If a vehicle is billed to pay some known fees in the park before leaving and in the Abuja park and these fees are known in the industry. Simple. Security reasons. Even when Dasuki was in charge of NSA, several cases even not known to Nigerians were held in secret due to security concerns.

A jet engine takes serious beating when in flight.

The endurance of any aircraft is tied to the fuel capcity and the strain the engines can take.

So if a commercial jet has an endurance of 12 hrs it will not carry fuel that will last it for 18hrs.
