What are you happily yapping about, Obiano distributed those to PHCs mostly located in the rural areas for easy accessibility in case of emergencies, did you read anywhere when it was to be given to the specialist and general hospitals? You should already know that many rural areas across the country might not have or enjoy the easy accessibility urban areas enjoy.
Imagine a woman in labour and the centre is called upon and unfortunately getting to her might be difficult for a conventional ambulance but one of these can manoeuvre its way to her, which is better?
I know Osun can't do this for its rural dwellers, what am I saying sef, has the governor paid the health workers and who is willing to borrow him money when he hasn't paid up his debt.
