We will be rounding up Plastering work here this week... On the main building. Then we enter the fence which will be the last place to plaster, already we are starting the fence Plastering simultaneously

Fence rail fabrication ongoing

We are now at Tiling stage here...
We have bought over 330 cartons so far. We are largely using 60x6p Tiles in 85% of the spaces on this building

Behind the scene we are doing the following.

1. Overhead tank stand
2. Fence rail
3. Gate construction
4. Compound Filling

We are gradually rounding up the works here...

As regards wall screening, I can see you're using black cement which I was told kinda suppresses the paint color afterward, unlike when POP cement is used.

Well, as you can see how the final look of the screeding appears. It doesn't suppress any paint color unless it's not a good paint.

However, black cement screeding is more durable, stronger and water resistant to an extent more than the white cement screeding.

Please how true is this theory? It has delayed me in doing wall screeding because of the higher cost of POP cement

Two ways...

If it's gonna be HDF Doors we do on site. Then it can be done after tiling.

But if it's already made doors. Then they need to be installed before tiling
