It's difficult to know what's inbetween these two gentlemen. Their relationship is enviable. Obasanjo as a president never really enjoyed this.

Anyways, I don't see presidency being zoned back to the north, not after 8 solid years of President Buhari. Now is the time for every tangible candidate from the South to show up & tell us how best they can grab the opportunity for the advancement of this great nation.
Those clamouring for this Osinbajo man have legitimacy in their own right. He has ticked almost every box of qualities needed for that high post

This responsibility falls strongly on the table of the local government administrators if there is still anything like that in our governance structure

I love Osinbajo

An average Nigerian youth doesn't think about productivity along agricultural lane. No thanks to our State Governors especially in the Southwest who have eroded the constitutional roles of the Local Governments, the best tier of government to champion the national agricultural drive. The subsistent level of farming the older generations have been practising isn't even to maximum, then how can we introduce high mechanical, technological farmings?
On the other side, most Nigerians haven't taken the Covid pandemic so serious healthwise. Some call it a government scam, others call it a White man's wayo but whether we like or not, the harsh economic effect of Covid remains with us & we bear the pains daily. Inflation has risen, our currency has lost more bargaining power. We can only hope for the best going forward.

I really hope the State Governors are ready to be committed to this final solution to farmer-herder crises. They mouth the solutions but drag-foot on Implementation by allowing ethno-religious sentiments to becloud their sense of judgment. This has allowed separatists a festering ground

Every year, 10 million must be eradicated from poverty for a period of 10 years....

The president position is for 4years, if re elected 4 years = 8 years....

That means apc has to win election for a period of 10 years for this dream to come to reality. If another party called pdp with no plan comes to power, they can send those people back to poverty in just 1 term.

China is able to pull similar stunts because of one party system, is this dream possible in a democracy

This exactly has been the problem of this country - no successive plan or progress. One party starts, another party enters & get back to square one out of sheer ego or populism. It even gets so bad with intra-party lack of continuity
