As the referee of this thread , here's my submission ;

A lot of practices in Christendom have given people so many reasons to doubt the efficacy of Christianity.

So many denominations having different doctrines:

One tells you make-up is a sin
The other says otherwise
Another is saying it should be moderate
Another again, is saying it can be conspicuous-it's what's within really

While in Islam or other religions, they almost always have the same practice(s)

One thing that is unwavering is the that the Holy Spirit is never a confusionist.

If that be the case (which I know it is), where do these people with different convictions get their mandates from

Every believing Christian believes Heaven to be their final destination of which they must adhere strictly with sobriety to God's teachings, right @OP?

Why then are there different beliefs? I'm over emphasising this cause it's been a mind boggler.

Does it mean every christian will be judged by their church's doctrines or God's?
If God's, then what are those doctrines stipulated by Him as there seems to be a clash in Christendom?
