What do you think about bio-digester vs. Soakaway and Septic?

Good morning Ola,

By concept, I feel biodigester ought to be better but then I haven't used it on any of my project. Hoping to soon at one of my Lagos project. One of the pending issues about it is the fact that it's a new system of sewage management in Nigeria that it's full potential and options haven't been weighed fully. Cost-wise I feel it's cheaper too.

The conventional soakaway we know has its own advantages as well depending on the perimeter you are using to measure the two, though more expensive to do than the bio-digester.

Work update on the second Soakaway and Septic

First Soakaway and Septic Tank work almost completed.

Second one is underway too. Block work to commence on it today still.

Update on the BQ.
Now at lintel level and done.

Soakaway and Septic Tank getting ready for concrete works

We are moving at a great pace
BQ block works commenced immediately today.

Work update today.
Alot is happening simultaneously.
Soakaway and Septic Tank works ongoing.

BQ site concrete slab work ongoing.

Fence cap work ongoing.

AC mechanical works ongoing.

We equally have gone to the Market and made procurement for the mechanical AC installations to the tone of about 765K for up to 25 Air Conditioning systems in the building.

Find attached the pictures of the materials.

Note: This AC piping works is different from that of the electricians. This one is specifically installed by AC technicians only for conduit purposes.

Pictures of this would be uploaded as the work commences today.

Furniture Works update on the room.
We are doing new bed head board, full wall. New TV shelve. New wardrobe
New curtains. New Doors
