ekkywolex:Thanks. Each door has 4 duplicates. 3 keys for him should not be bad. He is renting it not buying. Well, I may tell him to replace the removed one back. |
Hey guys. My dad (landlord) is quite inexperienced in renting out apartments. We have just gotten a new tenant to one of our flats. My dad gave them a key per door to the apartment but the tenant wants all claiming he doesn't want future problem whereby my dad could be a suspect in issues like robbery. He decided to hand over all four duplicates per door to him. I am against it and I have convinced him to keep one each. Is it right? Please I need a quick response as the tenant is coming back soon to retrieve the keys. Thanks in advance... |

Uyi Iredia: Sledge Hammer definitely was loved. Family Matters was loved too. Animation series like 'Biker Mice From Mars' also get mention. I remember the Young and The Restles s especially its opening soundtrack, which a kid like me should have had no business recalling. And there were some Mexican TV series I watched, I didn't understand the subtexts and details while young but liked them tho'. One was about twin ladies, one good the other bad. Then for Nigerian series, 'Family Circle', 'Inspector Dakoba' (I think) which was a detective series I loved a lot and some I can't recall now.The film of twins is 'passions'. Also where Timmy and tabitha featured I guess |
Don't forget freakazoid Sabrina Xmen
Wow! You enjoyed your childhood days too. You have mentioned almost all. Yogi still comes to my mind when I see ladies with pointed behind with yogi kind of walk. I shout in my mind 'Yogi bear!' |
Jaguar (My belle oh, my head): I don't know when it was released but I can remember watching this film. You just have to laugh from beginning to end while watching the series. The song and the man's dance to it is fresh in my head. Checkmate: This featured our great Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD). You only need to watch an episode and get stuck. Just lovely |
Tales by moonlight: No kid played with this show. It was a show where our culture of telling folk tales at night was aired. You should remember the disguise dressings. Hehehe. But unfortunately the tape was claimed to be stolen. Storyland: I won't talk much about this but you should be humming the theme now. Lol. To me I couldn't get the lyrics. I was like... Storyland Storyland Baba dudu come along Storyland Storyland You can stay along |
I will like to add to add some Nigerian TV series too. Things Fall Apart: This series was released by 1987 but also reigned through the 90's so beckons it's mention. This film was extracted from a novel writer Chinua Ache be. It featured the cast of Pete Edochie, Nkem Owoh and Sam Loco. You will remember Pete's tough face and Loko (may his rest in peace) was great too. Pulled them to their fame. Papa Salami: I can't remember the casts names but surely the faces are putting smiles to my face. This was a comedy series of a man and his family in a ghetto. Very funny film. Lol

AdannayaBella: FriendsLovely list. I will tip Mr Bean as my favourite from your list. I love the episode where he controlled his car with some home tools while he sat on a chair on the roof. Epic! Angel also was good. Remember 'Highway to Heaven'? |
Hi Nairalanders I am in great sorrow because today I got three big chickens and went through hell to transport them home (ikorodu to Ojodu). On getting home, I was exhausted and glad they were Ok. Now the problem is that when I went out to check on them I discovered one was dead. I no fit cry. Not because of the price but because of the stress. My brother said we should throw it away and he was supported by our neighbours. I reluctantly threw it away. Damn Painful! Now please is it right not to eat livestock that dies a natural death? This festive period we will see a lot of this incident. Merry Christmas in advance. Remember my chickens have reduced so don't complain about the small pieces of meat I will serve on the thread. Love you all! |
I don't think Paloma and Diego(Cuando seas mia) was a 90s series. Think it aired sometime in 2005 and 2006.
Yes. Thanks for the observation. They are sweet memories. I wish I have all the collections |

Hi Nairalanders, let's do some flash back. As a in the 90's I was a TV lover. I had some favourites which include: Sledge Hammer!: This TV series rocked childhood days which featured a no nonsense, insensitive, and trouble-creator detective whose best friend was a short gun he refers to as 'her' ( a .44 Magnum). If you state watching this film you certainly will get glued. One great thing I noticed about the series is that sledge hammer never killed anyone throughout the film. Also is his handling of his special gun. I just love Hammer! Timmy Lenox: The title should flash you back to Tabitha a witch and her human doll Timmy. Tabitha was an evil witch at the town of Harmony while Timmy would be best regarded as her opposite. Timmy has a soft heart. He loved his mother Princess Tabby and hated Fluffy the cat with a passion. The witch and her son or doll went through good and bad moments in the film. Watching these series will melt your heart especially the character of Timmy. I love this one too! Passions: You surely must remember Diego (the rich humble guy) and Paloma ( the pretty maid). I am not talking much on this film because it's so popular but if you have not seen it please GRAB YOUR COPY NOW! Now I will list some other one: 1. Dr Who 2. The Simpsons 3. Star Trek: The Next Generation Please add more. I intentionally left some unmentioned so that people can contribute. Let's start!

Nice comments |
I fell in love with my best friend's girlfriend. I went for her when they were in the middle of breaking up innocently. I lost both my friend and the girl. I was confused over the issue. Still think I am an assssshole. |
