oh please, when I was still serving in rivers state, amaechi recruited thousands of teacher and didn't pay them for months till I left there. He performed better as a PDP gov than APC. Everything good amaechi did in Rivers state was under his PDP reign. shut ur trap. Whether in PDP or APC, Amaechi did it and achieved it.
