Our beloved OP, I appreciate your great job. I have yet another question to ask: Will item like clipper be allowed into the camp? I have been using my personal clipper for the past 9 yrs; I will rather leave my hair for 21 days than take the risk of using general clipper. Thanks |

Good morning OP. My questions are few: 1 during your time, what was the interval between the day your posting came out and the camp opening date? I want to know so as to prepare well. 2.Is the camp opening date the same thing with the orientation commencement date? 3.Does one need to present any original document in the camp? If yes which and which? Thanks. |
The Pan Socio-Political Organisation, Afenifere, has called on the Federal Government to abolish nomadic system, so as to stop the criminality allegedly committed by the Fulani herdsmen in the rural communities of Yorubaland. This was contained in a communique issued on Tuesday at the end of the monthly meeting of the organisation held at the residence of its leader, Pa Rueben Fasonranti, in Akure, the state capital. In the communique read by the Publicity Secretary of the group, Mr Yinka Odumakin, the Afenifere decried the state of insecurity in the country, particularly, the recent kidnapping of a former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Olu Falae, last week. Describing the kidnap of Falae as shameful, insensitive and disrespect to the Yoruba race, the group warned that if the Federal Government failed to stop the herdsmen from attacking the Yoruba people, it might result to the South-West people to defending themselves. “Our people are everywhere in the country and they don’t destroy the business of their host, why should the Fulani people be destroying our own business. Our demand is that the Federal Government should arrest the perpetrators and prosecute them. Youruba people will not tolerate this any longer. “So while we await the arrest of the criminals, the cattle rearing should be stop in Yorubaland. I read Chief Olu Falae told the Commissioner of Police that government should do something urgently to stop this thing because if such a thing is not done, it will be encouraging self-help. People will defend themselves. And we agree totally with him,” Odumakin stated. While insisting that the President should implement the recommendations of the report of the 2014 National Conference, the Afenifere said the report contained the abolishment of nomadic system of cattle rearing which it described as primitive, and asked the government to rather adopt ranching. “ The meeting noted that the 2014 National Conference, which Chief Olu Falae led the Yoruba delegation, extensively discussed this matter of nomadic cattle rearing and the Conference resolved that it should be stopped and instead have ranches for cattle business.” http://www.punchng.com/news/falae-afenifere-seeks-scrapping-of-nomadic-cattle-rearing/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter |

The Nationwide League One has sealed a partnership deal with English Premier League side, West Ham United, on the development of the Nigerian league. The NLO began taking bold steps in repositioning itself when it registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in June with the goals of making the third tier league, once referred to as the amateur league in Nigeria, the resource base for the first and second tiers and running its operations in accordance with best international practices The third goal of the NLO, according to its chairman, Ahmed Kawu, is to “achieve its business objectives.” Already the third tier now has a title sponsor in Capital Oil and Gas Industries Limited but the board of the NLO has taken a further step to open new vista for the league which has 128 clubs competing in its three divisions. Last week, the NLO management was in London to meet with West Ham United management to seek a partnership that will help build the third tier into a championship that will become eye-catching. The discussion with West Ham, which also had the NLO patron Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, who is also the owner of Nigeria Premier Football League side, FC Ifeanyiubah, present, would involve partnership in the areas of players scouting, coaches and management development, youth football development and long-term business relationship. http://www.punchng.com/sports/west-ham-partner-with-nlo-on-football-development/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter |
Nigeria have made an attempt to convince Jordon Ibe to pledge his international future to them. The Liverpool winger is well-regarded by the Football Association. He has played at all levels up to Under 20 and it is highly likely that he will figure in Gareth Southgate’s Under 21 squad at some point during the next European Championship qualification campaign. But he is also eligible to play for the Super Eagles through his father and Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh visited Melwood, Liverpool’s training ground, in an attempt to woo Ibe. Nigeria are keen on convincing Jordon Ibe to represent the Super Eagles instead of England Sunday Oliseh has visited Liverpool's Melwood training ground in an attempt to convince Ibe Liverpool winger Ibe has represented England at Under 18, Under 19 and Under 20 level It is the second time this year that Nigeria have stated their ambitions, with Viktor Ikpeba – a member of the Nigerian FA’s technical committee – saying in February that they were looking at the 19-year-old. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3186435/Nigeria-bid-lure-Liverpool-starlet-Jordon-Ibe-Reds-winger-make-decision-international-allegiance.html
