Fool, OBiano has no point. so because prisons are congested, criminals should be allowed to walk freely or whats ur point. FG never said such, infact considering the figures Obiano gave, Ekulobia prison is even not as congested as other prisons. The owner of the prison has made her decison, Obiano can go and die.

Bros, NNPC spend from their revenue and refund the rest to the Federation Àccount. The Problem with the laws governing nnpc is that they didn't place any bench-mark nor specify the limit NNPC can go. For instance, ministers are restricted from approving contracts beyond a particular amount. That must go through the FEC. Back to NNPC, the law should have made them to propose and submit their budget to the NASS like other Agencies. But the law granted them so much power. This is not different from CBN.
