry. Australia will worry. CAN YOU SEE what our government has brought upon our heads!!!!!!

President Trump and America have to protect themselves and also the world from terrorists and from complicit reckless governments that breed terrorism in their spaces. That is why Nigeria is a CPC and if we continue to be unserious, consequences of military action from USA (and perhaps even UN if they examine Nigeria situation) will come.

IF WE ARE SERIOUS, we must Terminate that 1999 Constitution that Empowers this terrorism! If “we the people” DEMAND that the 1999 Constitution must go, then USA will not need to do any military action because we ourselves would have Terminated the lifeline and life support of terrorists and of the Fulani Conquest Agenda. We are lucky that God had prepared the NINAS Proposition that Terminates the 1999 Constitution in an orderly manner which is by us stopping to prepare for 2027 National Elections then instead have Transitioning now for Constitutional Reconstruction. Nigerians can save ourselves from trouble and disaster by making the NINAS Proposition our collective DEMAND.

(It is because we live by the 419 called 1999 Constitution, the book of Lucifer. Those who uphold it, defend it, sustain it and enforce it are the enemies of Nigerians and of true democracy.)

A MESSAGE FOR WHITE PEOPLE

Very unusually we are speaking to White people as a community because of what is being reported coming from America. Something that the media calls White Christian Nationalism or Christian Nationalism is targetting African Americans. Historically, the White Church was key in enslaving Africans, dehumanizing them, and in colonization of Africa. It shows a different spirit from the one we find in the Bible, like in Luke 4:18 where Messiah Yeshua tells us that He has come to proclaim liberty to the captives and to set at liberty those who are oppressed. Therefore, all those maintaining oppression are anti-Messiah (anti-Christ).

We will always stand where Yahuwah God stands, and the Bible explains to us that He stands with the oppressed so that is where we also stand.

Our page is normally for African religious matters but we make this one exception because we see that something is pursuing you. We see from social media that despite your history, you yet have a fear of Black people. But it is not Black people you should fear, it is Yahuwah God. The CRUELTY as a community that you have committed against Black people for centuries is on your community’s Record Sheet. Rest most assured that Black people are not after you, they just want you to LEAVE THEM ALONE.
What Yahuwah has decreed for an oppressor is not kept secret but is written in the Holy Bible if you believe in it, and Divine Justice is not coming from Black people but is coming from Yahuwah Himself, the world’s only real Super-Power.

THE PETER OBI, NNAMDI KANU AND IPOB CONNECTION?

We are not the first to say it, but defenders and minimizers of terrorism, especially those in high places, need to be questioned by their people and by Nigerians.

Let us recall that Peter Obi on 15 October 2025 condemned the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu. Obi was reported to have said in several newspapers regarding Nnamdi Kanu supreme leader of IPOB, “There was no need for his arrest in the first place…”

People began to wonder if Obi is a secret member of IPOB because what he said is very strange given Kanu’s command to all of Igbo Nation of forceful Mondays sit-at-home with violence, torture and death for those who go to work to get their daily living. In Europe, if a man was to enforce sit-at-home would the police not arrest him just for that act? Yet, Obi said that there was no need to arrest Kanu!

That is not all. Nearly the whole world would have heard Kanu broadcasting in 2020 during End SARS protests calling for buildings and homes in Lagos to be destroyed by his IPOB gang. Can it be that Obi is not aware? What of all the several confessions by Kanu’s IPOB/ESN saying they un-alived Igbo people? What of all the broadcasts of Kanu commanding his IPOB to un-alive security operatives and destroy police stations? Are those not sufficient for his arrest? Obi likes to travel out of Nigeria, in those European countries he goes to, would actions like those of Kanu not require arrest?

Let us also remember that the United States USCIRF 2020 Report mentioned IPOB together with Boko Haram as terrorists. So Igbo Nation and Nigerians should question why Obi who also wants to be President of Nigeria should state in October 2025 that Kanu should not have even been arrested, when the terrorism charges against Kanu are known, when there are multitudes of Kanu broadcasts commanding violence, when his IPOB/ESN makes videos of their violence then share them.

This complaint is not about 2027 Elections because Obi will definitely not win even if he finds a party willing to give him the presidential candidate slot. It is that Igbo won’t vote for him like in 2023 because he applauded Gowon @90 in 2024, even though Gowon had presided over the Biafra Genocide of 1967-1970. For sure Yoruba will not vote for Obi, neither will Middle Belt. Peter Obi is a has-been politician who wasted his chance in 2023, it is just that he has money so crowds still gather. The reason that we are concerned over Obi is that no matter the outcome of Kanu’s terrorism trial, we do not want continued terrorism in Igboland since Obi defends Kanu meaning that he finds nothing wrong with Kanu’s work in Igboland which is done through Kanu’s IPOB/ESN terror gang! As we know, even if Kanu is found guilty, his IPOB is still there free in Igboland and South South, and it is well known that many Obidients (followers of Obi) are also supporters of IPOB (Google & Read - Peter Obi is not a Biafran, 3 Nov 2025, DDM).

But Peter Obi showed his slipperiness too! He also said something to show inconsistency, contradictoriness, and hypocrisy by speaking from both sides of his mouth. On 9th June 2025 on Arise TV interview about state of Nigeria, Peter Obi said that he condemns all wrongdoing by IPOB. But, IPOB is the arms and legs of Nnamdi Kanu in Igboland and in Nigeria!!!!!! So how can he say he condemns IPOB’s wrongdoing, yet also be defending Nnamdi Kanu! Does he make sense?

It is good and correct that more Igbo are rejecting and denouncing Kanu and his IPOB/ESN. However, with this Peter Obi defending Nnamdi Kanu matter, shouldn’t Igbo and other Nigerians now also denounce Peter Obi so that IPOB terror acts should have no chance of support anywhere in Nigeria? We must be very careful and hold our politicians accountable for what they do, say, defend, and support because it is we, the ordinary people who will suffer the consequences.

IPOB/ESN/UNKNOWN GUNMEN CALLED HIS WIFE TO SEE HIM IN A GUTTER!!!!

It was a quiet evening in Ogberuru, Orlu, Imo State, when darkness visited the home of Odinaka Okeke, a humble 31-year-old Okada rider, husband, and father of three little children.

He had already lost his mother six years ago, and his aged father depended on him for survival. Life wasn’t easy, but Odinaka worked hard every day to feed his family.

Then came that cursed evening in 2024 , when of ESN/Unknown Gunmen stormed his compound.

They dragged him out like an animal. His wife wept. His little children clung to his legs, screaming, “Papa! Papa!!” His old father begged them, “Biko, don’t take my son!” But they didn’t listen.

For three days, the family searched and prayed, hoping he would return. Then, the phone rang, not from him, but from the same killers.

The chilling words came:
“Go to the gutter and pick your husband.”
When his wife arrived there, she froze. Before her lay Odinaka’s lifeless body, dumped like refuse alongside three others.
His body was cold, his face swollen, his clothes soaked in blood.
Her world ended that day.

She fell to the ground, screaming his name but silence answered. Her children became fatherless. Her husband, her provider, her best friend gone.
The aged father of Odinaka, upon hearing the news, collapsed. The shock struck him with stroke. Now he sits in silence, staring at nothing his son’s laughter now a ghost in his ears.

Odinaka was not a criminal. He was a hardworking young man trying to survive legitimately.

His only “crime” was that they said that he was owing someone N52,000 and careless about his opinion. Just like that

Today, the family is suffering and weeping every day.

While Nnamdi Kanu ordered for fund raising, it was not for the families of victims of his ESN/Unknown gunmen but for his personal use as usual.

This madness and bloodshed that swept through parts of the Southeast in the name of “liberation” has stolen too many innocent souls.

How did we become a people whose sons kill their own brothers? How did we allow evil to wear the mask of freedom?

God is not asleep. He is visiting every hidden deed.

And divine and human must come for Odinaka Okeke and for every innocent man, woman, and child cut down by this senseless violence.

May we never see this kind of pain again.

May the blood of the innocent speak louder than the lies of the wicked.

The over 230 million People of Nigeria who will suffer if Military Action is unleashed by the US as threatened by President Trump must now take active interest in the push to effect concrete solutions to the killings and the looming danger of Military Action, by now joining in forcing the recalcitrant Government and the wider Political Establishment to embrace the NINAS Solution that can stave off that invasion. 

The People must openly adopt the NINAS 5-Point Proposition as their Demand and pressure the Government to make a Time-bound Announcement for the immediate Decommissioning of the Death-Dispensing Unitary Constitution of Nigeria which is directly responsible for the Industrial-Scale Killings happening in Nigeria (ie the Chief-Issue of Concern to the United States). This is the kind of Announcement that Frederik De Klerk made in South Africa, 1990, to commence the Decommissioning of the Apartheid Constitutional Order. 

That Watershed-Announcement by the operators of Unitary Nigeria must cover in the clearest possible terms, the Five-Point Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure as that will immediately trigger the practical actions that go to the root of the problem in a manner that can significantly mitigate the situation and prospects of Direct US Military Action. 

As grave and urgent as the situation is for Nigeria, it is instructive to note that the words used by President Trump on X (formerly Twitter), to issue the Threat of US Military Action, leaves a window for Nigeria to remediate the situation (the killings) by itself IMMEDIATELY or risk US Military Intervention.

It is also instructive to note that Trump indicated that Nigeria must Act Fast.

The Time-Window available for Nigeria to commence these practical remediation actions that would address the US Concerns in the immediate is dictated by BOTH the urgency of the situation ie Ongoing Widespread Killings, AND the Solution Option that can address the situation on a sustainable basis beyond the dishonest tokenism and palliatives for which Nigeria has become notorious. 

In the many years of Leading the Push for the Grand Reconfiguration of the Failing Nigerian Union and Having been directly involved in the processes that resulted in the 2020 Designation of Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) by the United States, as well as the push to reinstate that Designation since the inexplicable Delisting by the Biden Administration, NINAS has first-hand knowledge of what the issues are on the sides of the current altercations (ie Nigeria and the US) and therefore what the most viable solution pathway is.

It is against the backdrop of this two-sided intimate knowledge and involvement that NINAS has stepped forward to provide guidance on how Nigeria could best and most effectively utilize the limited time window for seizing the Remediation initiative before the US does.

Nigeria has by serial acts of commission and omission, abused and compromised its Sovereignty, exposing itself and its Peoples to extreme ridicule and now the danger of Direct US Military Action to push back on the Terror that Nigeria has been breeding to the detriment of the civilized World on a scale that has become of Particular Concern to the US.

The Peoples of Nigeria whose Sovereignties are Forcefully Conscripted into the Distressed Nigerian Union MUST now step forward and Enforce the NINAS Prescriptions and Template to salvage themselves and retrieve their Sovereignty for Fresh Union Protocols otherwise a US Military Intervention will most likely compound their woes.

The Specific Actions required of the people now is to make sure that preparations for 2027 National Elections are stopped as a demonstration of their Rejection of the 1999 Constitution, and to Demand immediate time-bound Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction. (See poster 1 below)


The people must also adopt the 5-point NINAS Proposition as their Demand and therefore press that Demand upon Government to make the required Announcement as South Africa did in 1990 to commence the decommissioning of Apartheid. (See poster 2 below)

THE CPC REDESIGNATION OF NIGERIA AND THE THREAT OF DIRECT US MILITARY ACTION: NINAS 5-POINT PROPOSITION NOW THE ONLY VIABLE ESCAPE ROUTE FOR NIGERIA, BUT NIGERIA MUST ACT VERY FAST.

“There is no other viable way Nigeria can navigate to a solution that can avert the looming US Military Action than the IMMEDIATE adoption of the NINAS 5-Point Proposition, and we have less than 3 Months to do that before it gets too late”.


(1) Let it be recalled that Nigeria was first Designated as a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) in March 2020 by the United States under the Presidency of Donald Trump for widespread Ethnoreligious Killings following a December 2019 Watchlisting of Nigeria. (2) For reasons that remain unclear to date, the Biden Administration Removed Nigeria from the List of Countries of Particular Concern in 2021 even when the killings had not abated in any way.

(3) The October 31, 2025 CPC Redesignation of Nigeria by President Trump came amidst much outcry for the steadily increasing number of attacks and deaths in Nigeria while the Government of Nigeria seems unwilling and unable to act. 

(4) In what could be called a marching order to Nigeria, President Trump on November 1, 2025, threatened Direct Decisive US Military Action in Nigeria to wipe out the Terrorists unless the Nigerian Government acts fast enough to stop the killings and arrest the situation.

(5) Considering the fact that the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria is the Chief-Enabler of the Terror Invasion sweeping across Nigeria and therefore the widespread Killings which have now become an issue of concern to the United States prompting the US Redesignation of Nigeria and the threat of Direct US Military Action on Nigeria by President Trump UNLESS Nigeria acts fast to halt the killings, it stands to reason that what Nigeria needs to do in the immediate is to move swiftly to any solution that will visibly abate the killings on a sustainable basis, thus making unnecessary, direct unilateral US Military Action as threatened.

(6) Having been directly involved in the Discussions, Interrogations and Policy Distillation Processes in Washington DC between 2019 and 2020 which resulted in the March 2020 CPC Designation of Nigeria under the Buhari Presidency, we were also privileged to present a Solution Option that was fully considered, adopted and acted upon by the then Trump Administration. 

That Solution Option was simply to ease out the Fraudulent Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999) that enables this Terrorism, using the NINAS 5-Point Proposition, thereby extinguishing the true Source of the deep-seated Problems manifesting in the form of the Ethnoreligious Killings. 

 (7) We believe that the immediate adoption of the NINAS Constitutional Reconstruction Proposition provides Nigeria with clearly Outlined and Timelined Processes, Start-To-Finish, beginning with the shelving of Election Plans for 2027; AND the immediate initiation of a TRANSITIONING Process to Rework the Unitary Constitution that has reduced Nigeria to ruins and a Country of Particular Concern to the United States. 

(8.0) It is our conviction that the NINAS Constitutional Reconstruction Proposition offers Nigeria and Nigerians the only viable pathway to avoiding Direct US Military Action now being threatened by US President, Donald Trump, towards addressing US Concerns about Ethnoreligious Killings and its Propelling Terror Machinery for which the US just Redesignated Nigeria as Country of Particular Concern.

(9) All things considered, we posit unequivocally that there is no other viable way in sight by which Nigeria can safely navigate to a solution that can avert the looming US Military Action threatened by President Trump than the IMMEDIATE adoption of the NINAS 5-Point Proposition. 

(10) It is our estimation that Nigeria may have less than 3 Months from the November 1, 2025 Military Intervention Threat by President Trump to fully activate the solution Package offered by NINAS.

Accordingly, we prescribe that preparations for 2027 Elections under the doomed 1999 Constitution MUST now be suspended and a Transitioning Process initiated in place of another futile round of National Elections, to commence the Decommissioning and total Reconfiguration of the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria (1999) which has brought Nigeria to the dangerous security situation that has prompted the threat of Direct US Military Action.

Amidst the worsening Security situation in Nigeria fueled mostly by the Murderous Fulani Conquest Invasion of Nigeria; AND as Communities across Igboland continue in their efforts to rid their lands, forests, villages and towns of widespread IPOB/ESN Terror, Killings, Kidnapping, Human Organ Harvesting and Cannibalism being orchestrated under the banner of Nnamdi Kanu’s “Biafra Restoration” scam, it has become necessary to issue this Note of Caution to the Igbo US Diaspora Sponsors, Financiers and Facilitators of the “Biafra Restoration” campaign which has collapsed miserably but which has left Igboland in the pool of its own blood.

The reality is that Terror is Terror and will be fought everywhere it shows up.

That is why the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) listed IPOB along with Boko Haram in its April 2020 Report because it recognized and adjudged the killings, destruction and disruptions by IPOB and its enforcers in Igboland, as the Terror that it is. No different from those being enacted by Boko Haram or Fulani Herdsmen on the Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria countrywide.

That does not in anyway absolve Boko Haram, Fulani Herdsmen and the Government Security Forces of responsibility for their own Terror in Igboland and elsewhere. 

The next logical action that should have followed that 2020 USCIRF Report featuring IPOB is for the US to Designate IPOB as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) just like Boko Haram was designated.

However the wider implications of an FTO Designation on IPOB for the Igbo Diaspora in the US which contribute and channel finances and other support to IPOB and its enforcers, particularly the ESN would seriously endanger members of the Igbo Diaspora Community who ignorantly raise funds for the Terror being orchestrated by Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB and ESN as some of them may be genuinely ignorant of:

(1) The Terror and Bloodletting that was being unleashed by IPOB and ESN in Igboland.

(2) The Laws on Terror which recognizes, prohibits and punishes Terror Financing, Procurement, Incitement and Facilitation as Acts of Terror. 

It was therefore in the effort to avert the disastrous consequences of an FTO Designation of IPOB by the US, on the large Igbo Diaspora Community in the US who may genuinely think they were or are helping the Liberation of their Homeland from the Genocide and Oppression of the Nigeria State against the Igbo that the LNC Team in Washington DC had to intervene to slow down that next logical step of designating IPOB as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (which is what it really is, looking at the mayhem they have wrought on Igboland).

The LNC-NINAS Outreach Team has over the past few years been enlightening the Igbo Diaspora Community in the US about these matters, but many of them continue to turn deaf ears to the preachments and warnings. 

In this regard, two US-Based Igbo Diaspora Organizations deserve a special mention for their nefarious roles in facilitating the Terror and Bloodletting Nnamdi Kanu is orchestrating in Igboland, namely - the World Igbo Congress (WIC), the Association of Veterans of Igbo Descent (AVID), RisingSun Charities Organisation and Ambassadors for Self-Determination, these last two being affiliates and fundraising outlets for IPOB/ESN, plus others such.

They obdurately and tenaciously cling to the “Biafra Restoration” Scam of Nnamdi Kanu even when being confronted with widespread irrefutable evidence of the Bloodletting, Kidnapping-for-Ransom, Organ Harvesting and even Cannibalism being orchestrated by Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa’s IPOB, ESN, Unknown Gunmen, Autopilot and other affiliates of the Terror conglomerate ravaging Igboland in the name of “Biafra Restoration”. 

They continue to live in unjustifiable denial while innocent blood continues to flow in Igboland on account of the phantom “Biafra Restoration” scam of Nnamdi Kanu. 

Perhaps the time has come when the Igbo Caucus of the LNC will reconsider its earlier protective stance on the subject, to actually request the US Government through its agencies, particularly the Secretary of State, the State Department, the United States Commission for International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), the Senate and House Committees on Foreign Relations, to revisit the subject of IPOB/ESN Terror in Igboland especially now that urgent US Policy Actions are being considered to halt widespread Ethnoreligious Killings in Nigeria, since the Terror and Killings by IPOB in Igboland cannot be considered as more tolerable to Igbo than the killings by Fulani Invaders or Government Security Forces.

This “Biafra Restoration” a scam sold as Freedom is the bloody mayhem currently ravaging Igboland, whereas with the Defeat and Delegitimization of the 1999 Constitution by which Igbo is locked into and Subjugated in Nigeria, genuine Liberation and Freedom, is now in clear view and within the reach of Igbo but without the Bloodletting and Destructive Commotion of IPOB, ESN and the rest of the Rogue Biafra Franchise. 

The time has also come to demand that the Global Igbo Community MUST now Denounce and Disown the entire “Biafra Restoration” Misadventure along with its Proponents and Enforcers as the first-step to terminating the unending blood festival being staged in Igboland by so-called Restorers of Biafra.

Igbo must now find the wisdom and courage to embrace the orderly Union Reconfiguration Pathway to Igbo Emancipation in Nigeria which revolves around the ousting and Decommissioning of the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria. 

Let it also be understood by the Igbo Diaspora Community in the United States that their support for further National Elections in Nigeria under the atrocious 1999 Constitution is tantamount to support for the continuation of the Killings, Mass Impoverishment and Igbo Subjugation flowing from that Constitution.

With the October 31, 2025 Redesignation of Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) by the USA, all terror acts happening in Nigeria (thus including by IPOB/ESN), would come under the purview of USA Policy Actions that will come.
