The thing is, when I log off or shut down, the laptop wont completely shut down. I always have to do hard shut down.

My laptop doesnt shut down and I have tried all my best to diagnose the problem.

The laptop has got Windows 2003 server OS. If you have the time and teamviewer I can give you the code to log in remotely to see it.
