Hello house, pls l need your advice, l have a friend, business partner, we have travelled together to South Africa for a business, he is making a plan to travel with his wife and daughter to Canada of which he asked me to join him as business partner or an personal assistant. Pls l want to confirm how realistic is this. Is the arrangement going to work. Both of us have being to UK, Schengen but not together. My friend have been denied by Canadian embassy 3yrs ago. There is no crime in asking a question says the adage. I believed this type of letter need some arrangement and exactly some cogent point the embassy needed. All what l need is the format.

Why don't you apply for PR straight since you already have a certificate in a critical skill field?

No work experience or professional body needed. Mind you, you know you need to join a body and have those cumbersome documents for critical skills.

It's Just about confusing the home affairs how impact your skills would be. A colleague of mine that did honours last year, currently doing MSc now is putting up his documents together for PR application. PR is not as hard as we think it is, so far you graduated from SA with a scarce skills.

@Thecassanova, am confused u said no professional body needed, on the other paragraph u still said " mind you, you know u need to join a body". kindly expatiate.

for gradute outside SA and the certificate falls under critical skill and has work experience required professional body for critical skills visa.

l am a Nigeria citizen with SA 3 months multiple entries visiting visa, which is going to be expired on June 4, 2017. l have entered twice for business on visiting visa but not yet conclude on the business. l don't want to come and apply from nigeria for l have Namibia visa and planning to go there, apply for South Africa visa from Namibia, then come back to south africa to conclude my business plan.
My question is that is it possible to apply for SA visa from Namibia as a visitor (non-citizen). Then l have evidence of business with SA companies can l apply for business visa direct or l should maintain on visiting visa obtained before.

yea, the bus is in the range of R250 to R300, but the least you can get for flight is R1500, I was there last week, l later took R280 intercity bus right from airport to Durban. from 8.00am to 4:30pmthe same day, the night bus is from 8.00pm to 3:30am.

Valid till almost about it's expiry date to get you to the front of an SA immigration officer/port of entry, you can stay in SA for the number of approved days at that level, and 2 weeks is good for a multiple entry visa....

Thanks for your response, but what l am saying is this, the remaining 2 weeks visa can not do me. l need to stay more than this 2 weeks before finalizing my business (stay for like 4 weeks) but my visa might have been expired by then. my question now is that is it possible to get my visa extended or do me a new visa over there to finalise my business. if possible, what is the step.

Secondly, l need assistance from anybody who have exported goods from SA to Nigeria before (Truck to be precised).

I was given 3 months multiple entries visa, l have entered once, planning to go back once again but my visa remain less than 2 weeks to be expired. Meanwhile, I was requested for visiting visa but going for a business which will take me more than 2weeks on my passport. is it possible to extend the visa at point of entry by showing the evidence of business.

kindly advice on what to do in order to extend the visa so as to finalise the business.

Depends. The bus carrier (intercity express) dat moves from o.r Tambo airport in jburg to durban station charges btwn 220 to 300 rands per trip. Check computicket.com for prices for your specified dates.

Cant give an estimate of how much u will spend per day. Cos u gotta factor in accomodation, transportation, snd feeding. Feeding is quite cheap, but transportation is expensive cos u will be using cabs most times. Durban public transport can be pretty confusing to use. Your budget will determine your expenses.

its depend, hotel in Durban for moderate one is in the range of 300 Rands. the one l stayed last month is union hotel @ 132 west street, Durban
