Fool, that's not the point here. He is currently being investigated for forgery. If police found reasons to believe that he is culpable then he will be prosecuted and if the courts deemed it fit, he will go to jail. He can continue to be the deputy senate president of criminals from the prison though. He will just need to seek the prisoners mandate. Simple.

Read somewhere some time back that a governor awarded a contract for two boreholes at the sum of #165million. But all this is past though. They withdrew their case and court struck it out from her business so whats ur point again?

If at all there should be need to invite anyone for interrogation, the clerk of the Nass should be the first to be summoned, not the deputy senate President.
