Kindly advise me on my best bet, l have admission in UK, France and Germany respectively on the same course with almost the same tuition fees. I am now confused on the choice of country that is best for me interns of some certain conditions. Like permit after postgraduate study, permit for dependant visa and chances of getting a job after postgraduate study

I am quite aware that UK allow the two conditions but not sure of the France and Germany. I would like to confirm from someone who is conversant with educational system of France and Germany, and enlighten me if they will also allow dependant visa for my wife and kid

@ gezelly237 I just asked that question on behalf of a brother. The one l sent right now is for myself. I visited UK in 2010 while l was working with a bank, l don't have any ban at all but l have not been going to UK since 2010 but l have been tour Belgium, France, Germany nearly all SCHEGEN area on business visit and some other places which include Turkey, South Africa, Namibia etc since then up till last year. I just feel like visiting Uk this last December.

Despite l attached the evidence of the other regular income (Pension statement of account) because l was working with a bank when UK issued me the last visa. but now l am self employed. I was just trying to establish home ties with my pension with my previous employer which has accumulated to the sum of N1.7m. Unfortunately the ECO use this to shot me.

I want to appreciate everyone of us that keep the ball rolling on the platform,

I just need your contribution on my next application to UK, l was refused in 2012 base on the ECO comment below, although l have been to UK in 2009 while l was working in a bank, by the time l applied in 2012 l was working in my brother's company as executive director, but my name was not included in the list of directors.

Kindly advise on the necessary doc l need to present now and how to defend the comments raised by the ECO. Mwhile, now have a registered company and have travelled to Europe like 8times since that time.

[Base on my friend application experience, his first application was granted with hotel reservation claimed he doesn't have anybody in UK, He later apply his second application with invitation letter from his brother and he was banned for 5yrs, despite he stated that he just got his brother contact recently. I guess it help.

did u explain in the cover letter that the profit of your investment is rolled over that the money is not paid into the account but can be liquidated anytime?

The ban was due to minor error, I used my friend mother's account with my account that I was working under her as one of sales rep, and she was aware and informed. Unfortunately, the embassy called her and told the embassy she was busy that she will call back. Meanwhile, the woman was an illiterate. she later called me that somebody called her from embassy and asked after me, but said she will call back because she was busy attending to customers. we later called the embassy but refused to pick the call.

That was then 10 years ago, but now my status has change seriously, I have been to schegen countries like 4 times now. Infact, I just came back from Belgium on business trip and I would love to visit UK, I used and always use legal and real information if not for just that error.


Why are you in haste to apply again ?
Now, there are terms and conditions.
The only way you can be granted Visa in when you show a good case.
You might assume, that the Embassy would assume that your current application may contain not so true profile and they will investigate every info you send to them.
All documents and information you use should be legal and real.
If you know you don't qualify due to your status, don't apply.
That been said, you don't need a special way to address the letter, when filling your form, you would be ask to say anything or add something about you that you like them to know.
You should have by now passed a portal were you click that you have been banned before from the UK and then you explain why.

Explain to them, though they already know why as is in your system.

My 10years ban just expired last week and l need to reapply asap, kindly advise on the way out. Do l need to send a letter or email to the embassy prior to the application submission. or l just need to write it in the cover letter of the application?
