I have a uae paypal account and I used my uba africard(visa prepaid card) to link to the paypal account. How can I withdraw the money from paypal to the card. or can I withdraw to my nigerian bank?

I have a gtcreat8 card and when I try to link it to my paypal account its get denied saying the card has been declined by issuing bank.

yes my card is enabled for online transactions, I have used it plenty times.

I am not bothered about that. But I am 17 can I still get africard? Nowadays you have to be 18 to do almost anything sad
