The Building is on 610 sqm.
Finishing cost from foundation to roof and to handing of keys is estimated to about 98 - 120m.

Here, we are doing full automation on lights, curtains, gate, cameras, sensors and so much more.

And the estimated cost of sale of the building is projected at 610m - 620m. Currently, buildings that are similar are already sold for 550m in the estate. Vintage Park is the name of the estate Ikate. Burns boy's house is just a stone throw from ours. Igalo of Manchester united too has his private residence behind ours.

Good afternoon sir. 38m or so. I wrote it somewhere on the thread. You can't get this structure for 30m Carcass. Not at all. No matter how it's done.

Scaffolding works set to commence immediately from the outside too.

It was quite a heavy rainy day today. So our Plastering works would commence on the inside for now.

We are gradually wrapping up this project roofing with the mind of applying the sheets. We would be using Milano cover - Black once the roof skeleton is completed.

The security and Gen House construction is now at leveling stage and we are commencing parapet works
