I am also having issues with them. I tried to send 200k to my gtb account, The transaction failed but the money was still debited.

and now i have noticed their support is not responding again. before their customer service use to be very active but suddenly when I need them most they are not responding.

I think someone needs to drag them to court,.

Around 11pm today, my s10+ was stolen inside marua but i was able to track it using samsung find my mobile.

It could track it offline until 4:47 PM that was the last time, It was locating. The last address was a street in computer village,

Please i have no idea what to do now, Should i go with police to that address tomorrow? Or i should give the police money to track it using IMEI?

The police said i have to spend like 50k for tracking
