Plus, how is 117,000 miles low mileage? That's a minimum of 187,200km. Another 13,000km and dt ride don hammer 200,000km plus.
Honestly it's bin cunning to advertise a car's mileage in miles in d Nigerian market (irrespective of whether the manufacturer graduated its speedometer in miles or km) knowing fully well dt it's km we r used to in Nigeria.
Any tokunbo car who's mileage at d point of entry into Nigeria exceeds 70,000 miles (112,000km) is simply not low mileage.

hmmmmmmmm, quite interesting to see complaint about a 12-year old vehicle with above a-hundred-thousand mileage (when similar year vehicles with lesser mileage should be suspect!).

Nigerians are used to vehicles with incredible low mileage; most of it, if not all, rolled back (a felony in the US).

Victims of odometer schemes do not only lose money; they are led to buy, trust and drive vehicles that may be far less safe and reliable than they realize; periodic parts replacement and maintenance based on mileage as stipulated by car manufacturers distorted and inadvertently not adhered.

Between, i am not saying high mileage vehicles are neither safe nor reliable - i drive a Toyota Solara 1999 model with over 270000miles and sure top-notch .

Thumbs up to the Op for not joining the odometer roll-back bandits erroneously tagged car-dealers!

Chairman, it is the fact that most people are used to lemon painted well . . . But it is all good.

You need to educate them, especially when it affects your business and a crime.

Young Nigerians like us are too young to know GEJ is the best president ever; OBJ bitter that he is not allowed to control the president; Rev. Fr. Mbaka recanted when he was not awarded an oil bloc (and Ngige gave him #800m to change his blessing); Tony Okoroji just want to be counted among the numbers.
Pls what can you accuse Dr. Alex Ekwueme of? Ohhhh, I know it...... he loves to be in jail by Buhari once again!!!
