What are the advantages and disadvantages of either of them? I feel a lot of fellows in the house will need this information so as to be able to decide which one to go for when attempting to get a car.

I like your site. I am a designer myself. I have always admired the site for upwards of two years now.
I like you to know that the site needs to brightened a little bit. I am not against how that the site looks black. It means you dared to be different and that's what I like about designers.

Importantly, its taking an age to open. Statistics show that people who browse are not very patient with site that takes a bit more time to load. That site is for visitors not you! Endeavour to lighten the weight of your animation.

Also, you will give a little more life to the site if you play with a few more colours. Avoid total monochrome.

Friend, why not move to the nearest electronic store where you can make a quick enquiry about stuffs like that?
Or you may keep trying something out with the remote controller, you may get lucky. But its best you find out from a store where stuffs like that are sold.

Once you are able to resolve it, lets know and lets know how you went about it.

My younger brother submitted his CV in November and has been interviewed once. He's waiting for the final interview but he's just curious and likes to know the level of remuneration of staff that's why I threw it open to the house.

If you are looking forward to working there, I like you to know that they like hardworking, and very competent people as staff. As you know, its an IT company. Previous working experience or skills in IT will give you an edge. As for tests, my brother has not written any tests. They saw his previous works and decided to have him employed.
