You used the 'craft MANBAND' brand of glass faced door, that's good. In this project I showed this door to the owner of this house and he didn't like it one bit, in fact he rejected any bathroom doors with a glass face. I searched through over 20 bathroom doors in 3 major building materials markets before finding the one I used for this house.

Cost wise, the one we used for this house can buy about 2 or 3 units of the one you used, they sold the one I use for N75,000, I had options of buying this craft brand for about N25,000 or so in Onitsha. (Can't remember now)

Choices of the final materials we put in houses are mostly the decisions of the owners of each property, our work is to strive to satisfy our clients in each building project. Thank you boss.

cost wise you are wrong lol. I bought that door about 2yrs ago lol and i got it 55000 -57k considering the time difference now and inflation lol, the price is more than 75k. Saying your normal aluminum door will buy 2 or 3 of it is laughable lol 😂. Same time I bought those doors, aluminum door na 25k self and for the dark aluminum, the white one is even cheaper. Like you said, the owner's decision is the key factor. I was only saying this fine house need the best finishing, that aluminum door no fit this house at all but na d owner go choose.. they can even use some wicked panel doors or barn doors or wall to wall door for those bathroom.
