The conversion rate Aliexpress uses is the official dollar to naira rate and its almost in possible to get dollar at official rate these days.

So my advice for you is multiply the price in dollar with the current black market rate.

I dont recommend buying a laptop from aliexpress, those unpopular brands are usually sub-standard.
There are cheap 8gb ram laptops even here in nigeria sef
