When you describe someone's character, you are trying to give a collective impression of the persons responses to environmental stimuli; that's why a thief can be kind, yet vicious in other circumstances. If his collective response at a time is kind, it would be foolhardy to ignore his other response (vicious)!

What APC formally decrees as it's formal response is most valid, however the other subsets also indicate APC's perspective on issues, albeit informal.

If the case peradventure goes to court, will the APC be a party to the case?

This doesn't make sense. Both Saraki and Dogara are also APC. Are u insinuating that their letters to their party stating why they choose not to follow their instructions is also an apc response albeit informal?

Fool, that's not the point here. He is currently being investigated for forgery. If police found reasons to believe that he is culpable then he will be prosecuted and if the courts deemed it fit, he will go to jail. He can continue to be the deputy senate president of criminals from the prison though. He will just need to seek the prisoners mandate. Simple.

Buhari already has started well. During the last NEC meeting, he demanded that all income of government should go to a single purse from all sources unlike before. Already we know what NNPC generated over the years and the peanuts released to the federation. Further Investigations is ongoing.

They withdrew their case and court struck it out from her business so whats ur point again?

If at all there should be need to invite anyone for interrogation, the clerk of the Nass should be the first to be summoned, not the deputy senate President.
