I also saw that the seller joined ebay on august 19 2022 but some of the reviews are from 2018.

What i want to know is how safe is it to buy something (e.g. a laptop) on ebay nowadays and how do you know if a product is legit or not?

For example if you see a product that has no ratings but the seller has a lot of positive reviews. is it a good purchase?
