Going by these standards, I will make this list of least developed state in Nigeria.
1. Kebbi state
2. Sokoto
3. Yobe
4. Gombe
5. Jigawa
6. Zamfara
7. Bauchi
8. Katsina
9. Niger
10. Taraba
These states have high level poorly educated people, low commercial and industrial activities and poor capital accumulation. Many of their citizens don't know much about technology and cannot seem to be enlightened enough to develop themselves.
