I never believed some employers would demand for and retain original certificates too till i worked for a medical Doc., who came to my office trusting i could do a good job in redesigning and printing for duplicate as originals as an Artist. He confessed to me dat he jst applied in a medical firm and certainly his originals would be taken. This would demmobilize him from jumping to any better offer after theirs.
