INEC's legal department and even the AG federation can maintain an action for perjury against him.
And if he ends up not presenting any school certificate as stipulated by section 131(1) of the CFRN,that a bigger issue,cos he is thereby not qualified.
I wish they find the said certificate,GEJ won't have it this easy.
