What I did, aside praying and hoping for a favourable response, I kept sending mails though never got a response but my husband who invited me was also sending mails and sometimes gets response...

Is there any way l can fund my account back from the virtual card created. I have found other means to pay the visa fees.

@paulachuks2 or anyone that just got visiting visa, I need some clarification, should please share me with document submitted or contact me on demmisoft@yahoo.com. I have been denied South Africa visa twice last month base on Hotel could not been verified and document lack credibility respectively, of course to the best of my knowledge I have submitted all the relevant document with balance of 3.5m. The same set of document I used to apply for the SA visa, I have been to SA on three different occasion without breaching immigration rules. Maybe I got something wrong. pls kindly advise.

No, its not me ooo, I asked on someone's behalf, I have been to UK before 2010, I have about 10 SCHENGEN Visa on my passport, Although I was refused UK visiting visa 2019 December, based on I did not show evidence of other regular income. Mwhile, I have told the school rep here in Nigeria, said I should go for AR. Still at dilemma. The consular asked me almost all the question asked by the school on credibility survey, except the computer related question. God ! ! !, I have paid all the school fees, started lectures.

Hi demmysoft, were you the one had a 10years ban? If yes, I would advise you reapply and this time around you should prepare very well for the interview. If possibly, look for someone that can act as an interviewer and ask you possible questions about your school, course and personal history.

Even though you have served the ban and your student visa application is treated on a merit basis, the ban will still come back to hunt you. They will go the extra mile to determine your credibility.

@hosey do I need to write a cover letter for reconsideration of the visa and defend those point raised by the consular, or I should wait till they call me for the interview if am to re-aply.

From your response, I don't think you will win AR. It might be tension that allowed you to say those answer. Mind you it is recorded so don't argue.

Reapply again and this time around know your course modules as this will differentiate your school from other university. Then explain the course modules that attracted you to do the course in that university and not another university that will uplift you for personal development and career in Nigeria and how your current workplace or another job you plan to work for in Nigeria will make you employable. Elucidate it. Don't just list it as it will appear generic.

So sorry about this... If those are not your words and you are sure... Then you should apply for review,....if u ain't sure then re-apply again and be prepared for the interview or you can use the super-priority visa for quick answer.
Also I would like to know, is it standard or priority because most of the people that got visa was not Interviewed?

@justwise, if they can play or review the recording, very sure of what I said. Haba, how would I say phishing is ‘When you are true person sending the mail’. I said phishing is when someone is using another person identity as if he is the actual person sending the mail, gave him an example of like somebody is using someone email to get information from another person as if he is the true owner, sending the mail to gather information.
He asked me DOS attach, I said denial of services is when the authorized user was denied access to computer resources, and the computer resources may be software or hardware like printer, network bla bla. . . . Although didn't get this 100%.

@ Lagosismyhome, by the way, I understand your point, is it possible to re-apply immediately, I read that CAS can only be used once, Also, is it possible to re-apply and at the same time apply for AR

In this case i dont think Admin Review is the best except you can prove otherwise that these were not your answers.............. if i were you , i would go with reapplying instead of AR. however to reapply you have to be ready for the interview part and be very prepared this time around. You really should not apply until you are sure that if called for Interview you be 100% on point . Best of luck, I hope it all works out
