Good question sir.

The entire walls will be screeded completely 100%. That's was where they were as at when the picture was taken. Am sure the next pictures of this same space will be showing a completed wall screeding.

To your next question, would the entire pop be screeded and painted. The answer is YES. POP are basically boards that are joined to form these shapes you see. And so if not screeded, it will not look clean and well finished. So the screeding helps cover the joints and make the surface appear even as you see them. That's why if you notice, the first day the POP is done and screeded, you will still be seeing the joints especially the first few hours that it was screeded, but after some days, the joints will begin to disappear because the ceiling is now undergoing drying process.

As for painting, POP are painted any color of your choice though white color is mostly the basic color of paint that is being used. The POP Ceiling becomes even more whiter after painting is completed by the Painter during the building painting process

Irons delivery ongoing,
Inflation has led to an increase in the budget of this project.

As at today we bought irons for the following prices.

16mm - 9000
12mm - 5000
10mm - 3800

This prices are by far higher than the unit price of these irons when we started the project.

Window Work has commenced here.

We are using frameless window for the duplex and casement window for the flat. Grey frame with black glass, nets and Burglary.

Now this walls not plastered are walls that we would be doing tiles on.

How do u confirm if the load is complete?

The tonnage of the tipper or truck that delivered it.
Also the manifest and invoice too.

Kitchen POP work is now starting... We are done with the First floor areas except the staircase area because we intend to use the scaffold on the exterior part of the building after screeding to do that.

Quick question, bro. For the electrical wiring, is it inclusive of CCTV and other accessories? What is the labour cost for the wiring stage?

Thanks for your messages as always.

CCTV is not done by electricians... Like in this project, the Cctv is to he done by the technicians for that purpose.

Electricians are the one to do the main building wiring, lights, sockets and switches and AC water heaters.

The labour charges varies per project
