Dennis.. Great work as always. Been following keenly.. Could u kindly give a breakdown of the cost for plastering.. Would sincerely appreciate

I would prefer to tentatively state the cost of Plastering when we are done. But the initial estimate is about 3.4m with fence inclusive (Materials and Labour Only)

Great job you have there Dennis, I salute you Sir. However, I have a question about the roofing sheet. Milano and Shingles which one is the best and can you please give reason why one is better. Thank you Sir

OH wow. So sorry that I didn't get the notification of this message. Both are same grade. But it's the pattern that appears differently. It's a question of choice

Ehimzy:
How much would this cost to build today?... Mix of luxury and moderate finishing to pack and enter level, interlocking stones compound (half plot) ? I'm a noob but been following your work

Good morning Sir.
Until we do a plan and do the costing.
That's when we will arrive at that

olatuns2017:

Plastering work update here
The Master's Bedroom

Good morning Viewers and Followers.
I know you all must be wondering what's next.

Well, we are doing some behind the scene planning on the next lines of actions.

Keep following up with us as we will be updating the thread on our next actions here.

For now, let the building rest a bit and let the owner too rest a little. Everyone has tried, but we are definitely gonna resume operations here after a short while.

We have gotten estimates for windows already.
Next is AC mechanical piping and installation kits, then Plastering

Meanwhile, here are more Plastering updates from the external views of the building

ricki:
can i see the floor plans pls??

Sorry sir.
For the purpose of client privacy.
I can't post his plan here.

However if you want to know a detail description of what is in the house and the spaces defined it. Please refer to page 1 of this thread and see it in full

Thanks for your understanding and follow up on this thread. I appreciate it well enough
